Adidas need to make it infinitely easier to return items. Purchaces are sent out in lightning quick time but as soon as a customer wants to return we are faced with the slowest, difficult and archaic process. It's baffling in 2023 that this is what Adidas have opted for. Laughable. It's much easier to purchase through official stores on Lazada, Shopee. Amazon etc. So much smoother as it should be. Don't waste your time.

I enjoy shopping from Adidas. they have good deals and you receive points from every purchase. You also receive free shipping if you are a rewards member. The sizing chart and clothes sizes are accurate and I haven't had a problem shopping from here. Like all branded clothing you pay for the logo, so do expect some pricey items, however, the quality of the products make up for any high prices. I recommend shopping from here!

Great when it works. Mind numbing pain when it doesn't, which is too often for this company. i.e. my cart glitched and added 2 of what I put on there(I only put one), and now my cart won't empty. Tried all the tricks given to me by customer service, and still no fix. How much money does this company lose by their website simply not working?

AWFUL NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!! All cancelations after it says that the product has been shipped. Then if you actually do receive a package it's completely wrong item forcibly making you return it. And you still have not received what you paid for. JUST AWFUL!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks 😊

heaviest and laggiest app I've used in a while. The interface is fine but it's super heavy to run on any phone, it uses too many resources, probably because of all the tracking and stuff.

I'm not sure what happened to this app bc it used to work fine. But for the past month, it won't do anything. It just says loading no matter what part of the app you're trying to use. The website works a little better, but not much. The whole thing has gone downhill fast. I just gave up on trying to buy anything bc it's just too frustrating!!

I like adidias. There is nothing to say about quality. But the app is not convenient to use. After I scroll down all the way and see 1 item and go back, the app scrolls back to the top first item. I hope adidas will fix this issue.

The recent update makes browsing for items impossible. You could be scrolling for 5 mins and you find something you like. You press back on the app and it takes you straight to the top of the page. Please fix

The app doesn't let you use a virtual card. It just says "can't process payment". Not knowing what the issue was until now, I've wasted coupons and points on discounts because I haven't been able to complete an order.

It can give you positive pressure to keep you on the track for your goal, what you need is getting used to turn on the app whanever you start your exercise however it is designed for running and walking sort of activity and it is not the best for other exercises given that all the campaigns and monthly goals are the time and distance you cover by any sort of walking or jogging or running sort of exercises that's why I deduct one star but for runners it is a 5 star app.

Constantly login out, even mid way through browsing. Going back from product to filter, resets all filter. Very slow in loading page in general compared to previous app version. In all, not a good experience.

App just blew my mind with how easy it was to place an order. I'd stayed away from the app for months, ordering Adidas products via other merchants because the app simply wouldn't function properly. Thanks to the developers for putting time/effort into cleaning up the payment process! Time to see if the wishlist I have in the app now syncs with the one on the website 🤞🏾

Customer service needs to be improved. No emails whatsoever about the status of your orders before cancellation. Inventory needs to be worked on. It is understandable that stocks may run out before processing even after payment went through but at least there should be transparency to the customers. App would simply show "packing your orders" at almost two weeks from placing the order. Worse, no response from the team when you try to ask for the status

When filtered on size, type of shoes, and scrolling through the filtered list and if happen to like something and open that shoes to see the detail, once we close that popup by crossing on top RHS, the list reverts/ displays all the way to the top of the list. This is very annoying as will need to scroll down 100s of shoes to get back to where we were looking. Once a shoes is seen in detail and pop-up closed, the list should revert to where that shoes is so we could continue exploring from there

Constantly having issues with both the App and the regular site when paying. Keeps saying it can't accept my payment. Used 3 different cards all have plenty to cover a $50 pair of shoes. Happened this morning and a few months ago when trying to buy a pair of shoes. Can someone figure this out so that purchasing isn't so stressful?

Absolutely terrible app. Uninstalling after having my time wasted trying to purchase things multiple times. Terribly optimised user experience, with unresponsive menus that don't let you go back one step (forcing you to re-search categories every time). Had to give up on my basket 3 times because of payment card processing issues, invalid discount codes (they weren't invalid on the main site) and inability to open my banking app stopping me from paying Joke of an app, buying Nike instead

One of the worst app that I have downloaded. Ordered a shoe. The app showed transaction failed. Ordered again, now it's showing two orders placed. I couldn't cancel one. Pathetic app experience. They don't have Gmail login. Though they allow sign-ups. No option to reset password option. Their software design shows how pathetic they are in this space. Either do it properly or outsourc it to the who do it good. Losing trust in adida. Need resolution for this immediately

it's really stable. just a little buggy after you load some items when tapping on a item and getting back. but apart from that, perfect.
