Thank you for your excellent services. However, I have a question. Why is it not possible for you to prevent scammers? These scammers initially contact you and then continue their fraudulent activities through Telegram. This is a significant issue for beginners. Additionally, it would be helpful if there is detail about gig Gallery of some of your sellers, even they are level 1 seller, they uploaded 20 gig photos. I have made several attempts but I didn't find any option for my self.

Hi, what's going on with my Fiverr app? After updating it, I realize that I receive no pop-up notifications to my phone any longer. For instance, whenever I have a message, I wouldn't know unless I move to the app and reload it myself. I also checked the text notifications on the app but unfortunately, it says fail text notification. Please what's going on?

Worse and worse customer support experience. I've been trying to reach them for ID verification and account disabled issues for last 2 months or so. They said it'll take upto 60 days and I waited for that time. Now they are saying it'll tale 120 days to resolve. For real? I'm very disappointed with their support team for not being consistent on their own words. Now my account is deleted which was btw just done within 24 hour after request. Great.

Totally useless app. Very disappointed , very unsatisfied with this app. Never get an order through this app, there is no request options. Disable any gig any time without any warning or any kind of notifications. It Also disable your account without any description and notification or warning. I'm gonna uninstall this app right now and never comeback again. Don't waste your time on this app try using freelancer or Upwork this would definitely work. Many scams are there in this app. Thanks.

Amazing app. Very easy to use and generate enormous opportunities for buyers and sellers around the world. :) . Update issue on 23rd October 2023: I am not able to verify my identity as the app does not have camera access. Please fix the technical glitch so that I can keep using my seller account.

I work on this platform. Now, it's easier with this app. I have successfully become a Level 2 seller. This app doesn't have all the features that we can access in the web version. But I use it to contact buyers and complete their orders. Love it 😀 ❤️

Fiverr is scam company. They don't allow zoom calling for sellers without level status. I lost one order due to lack of access to zoom call in inbox to discuss about a project. I lose some money and Fiverr lose some revenue. That's loss and loss. Very frustrating experience.

Good app but lots of improvements needed: Messages I receive and read are still marked Unread if I dont manually mark them as Read.....and I still have to triple-check that the attempt was successful. When I reply to messages, I receive a New Message notification.. of my own reply... I then have to make sure its marked as Read. This has been going on for years. All of this needs to be fixed since Sellers are punished for our Unread messages

I've just registered and got my account disabled for some reason (I literally haven't managed to do anything yet), and to clear that up, I should contact customer support, which I can do if I sign in my account, which is disabled 😂. This is hilariously dumb. Upgraded: I registered with another email, and after a few minutes, it got disabled AGAIN. I'm just furious. I would rate this app -5 if that was possible. This is the most idiotic experience with an app I've ever had.

Rating is entirely based on the app usage. Faceless app, means that this app offers very limited support. 1* because you have to buy a gig before the job is done. Usually, the job is done first, then payment follows. Once you pay, and done a review, you can't change it, modify it or edit it. Not all sellers are legit. Some try to work the system. They have not been vetted. Still a risk! Tips should not be shared with fiverr. since they are already asking for fees, and charge a lot of taxes etc.

It's worst when I try to verify the account for publish gigs. I don't know the problem about the website. I takes a lot of time to send opt. But still, I can't submit for verification. Try to fix this problem. I will definitely give 5 star

Found the app clunky and difficult to use. There were some errors with file delivery as well as payment. It was actually quite frustrating to use the app but the workmanship was so good, I'm about to use it again....so there you go.

A little heads up that everything is in USD unless you change it would earn more stars. Almost every other app out there shows prices in your country's currency. I can't be too upset because I'm happy with the results but it wasn't great to find that out looking back at my bank statement.

With the new version, I am having some issues. The most important one is that after a few minutes, the app did not show me online to my client while I made it run in the open windows/background and of course, it ruined my online status as well as my availability to the buyers. Please help me to improve the issue if there is any hack. My phone capability and specs are all okay.

I just can't seem to download files no matter what. I've checked my app settings and permissions but still no luck. Its an inconvenience especially when we aren't near our work station. The "notify me" feature that once worked doesn't anymore.

Some of the Gigs are fake and there is no way to identify. Further, we are at the mercy of the seller to cancel an order. I reported to the customer support, initially they asked me to wait. Now I have been following up but no response for my ticket. They keep closing my new ticket saying it is merged with the open ticket and on the open ticket there is no response. My seller keeps decling cancellation. she is not equipped to work on it. My money is stuck with no resolution. Bad experience!

Thanks to Shuchitra, I love my logo. I came with my own design, and she improved it to look so much better. I did not understand exactly what I was getting for the cost, and I had several revisions. She explained it all and was very patient and kind during my multiple questions and revisions. I definitely would use her again and recommend her. Thank you again for everything, Shuchitra!
