Horrible App! It can't seem to import resume correctly! All the information from the second page of my resume is added to the work experience fields (not correct info). I would have to edit and retype EVERYTHING in to each field! No way, who has time for that. Can't add a profile pic either... Just acts like it's loading in but doesn't. Please fix your app!

Multiple issues. I'm unable to upload my resume. Location filter doesn't work, the app shows me jobs all over the US even with filter and preferences set. Apply button doesn't work. I have to open my internet browser and manually go to the site. I've always used Glassdoor via browser, for some reason I thought having the app would be smoother. I was wrong.

The app is almost useless. You have to close everything else to get it to open. It almost never provides job alerts. When it does say there's new jobs, there usually aren't, or they are the same ones that I looked at already. When I unsave jobs, they remain saved. Jobs you apply to remain saved as well, they do not move to Applied Jobs.

Glassdoor has a great UI. The amount of job openings is great. The options under each company are also very helpful i.e. reviews by ex and current employees of said company, salary reviews for each position and very detailed personal reviews from current and ex employees. The only thing I had an issue with was the search option. After the user input what they want to search for, it lagged a lot while populating results (I always used wifi from home while searching, we have great speeds). Also, I wish it were easier to search for a specific position and get those exact position results other than getting a mixed bag/adding a position to your notifications updates and it gives you notifications for a different position than what you searched for.. but hey, it was a really great app that had great leads to amazing opportunities.. I learned quite a bit while using it. I have found employment so i am going to uninstall for now.

Way too many notifications. Deep link handling is sub-par and often doesn't navigate correctly in-app. All of my "easy apply" button presses have opened an external tab to Indeed, where I'm not signed in and thus enter everything manually; If there's any *other* way that Glassdoor handles "easy apply," then there should be a distinction between that and external links to places like Indeed. Oh, and as a more personal suggestion: dark mode is a great addition to any app.

Hope I just get this resolved soon. I've had the app for two minutes and I can't upload my resume. It takes me to options for using Facebook, Google, or email. None of the options are clickable on the screen. The only things that do take me to the next screen is skipping, private policy, and terms of use.

This app provides insurmountable trouble when attempting to upload a simple resume. It is always met with the error message "We can't find a browser to open this file" therefore making this app very much a problem, and it is very tough to try and work through the issue, and I have changed the files, tried to upload, and despite my attempts, found it once again failed. Please fix this issue, and my review will definitely change.

Complete waste of time! Every application I've filled out wasn't accepted. I got error messages upon hitting the submit button, every time. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing happened. I created five different resumes but none of them are under 5mb, the limit for submitting resumes. I was redirected to the website for the business I was applying for and promoted to fill out their application which is always more detailed and requires more work. Talk about frustrating!!!

Absolutely horrendous app. Even just basic functions are too much for it, like allowing me to set my profile location to where I actually am, it just keeps changing over and over to somewhere I am not. Horrible user interface, clicking anything you don't understand will take you to a help center that just takes you right back to the app, that takes you in a never ending loop.

I have just begun using the app, and while initially it looked very promising, it has a frustrating glitch. When it alerts you to a new job opening with your criteria, and you click on the job, it absolutely will not load. I've tried multiple times, still no luck. In talking with others who use the app, they report similar problem. Their work around has been to see the name of the company hiring, and ho to their website to further search. Disappointed.

This app is barely operational, let alone functional. This app sends a hundred push notifications that, when clicked, get stuck in a forever loading screen. The apply button for job postings rarely work (it's just clicking a button and going nowhere, over and over). I've got a fairly standard phone (Samsung S9), so it's not my hardware that's the issue. I'd honestly rather use the mobile website in chrome, at least when I click something it actually works.

This app has had many problems from failing to pull data (particularly for salaries), giving suggestions that are nothing remotely close to what you searched, loading problems, among other things and only seems to be getting worse. The app serves most of its functions, but does them extremely poorly and creates a truly awful experience every time. I have avoided this app unless absolutely necessary. Fix the problems, there is so much potential. The website isn't much better either.

Pretty buggy app. Job posts get hung up when clicking from either the notifications bar on the phone or the bell icon in the app. You also cannot customize how notifications interact with the phone. While good in thought, the idea of making the screen turn on on every notification can be a nuisance at night - there are very limited options for notification controls.

Extremely buggy & lags. Once I apply for a job and submit the application, the app freezes on the logo loading page, and won't move past it. It's not clear if my application went through- most times it has, but I still have to close the app out, reopen it, and start over again as far as looking up jobs. It does this on Android and iOS. It forces you to use the app to look for jobs, not a browser. And, why does the iOS version have Glassdoor Bowls, and Android's version does not? 🤔😕🤷🏽‍♀️

I like the app itself, but I can't get any profile information to come up. It's been several months now, and I assumed updates and restarting would fix it, but I can't save jobs. The profile comes up blank. It is also the only job app I have so far that doesn't have one of the towns near me when I do a search (it will show me jobs there, but won't come up when I put in location)

If you're only using the app to look up jobs/companies without saving listings, applying, or setting up job alerts then it's fine, otherwise you'll find bugs everywhere. Can't upload resume, app shows expired jobs in the saved section that you cannot remove, can't edit/remove job alerts. I'm normally very forgiving about bugs, I've even personally sent messages about these bugs but over a year later nothing has been fixed. You'll need to use a browser for anything important. Pretty useless.

this app is normally wonderful but recently I can no longer look at new jobs under saved searches and push notifications are useless; both are met with endless loading circles! I really wanted to use this app to find a better job and change my life. I believe it has the potential to be super helpful but right now I don't know if it needs an update or what, but please fix this!

Apply Now button doesn't work. The hunt for a job is bad enough, but it's torture when you actually find something worth applying to and THE APP WON'T LOAD THE NEXT PAGE. So frustrating. Tried to open the page in Chrome, but the app automatically takes over every time, and as I've expressed, the Apply Now button doesn't work on the app!! LAME. Samsung Galaxy S10+.
