The absolute worst app for small business owners! Etsy, you seriously need to FIX your apps. The old Etsy seller app had it's own issues, but at least it worked most of the time. This horrible new Etsy Seller app is even worse! I can't do anything on it without the app freezing up and crashing within seconds. I'm not able to create new listings and successfully add listing photos without the app crashing. It's useless. And absolutely no order notifications or any updates for your business showup

This new app sucks. It won't open up when I try to share to Instagram like the old one. Everytime I click on a notification, the open opens to the last thing I looked at instead of the new notification. When someone favorites items, I used to be able to see similar items they favorited with the old app, but not this one. I see no purpose for the change. The old app worked fine. This one irritates me on a daily basis.

App keeps crashing on me when trying to create a listing, upload a photo, and save a listing. And to top it off, I am not even getting notifications. The old one worked better but now it's not available. This makes my listing process pain stakingly longer than nessisary. I have to email myself each picture in order to submit photos onto the computer version. Please fix this app asap as it is hurting my business! Mobile app is desperately needed to run smoothly, correctly, and easily.

This app really makes everything harder. I wonder if they are making it difficult to list on purpose. Why would they take such a huge step back when the older etsy selling app was so much better? Listing with this new app is like listing on phone internet browser (if that makes sense?). Takes forever to upload photos and you have to wait and do one at a time, whereas the older version you could click all 10 and get on with it. This also make changing and adjusting the listing photo difficult

Awful the other app was more helpful. I sell things that change and the variations in customization options on the app are cumbersome and less helpful than the other app to navigate. I find myself still having to wait until I get home and use my computer to fix everything. Even if I am able to do it on the app it takes me twice as long and customers have to wait for their quotes.

I thought anything would be an improvement over the old Etsy seller app...I was wrong. This app is clunky and glitchy, often I can't even get photos to load (which at least worked on the last app 🙄) When I get a sale notification, I usually have to check my email to see what sold as the order page doesn't update even when reloaded. Can't see that items are out of stock and need to be renewed. Overall, I use my laptop and the web page when possible because of the terrible quality of the app.

Update: Original features still missing. Still unhappy. This app has actually taken away several features, some so simple with them taken away is frustrating. Example, seeing how many stars are in a review. I get 10-20 reviews a day. My biggest concern is knowing there are none less than 5 stars. I don't need the starting text of every one. Useless at a quick glance. Next, when a purchase is made, I want to see the image of the item, the buyers profile picture is useless to me.

Not a fan, it's worse than the old sell on etsy app that they made us switch from. I think it could be better with some adjustments to the notifications. I really don't like that when I get an order it doesn't say what item the order is for. It's also annoying to get a new banner for each favorite instead of combining them into one.

Just awful compared to the old app. It's very pretty, but is missing a lot of features. Want to quickly adjust the quantity of in stock items? Too bad. Mark a message as spam? Find a desktop to look at. Go to previous orders from a message? Hah! Accessing the Etsy site thru a web browser is more useful than this app. Frustrating to know they're raising fees to pay for products that actively make the experience worse.

I'm disappointed. I don't get any notifications for messages or orders, which has caused issues for me and buyers. I have all the notifications turned on, so there's nothing else I can see that I could do. It's frustrating to miss orders and communications from potential and actual buyers. The app is very basic and using the shop in a browser is still needed for many functions that could and should have been provided by the app.

Features not user friendly or fluid... I used to do everything on app, now I need to put down my phone and go to my laptop which is extremely inconvenient. Can't even click on tracking number in orders to take me to USPS page and it doesn't allow cut and paste Also, cannot access my phones clipboard which is integral to my communications with customers. It's unfortunate there's not another option as far as apps go, but it has reduced the amount of listings I can post and transact.

This Etsy app is terrible. The information it displays for your shop stats is incorrect or inaccurate at any given time, it is difficult to navigate the settings and more options areas, it does not offer the same options or actions as the website, it is difficult to add new listings and it fails to notify you of stuff going on when it is not open. If you have an issue, it is useless, just go to the full site because none of the information this app leads you to will be either relevant or useful.

They had a normal working app, but they decided to upgrade it to this one. It has somewhat better aesthetics, but one extremely annoying bug that i encountered - the images attached to messages would not upload. It gives an error message when i try. The exchange of images is absolutely essential in my collaboration with customers when i work on custom orders. The Etsy support was useless. The could not locate or solve the problem

I can't publish multiple listings at once like I used to be able to. I do scheduled shop updates and being able to list multiple listings at the same time is part of that. Also the shipping profiles are missing (something I had trouble with the old app as well). Guess I'll have to get my computer out for my shop updates now. Considering Etsy decided to launch a whole new sellers app instead of changing the old one they could've spent more time making sure this one was the best it could be.

Horrible. It isnt user friendly. Also I keep getting error messages when I try to copy listing and change pictures. Very frustrating. Ive been trying to add listings for 2 days now. All my photos are on my phone and in order to get them i would have to transfer to computer and make listings which is so inconvenient the old app never did this. I hate the layout of this whole app honestly. What a waste of money for Etsy to update an app no one complained about.

The old app wasn't perfect, but it is definitely better than this one. This one has issues alerting me of messages and notifications. Along with that I can't make listings from the app as it crashes as soon as I click the button for a new listing. For people on mobile I reccomend using the etsy webpage. I made the website link as an icon on my phone and use it as my seller app. Other than that I love the new layout for an app. It just isn't functional for me....

Admittedly I only use the app for checking my order queue and messaging, primarily relying on the website itself through online or mobile browser. That said, my main gripe is a small text box glitch. It is very difficult to go back and edit anything earlier in the message because a tap of the text box will highlight everything from the end to that point. I either have to tap the area multiple times and hope for the best, or try to drag the cursor from the end (which still might highlight.)

Terrible. I'm not sure why they got rid of the old app. The only thing I like is copying the listing and printing a label from my phone. That's it. So many of the features I used on the old app aren't available on the new one. I can't sync to square. I can't mass renew items if needed. It's terrible to navigate. Bring the old app back or fix this one. Better off using my computer.
