This app really isn't that great if you are paying for it which you have to. Thankfully I'm only paying $4.99 or $5.99 a month but I'm not even sure that's worth it. Practically every other app I have I don't have buffering issues or signal issues except with this app. It's constantly buffering and freezing, will skip forward and then will go backwards another 10 secs then skip forward another 15-20 secs missing plays and stats. Not very many choices for games either. 2 stars only bc I can watch

Been incredibly frustrating just to watch replays of games on the XBOX App. Games freeze before kickoff and the sound takes ridiculous amounts of uninstalling and reinstalling to work for a game. The app works okay on my phone, It's just not worth paying for. I just really want to watch my team play a full game. It's bad enough that I can't get the game live. Replays should be seemless. :(

This app, and the NFL+ subscription, might be the worst one out there. If you pick only NFL+ (half the price of premium), then you can only watch your local game on your phone or tablet, which you can't cast to your TV if you want to watch it on anything larger. I'm not even sure Premium would fix that. The app quality is not great, you only get to watch the broadcast when the app has decided it has started, and even then it takes forever to load. 0/10 would not recommend

It's the literal worst app ever. It only works like 20% of the time. The rest of the time, the audio and video is glitching out 24/7. Constantly telling me to sign in to watch stuff when I'm already signed in, and you can't use it on anything besides a mobile device unless you have a TV provider. Why would I use this to watch on my TV if I had a TV provider to watch my local games on??? Entirely defeating the point of your own market.

Why does this app have so many issues. Crashes fairly frequently or doesn't want to display video or audio at times. If you minimize the app to answer a text, usually gives a black screen and you have to restart the app. Using firetv, same issues. Constant crashing. Why do I have to restart the app 4+ times in a 2 hour period?

Is there anything less then 0? Starting off to watch basically anything you have to pay whatever streaming service is associated with said broadcast network which is different for any network. You have to pay for everything. 2nd is that there's no greater inconvenience then to have a tab that is specifically labeled "scores" yet refuses to show you any score to any game. In progress or otherwise. Worst sports app imaginable. Save yourself the headache and just back out now find something else

NFL+ is a truly horrible app. A great product that I would love to enjoy but the delivery is atrocious. It freezes any time there is a big play, almost like the person at the concert who sticks their iPad up for the best song blocking your view. I have to restart the entire app at least 3x each quarter because it has frozen. Seriously considered canceling when paying per month but the $25/year sale got me. That's what it's worth: $1.99/mo so beware you're throwing away $5/mo.

Terrible, I can't even watch a games live stream for more than 2 minutes without it sending an error message 5001. Total fumble on the NFL's part. NFL+ is worthless. last year at $5 a month, I had no problems. They raised the price to $7 a month, and in come the problems, I don't know how much more of this I can take. Fix the issue if you want a good review. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Terrible UX. Main purpose of this app is to stream media, yet the option to start playing your favorite team's audio is buried behind scrolling and menus. App is sluggish, crashes constantly. When you launch an audio stream, it starts muted. If you get a call during playback, it crashes / doesn't resume the audio feed. Can't believe an app that requires a monthly subscription is this bad.

If i can ge r a 0/5 I would. This app is too buggy, even as NFL+ Subscriber. You literally can't change some settings like, "Show Scores" just doesn't work even ask. The app crashes and closes too much, the app "free" features don't even work. I recommend the app devs to test and release UPDATE ASAP for before each sport seasons as o wanna watch and see scores and the live plays. Not a crash, unstable, buggy mess.

Have been using this app to watch games on my Xperia for over a year now, with no trouble at all until I upgraded to NFL+ and it prompted me the new upgrade. Now, I can open the app and see scores and my account info, but as soon as I try to watch a game or highlights, my phone stalls for a second, then restarts completely. Every. Single. Time. This needs to be fixed so I can watch the games I paid to watch.

When it works it's fine, but if I'm paying any amount of money for this monthly (NFL plus), I expect it to work the majority of the time and not ask me to sign into my TV provider when I'm using my android or my iPad (which it says does not require a TV sign in). Half the time I have to go and restart it multiple times just for it to load a game without a "this device is not authorized" message appearing. A nice perk is that it is nice to be able to listen to the game radio for every game.

no audio when using my Xbox when watching RedZone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and reset my console audio settings to factory. I've done everything I could find on message boards and nothing works. Yesterday I tried to watch game replay for full and condensed and only a blank screen. What the hell is going on? How many 1 star reviews does it take before you fix the bugs? I wonder if anyone actually reads the reviews who is in a position to fix it.

Simply Bad App and Organization Overall!! I wanted to watch good games. I understand they have to use lots of money paying players and everything. I decided to sign up for a premium subscription. Man!! What a mistake. I cannot watch anything on the app or computer. Customer service is all robot and AI. So, I got no one assisting me. Of course, they charged me successfully with no issues. Now, I've paid, but I cannot watch anything. Feel like a rip off. Other networks give a trial period,not this

This app kinda sucks right now. Android user, not currently paying for a subscription. I try to watch videos within the app and many times they start with no sound and give you no playback control (stop/sound/resolution). Occasionally closing and reopening the app works, or restarting my phone (which seems pretty extra). But today that and even uninstalling an reinstalling the app wouldn't do it. Pretty poor functionality don't you think?!

It's like they actively tried to make this app worse every year. Can't even watch highlights anymore because they show a 5-10 second highlight sandwiched between two 30-second ads. It's basically a commercial app that provides the 4th best NFL coverage. In terms of quality, not even w top 5 app for NFL news!! Doesn't always open. Takes multiple attempts. Once it is open, it's an okay app bur it's frustrating to have to make so many attempts to just get it to load.

App crashes every 10 minutes on my S23 Ultra. Red Zone also crashes a lot on TV with the NFL app, but it isn't as bad as on the phone. The phone is ridiculous. Seriously, this has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. At least when it comes to streaming video. I am watching the Steelers/Raiders game, but actually I can't, because it crashes ever 5 to 10 minutes. Trash.

The Scores section of the app does not display the scores correctly when scaling for larger text settings on my Pixel 7. Two digit scores stack one over the other. For example, the number 25 shows the 2 over top of the 5. So if the score is 25 to 14, all four digits are showing above one another in a list fashion: 2 5 1 4 The spacing is such that you can't see the scores. This is frustrating and it seems like a simple fix. This has been an ongoing issue for multiple seasons. Please kindly fix.
