I've been delivering for nearly two years now and for most of that time the app has been fine. But lately, every time I check anything on the app such as my wallet, inbox, ratings, etc., the app stops "Finding trips". Simply "You're online" is not enough, it's not finding orders for you. It has to be saying "Finding trips" or I'm wasting my time and not making money, which is the object. I have lost lots of time and money because of this problem with the app. Please get this fixed!

Uber driver and Uber eats servers are connected together. When a customer puts an order, they don't know they can mark the pick-up or drop-off zones somewhere else (for instance, building enterance). Instead of that, the map brings drivers to the back of the building where the apartment is close and without enterance. For developers, please make pick-up or drop-off zones marking more clearly so the driver can navigate easier. Also, change the pop-up window. It's annoying, uncomfortable, too big

Technical team doesn't care about you and your opinions. Many times asked them to improve the receiving of orders. When you are uploading a picture of drop off location or texting to customer, new order come up and gets received. And mostly they are like $7-8 for 10-15 miles. If you cancel them you increase your cancellation rating. Many times asked them to make the "delivery" button for receiving and not the whole square with the order info. They have done nothing with it. That's frustrating.

It sure would be helpful, for those of us doing deliveries, for Uber to recommend to building complexes to BETTER LABEL, and light, their buildings. Alternatively, more accurate mapping and labeling of those buildings in the app, would be exceedingly helpful. Trying to find the right building can add entirely too much time to the delivery. All this does is diminish our tips.

What I don't like on the app is an Uber own your phone. The volume going up whenever they want even though you put the option control with the phone. And that they take lower half of the phone, so when you want to press the home button you can get trip that you don't want and if you cancel it going against you.

I'll admit, I enjoy driving for Uber but ugh! There's days the app works fine and days where it frustrates me that I just go offline, while en route to pick up a rider as soon as I make a complete stop, the map moves for example I am only 2 minutes away and when I make a complete stop, the map moves back and says I'm 16 minutes away! I've already had quite a few riders cancel because of it. It confuses them! Uber C'mon! We want to make money and make you guys money! Fix these bugs please!!

Issues with app getting stuck "navigating" in areas with poor cell coverage. The problem is that while it's looking for a route, you lose the ability to choose an alternate GPS app. It takes too long for Uber app to timeout and ask if you want alternate app. Ability to counter a bad review, though that issue seems to have been addressed for future issues. I have an erroneous 1 star review dragging me down to a 4.97 from 5 stars. I even had video proof to counter the riders claim.

I love driving for Uber & the app is awesome! I was really, really happy when you updated the app to show the time, distance and destination of the pickup and the time, distance and destination of the drop-off, I really hope you keep it this way, thank you!!! Just a thought, I wish the Uber navigation offered an option to avoid highways, especially in bad weather.

I had to update the app on 8/27 or 8/28 and its hot garbage now. If you're in a low service area it will repeatedly bring back a completed trip. Had to drive 3 miles to finally get service to end the trip. Never had that issue of completimg trips before and I hope it doesn't charge the riders extra. Plus the whole map freezes while in low service and am missing rides because "something went wrong" and it's affecting my acceptance rate.

Currently there's no Android auto version of the App so you are compelled to use Waze on Google maps if you want to see your route on the cars screen. This is fine until they begin to give conflicting directions. Also I've had the App send me to intersections where you cannot make the suggested turn due to construction or illegal turns on a one way. The map also defaults to North up rather than the orientation of the drive. This is a huge problem when initiating navigation of the trip.

Some time the map is extremely inaccurate or it lags and doesn't tell you where to turn until your past the turn and it shows like you haven't reached it quite yet. At times I have sat for a hour or more waiting on orders even in what shows as hot spots. But over-all if in a good location there are many positives and perks of this company and the casual socialization can be quite fun. I very much enjoy driving for Uber.

Overall exp. is good. Great flexibility and so far no issues with app EXCEPT the annoying alert that rings over 15x to alert you of an order. Do we really need it to ring this much? And it's very loud. 3x should suffice. I would love to be able to shut that off. Pay isn't available right after delivery. For some reason there is a delay. I do the math in my head and an hour in im still showing a couple bucks. Doesn't refresh right away. FIX THE PAY! You can't call it INSTANT if it isn't.

Disable "always on top" requirement to log on. It is useless when you get a order and cannot even see the map of where to go and you cannot do anything on the phone because it overlays everything! Return to the old way of swiping a order off screen to shut the alarm off. It's ridiculous that a order will set a alarm off until a order is declined or the timer runs out!

Firstly, having no in-app navigation is just annoying and switching backnforth is...ugh! I really wish there was a big update with integrated navigation (for bicyclists like myself it would be a major help) and better UI. Another flaw I've noticed is lack of native keyboard support. For example, I was once in a pinch trying to chat with Support and had no auto-complete nor text correction through my keyboard. This resulted in me having to correct and resend messages, wasting precious time. 🙄

Instead of fixing the apps issues, they decide to remove key features that are almost necessary. Like thumbs up and thumbs down on order, pick up or drop off. These features need to come back. Also If you get a message from a customer, the message repeats over and over again until you open the message. Even after you reply, you still have to open the message.

This app could be much better. Needs features like Amazon Flex. Where drivers know their stops. Indicated by a NUMBER not an arrow. It is annoying when you're almost at the drop off location and another order notifys you; the entire screen changes and it makes it tough to deliver. There should be a seperate window for when an order comes in. Or a seperate optional application for the maps. But in my experience Amazon Flex is best navigation. They also have door and gate unlock features.

After recently updating the app, the map is consistently messing up. I have to force the app to close, and then reopen it to refresh the map. Even then that doesn't matter because it just does it again. Also tired of the low offers for long distances. I'm not happy with this app right now.

The app functions well enough to navigate the ride for my passenger/s. On occasion it misdirects. It also tends to make directions for way too many turns, rather than a straight line to the destination. When you start a new fare on the app, there's about a 5-10 second delay before the app starts giving directions. During that time, I'm driving and possibly going in the opposite direction of the drop-off until the app decides to finally give directions. This is confusing for the passenger.
