Oct 2023: Zoom crashed a hundred times in this month. Couuld not take any of the meetings from my device. Sync still does not work 100%. Out of Office invites still not filtered out from the list. Looks like a phone dialer rather than a professional communication tool. Meetimg title is shown truncated. Feedback form does not qork. 2022: Outlook Sync still does not work 100%. Switching between audio devices like Bluetooth does not work all the time. 2021: Outlook sync does not work.

Works when it wants to. I miss calls because the app freezes. I'm unable to access chat groups (tapping on a group or individual does nothing. It does not advance to the chat page). Overall incredibly frustrating. It seemed to work fine a handful of months ago. I'm not sure what happened.

Worked just fine for better part of 2 years. Not sure if an update occurred recently, but I can't click around or even get to zoom messages without individual notifications anymore to click on from my phone. It still rings fine and I have to keep it for work because of this. Otherwise, I'd get rid of it. What good is zoom if I can't read messages and join meetings on the go?! Can't tap anywhere as of lately and tried reinstalling twice. Works a few days then same issues.

Invoming zoom phone call doesn't have the full screen incoming call notification like it used to. It sometimes happens, but it seems like only 1/10 calls does that now. Not sure what happened since the last few updates for the s23 ultra. Everything I have is as up to date as possible too...

The long press menu doesn't include any tasks relevant to phone calls. This is a pretty big oversight for customers whose IT department has made the mistake of choosing Zoom as their phone solution. The ringtone selection is also lacking - all of the options are soft/soothing sounds that are poorly tailored to capturing one's attention.

I can't connect to my earbuds even though I've given the app permission, so that's pretty annoying. Otherwise, it's an okay app, but I'm still only giving it 2 stars because being able to connect to my earbuds is a pretty big deal to me; fix that issue and I will upgrade the rating but not until then, sorry

It's not working! And trust me I have a lot of storage, but my contacts's profile pictures aren't loading, and when I go into a group chat, it doesn't let me read the past messages, I've reinstalled it several times and it didn't work, every time a message pops up it asks me to download the emojis and then it doesn't even download.. and I can't send pictures or voice messages.. two stars because I get to talk to my friends.

Had a great first experience with Zoom cars! The booking was quick, I was able to get the car of my choice. I opted of doorstep pickup and delivery and it made my life so much easier. Car was clean and in good condition, will definitely ise zoom cars in future.

Hi, I am having technical difficulties during meetings. I can't seem to use my Bluetooth device during meetings. I tried everything from updating, rejoining the meetings, etc., and nothing helped. It looks as if the app doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices. I tried with other devices and apps. Everything works,just not with this app. Kindly resolve the issue. Thank you.

Always says "The meeting does not support dial in or call me to join", and there is no audio. No option to enable it, even after all the permissions are given. A quick google search unearthed, that this is a widespread problem, where one suggesting to host a dummy meeting beforehand to fix(😂), it did not solve the problem either. The funny thing is, for some participants, the audio works as intended, but for a few of us, it never does. Unreliable at best. Google meet seems far reliable. Thanks

Why update an app that is working fine? This update MESSED up eraser feature in whiteboard. While erasing a little part, another part not related is wiped off. It is super annoying. Lastly, I DO NOT LIKE THE PEN, ERASER,... bar floating on d screen. Let it be at the usual bottom. YOU GUYS REALLY MESSED UP THINGS ALL IN THE NAME OF UPDATING. Revert! Revert!! Revert!!!

1. This is the only app I have that manages to miss the fact that I'm using Bluetooth headphones and just starts blaring audio out of the phone speakers instead. 2. Why on earth do I need to choose between dial in and wifi/cellular every time? There is literally never an occasion where I would dial in. We're in the days of 5g here if you hadn't noticed. 3. When I have my camera on I really need to be able to see what I'm capturing easily and at all times. Not tap around in the weird UI forever

Pretty much unusable. Nothing works when I'm on the app, I can't switch through anything on the app. It's always stuck on the same call list. Calls won't go through to my phone I will just miss them and get a message saying "zoom notification" with no details as to what it was. Terribly buggy. Would never recommend. Nothing but a headache to try and make work.

Bluetooth needs work and can be a dangerous issue. It will initially connect to my truck but something as simple as a phone call can kick you off. Then it becomes a nightmare to reconnect and you may as well leave the meeting and attempt to rejoin at that point. Having to fidget with it while driving makes it a real danger but you can't hear the meeting without a Bluetooth connection due to road noise, so it's a must.

Super glitchy. My screen flickers to black intermittently while I'm using the app and it makes it impossible to click on anything until the flickering stops. It only happens when the app is open, so not an issue with my phone itself. It's frustrating to the extent that it is almost unusable.

This app is pretty terrible. It doesn't notify consistently, it doesn't show chat messages unless you force quit. If I didn't have to use this terrible app for work I wouldn't use it. The UI is confusing and the app stops responding often. I just got 3 messages and no notifications. Thankfully my computer notified so I can see the messages there. TERRIBLE app

Does not work with Bluetooth speakers or earbuds. Every other app with audio on my phone works just fine with Bluetooth except for Zoom. Tech support forums have no solutions and many reports of this problem. This has been a problem since the pandemic until today, yet still isn't fixed. Current Zoom app. Current Android OS updates. Also, horrible user interface compared to desktop versions.

The January/February update has rendered the service unusable for music teachers. I cannot hear my students' pianos. We have adjusted settings on both ends. Repeatedly. I still can't hear them play. The zoom settings do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. When I requested a refund, Zoom refused to provide it and has made zero efforts to fix problems made with the update. I will never again pay for Zoom. They are a dishonest, greedy company.
