I can load my custom columns on here which is great. What is not so great all my custom events always shows 0 in the app no matter what so I can never check my metrics I want to see in the app which defeats most of the apps purpose. Why let us load the custom colums if nothing gets passed through? Same columns work perfectly on desktop. Please fix then 5 stars. It has never worked on the app 😔

Such a buggy application, I rarely am allowed to view the data I need. There's always a bug in the way. This + their ad accounts disable policy makes Meta IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAR. Shame on you, such a big platform with a very bad customer experience.

Too many crash. Doest match with IG Ads. Bad for managing ads. Lousy... Not efficient at all. Im sure the people who made this apps, never promote anything by them self.

Very Frustrating Application. Camera Roll is not showing there in app and even storage access prompt is also not given when I started using application. Storage Access permission is also not showing in the App permissions. Very disappointed.

Worst company for advertising closed all my adds and shut down my ads account no explanation. I have messaged them no reply still and I am advertising a course I am running. So Google and tiktok are getting my money and they happily accept it unlike Facebook. Stupid how an advertisement company can shoot them selves in the foot with such bad service when someone is paying for their services.

Whenever I Make a Payment By Adding Balance Or Switch Better Ads Account For Like 1 Or 2 Times, I Receive This Message “Something went wrong Some info may not be displaying properly in this app. To fix this, please try deleting the app and installing it again.” Meta Ads Manager Team If You Are Reading This Please Fix This Issue and I am Not The Only One Facing This Problem, So Please Don't Tell Me To Reach Out To Your Email Support, Just Pass On This Message To Your Developers. I get told lies. They say that I can sign in with a text that they sent me. But there is no text. They lie a great deal. They lie across a number of platforms. If you want to advertise to real hookers and phony lotto winners this is the app to use.

The UI/UX is really easy to understand, but the data from the app is different and inaccurate from meta ads manager

The functionality is totally very bad, you can't create ads with multiple URL address of different product.

Actually the app not able to a Upload image from mobile library cause can find it in permission manager, I contact fc support but they are not help and they need me to 5 stars rates only when the phone close.

Installed this today to find another person linked to my account that I don't know.! Their account information and everything related to their account is there for me to see. I feel this is unsafe, and I am now deleting my account. By the way I looked up the person that was linked to my account on facebook and they are a hacker! I just hope this is not going to compromise me in any way. Do not install this app

With recent changes, I'm getting the ads rejected. I have a small business not like a big company and it's really hard to understand there policies.

Wow. FB ads are total these days. Spending $600+ to target high income families and we're getting the absolute worst leads. This was a problem pre-2016 before FB changed to a Nazi channel, but my god. It's so bad. Pulling all FB ad spend and putting into Google and old school marketing (yard signs).

When you press the back arrow button to leave submenu, it restarts your entire ad campaign workflow! This app is basically pointless.

I can't even run ads because of the payment methods. Why was the verve card payment method removed. Please fix this issue and bring back the verve card payment method so I can be able to run my ads.

Nice start but needs more control like to be able to manage everything on the go and not just some of it in campagne, ads sets and ads as well.

Cannot create Leads ads even though there are already multiple ads active. Error message says I need to accept Leads terms before creating an ad, yet the terms don't show. I cannot wrap my head around how such a large corporation is this incompetent when it comes to app development. Do better.
