Nearly a year of having the app and probably thousands of £ spent and I'm at 1905 points. Just need another 3095 for that magical £5 voucher. Winning!

Just tried to use a £5 voucher in-store and it has completely disappeared from my app and did not come off my shopping I did have £15 it now reads as £10. So is this the biggest scam of the century or what.

Wow, how difficult can you make it to collect points, always items I would never buy, great wee scam for morissons to get people to buy items they wouldn't normally buy.

Puts the app into appalling. Using my Morrison's email and password does not work. Installed then reinstalling does nothing. Just because someone has watched their younger sibling play Minecraft does not make them software engineers or computer programmers. But this app is essential for anybody interested in software development who wants to learn what makes some applications utterly useless. So sack everyone involved in this shambles and employ someone with technical knowledge.

Good App when it's working, But I would like a card has a backup when the app isn't working on my phone. I've requested a card twice. But the cards haven't been sent. Poor.

Updated the app on my own accord, which I don't normally do unless I'm given no choice and wish I hadn't. Most recent app doesn't work, won't get past the loading screen

Useless & MISLEADING. I purchased food in store and food at coffee and scanned or entered manually my card but my points didn't go up at all. Why misleading trying to attract buyers with app and offers stories when that's not the case?!

Don't know what's happened but since yesterday app on my phone doesn't work. When I open app page is blank or just showing loading page, can't open. Before was laging quite often.

Worked fine, but now won't even open, just hangs on the opening green screen and as you can no longer get a physical card as back up it's utterly pointless.

Total waste of time. Best way to get people to shop elsewhere. Either you get no points because none of the items you're buying are on their list, or yet get told you can not have the points because you didn't pre activate the deal before you paid at the till.

Points are terrible. Spending £50 on a shop to be rewarded with a basket bonus of 100 points (10p) is a total waste of time. We spend about £40-100 a week shopping and we've accrued about 3000 points since the new system has started. You don't even routinely get points. You get them when you buy stuff that you usually don't want. Feels insulting to be honest

This app used to work fine but now when I try to open it all I get is the first green screen and that is as far as it goes... I've uninstalled and then reinstalled it a countless number of times but it still doesn't work. No I can't more on the web... phoned customer services at 5pm and they are closed are they only part time?

The app would be fantastic... If it actually collected points. The actual look and design is great and easy to use. Shame the main feature and benefit is currently flawed. I think it'd added points for about 4/12 shops that I've made recently.

The app isn't working for me. It scanned in the points the first time using the phone but has failed to scan the other 3 times at the store despite the beep and cashier also telling me it went through (but it didn't as the receipt says 0 points earned this visit)

Unusable app. First off, you can't even get WiFi or an Internet connection in the morrisons stores (3 closest to me) to be able to access the app. Second, the OTP is never received. Checked spam and every other folder and no passcode comes. Double checked its the correct email. Managing to get "offers" via email but not the OTP. Whoever implemented and tested the app needs a new job AWAY from software engineering. Their work is laughable.

Just loaded up the app. Spent £60+ at the store. Would not allow points to be added 'at this time', before I paid, and then the clogged up self service point couldn't give me a receipt. The young staff member told me 'It does that sometimes' and I couldn't load the points after I paid anyway. I will maybe try it again some day, but if it doesn't work then... UNINSTALL.

I understand why you are doing a separate verification when sign into the app. But why send as an email, I have to go out of app to get to my emails and takes ages to arrive. Also recently been getting 2 emails and app won't accept either. I would prefer to get verification code as text message not email. A lot of my other apps give you the option to get sent email or text.

It's an OK supermarket. Nowt special, just OK. Its spoiled by 1 thing. After just an OK shopping experience I was greeted by a unpleasant till cashier. So nothing really shined brightly about the place. Asda is cheaper and more cheerful. So is tesco and the beat goes on....ps...I didn't get my morrisons points either...don't bother
