At first I was encouraged by the fact they made Chromecast available after initially being told it was "unavailable in your country ". Unfortunately it only seems available from my phone. If the screen times out and you unlock the phone the Chromecast will close and you'll be forced to restart the whole process. DAZN had a template to follow from how Gamepass worked last year, but they managed to completely botch the whole experience. Terrible app. Waste of time and money.

Terrible. Forced to use this for NFL Gamepass. Crashes constantly (and yes I know what I'm doing - I'm an IT guy) IF you can get it to stream more than a few minutes in a row guess what? They couldn't even be bothered to remove the commercials anymore. The NFL has tried to sell this as "the American experience" but I'm calling BS on that. Also, you can no longer download a game to watch later. Unless they figure out how to replicate last year's GamePass App they've lost my business. NOT HAPPY

Overall, my experience was really disappointing. The presence of ads before accessing paid content is frustrating. Additionally, the promise of watching both highlights and full games isn't fulfilled most of the times, as only full games are available, while highlights can be found for free on social media. Furthermore, there's inconsistency in device access; TV provider subscribers can watch on multiple TVs, but phone or PC subscribers are limited to just one (but the cost is the same).

Doesn't compare to the NFL Game Pass App at all. Various options are not available and it has many flaws. E.g. when you pause a game and the phone goes in standby, you don't have the option to continue where you left, but have to restart the game from the beginning. During a live game you cannot choose to start at the beginning but it always goes to the live status. Sorry NFL Game Pass, I cannot understand the decision behind this

Another NFL pass user, forced to swap over to this absolute mess ! Having to watch an ad before watching any content is a joke seen as you are already paying for the subscription! Annoying that it automatically goes into the highlights rather than just allowing you to make the decision as to what you want to watch. Also randomly doesn't always give you all 3 options to view (highlights, 40mins, full game). Most importantly ***YOU CANNOT CAST!!!!!***

PC version allows a choice to watch live or start from beginning when choosing a game to watch. Android and TV apps don't have that option and force you to rewind, spoiling the score for you. UI is clunky and phone app options for replays or highlights are labeled incorrectly. Can still watch the games but definitely get dropouts sometimes. Would really like it if the app were as simple and useful as the NFL gamepass app. Also, there is no real way to contact DAZN except here.

This app is somehow worse than the old gamepass app. If I get a call it closes the game and I need to go back in, it's doesn't remember where I'm up to, so I need to scrub through to find where I was. It randomly skips to the end when watching a finished game giving spoilers. There is no picture in picture like every other video app. It doesn't remember my team so it takes some searching to find the game I want. It's a frustrating app for something I am paying so much for.

Forced to move over from NFL Gamepass. This app appears to be a major step back. Having random ads at the start of a paid subscription is a bit odd. I used to like watching the random US ads but can't do that now (you get a wierd DAZN sting instead). Worst of all there is no Chromecast button so I have to watch on my phone or their website. The app on TV is an okay work around, but it's still not acceptable to not have the ability to throw to other devices.

So bad! I've been trying to give them time to fix the issues but it's no better. Watching through a computer you can at least watch from the beginning but in the app you can't, still no American ads, still no ability to download which is critical for some of us to be able to watch the games, hard not to get spoilers, just overall it's bad and not worth the money! Ridiculous that we can't watch it anymore outside the USA

Sadly this app has replaced NFL Game Pass in Europe. There is no longer an advertising-free game version; the 40-minute game is nearly always missing plays, yet includes gratuitous between-play commentary, especially early in the game. Only being able to fast-forward 30 seconds is also a problem if you're trying to see a bit more than in the 40-minute version, yet get through a game quickly. App switching during playback is also not possible, the playback position is lost.

I used the NFL App during the last few years and switching to DAZN is just awful. I was excited at the beginning but I am disappointed. Two main issues : - Watching a replay. If you switch app and go back to DAZN you have to start from the very beginning. It doesn't save progress. - Watching a life event that has started an hour ago and you want to watch it almost live prerecording. You switch app, you have to go back from the beginning with no timeline to guide where you were. So annoying

This is literally so awful for watching the NFL in the UK on mobile. They removed the American adds and replaced it with some annoying placeholder with sound that grates at your soul. You cant tap to go back a few seconds, it's a 30 second rewind, so you just miss eveything. It doesn't seem to have an option to cast from your phone to your tv, and it doesn't have the feature of turning to a small box on your phone when you switch apps. The quality is terrible and the UI of the app sucks compared

Absolutely terrible casting (chromecast) stability and options. I have the international NFL pass which has been taken over by DAZN. If this is the quality of the product, I won't be renewing for next season. Edit: If I could give this a minus I would. I clicked on the Broncos and Raiders game yesterday and instead of having the option to start from the beginning of the game, like normal sports streaming apps have, it put me into the game live where it was already at the final score. Spoilers!

NFL Gamepass (international) has moved to this terrible service. Steaming buffers too much on live games, downloads have disappeared (huge missing feature, I think, especially for those of us who travel and aren't always blessed with a connection), random start from the beginning sometimes, UX is terrible - on Apple TV the "mini highlights" is the game in 40 and "highlights" is a 5 min highlight - you do the math. A near 180 in service and quality. They are going to lose subscribers for sure.

NFL Game Pass has transitioned to this platform, which unfortunately lacks software support for improvements. When multitasking on your phone or tablet, you are forced to reselect the game or program you were watching. It lacks the ability to rewind live shows. During playback, it would be beneficial if you could choose between 15 or 30 seconds backwards or forward increments, as 30 seconds may be excessive for NFL games, where plays are typically shorter. The TV app's is atrocious.

Horrific app. Forced to used this due to the moving of NFL Gamepass to this platform, and it makes me want to scratch my eyes out. Constantly requires re-signing in. Video is laggy, blurry and headache inducing. American ads have been replaced with a screensaver that looks like it was created for someone's (failed) GCSE IT coursework. Non-existent costumer service. The list of issues goes on and on, and the season haven't even started yet. Awful. Just awful.

Absolutely trashhhhhhhhhhhh. 1) Can't watch anything as live football games do not load. Just buffers for eternity. 2) Can't chromecast. The option doesnt appear. My app is up to date and the help pages says that it can chromecast, but I cannot and I do not know why (all my other apps can). 3) The "ads". Sheeesh. When the game takes a commercial break, we get the same still images with the same beat playing over and over. It's enough to make a brother go crazy come the end of preseason.

This app is absolute garbage. It doesn't deserve a star. Constantly freezes, will randomly jump up and down the timeline when you watch a game in replay. Pressing fast forward might work, it might also restart the recording or fast forward as if you'd press the button 3 times, so it jumps up 2-3 minutes in one shot. I can't believe we're stuck using this junk if we want to watch football. Also, the soccer ads are really annoying.
