I don't know what happened in this last update (Samsung 23) but my lord is it frustrating. Whenever I remove inventory count and add variants it reputs the inventory count on so I have to manually remove it. When using a listing to duplicate it throws me back into the old listing. My recent listing aren't appear on the quick display so I am having to hunt them down. Please can we get a fix?

App was freaking until the recent update. Now I can't do anything from mobile. Can't upload product photos. Cannot add new products or edit current ones. It's a waste of space now. But it used to be great.

Doesn't work. Everytime I select my store, I get "an error has occurred" and can't use the app to work on the store in anyway. I have uninstalled app, deleted all memory, cookies, cache, re installed. Same issue.

Won't let me add any photos to products. Idk what's going on, but these constant updates are messing with my store. Update, almost a month later and I still can't add photos or edit any of my products. What's the point of this app?

It's really great except it constantly glitches with collections. Trying to to back and add conditions but some collections it doesn't even show up as an option. Really frustrating

Worst app ever!!!! Super hard to navigate and set up your website!!! I couldn't figure out how to set up my cleaning and yard work website and when it asked what type of business I have I selected the seveeces button and it completely set up the wrong website plan for me!!! Stay away!!! Even if Mr.Beast recommends it!!!

App is quite useful. But I see few problems: 1. Message icon beside phone number in abandoned cart does open the phone number in the dialer. Whereas in regular orders, it asks to open a messaging app 2. Too much redirects sometime make app experience slow and unresponsive

Update terrible. Menu button on products in the top right is not available on Android anymore but still there on iOS. Unable to delete or duplicate products. Very frustrating when the app worked perfectly before.

One of the most unstable apps I've ever used. Some pages never show anything at all. Trying to change my monthly plan and it just keeps refreshing itself and won't let me select anything.

Not working. Keeps shutting down and deleting my product that I'm trying to put in. Still isn't working. Now it doesn't load pages and won't let me upload images.9/12/23 response to shopify, I did reinstall it, some things are working now. Most pages I'm trying to use won't load at all.

Customer service at Shopify is HORRIFIC. Chats go round in circles with 10 minutes between responses because they're clearly chatting with others at the same time. Then they don't know their product so they give incorrect or incomplete answers and you go round in circles again. I've had multiple 2-hr chats that didn't give me the answers I needed. When I first signed up, phone support was available. Now that it's only chat, it's actually appealing. They over promise and under deliver every time.

In the past two weeks, this app has become borderline unusable. I am very disappointed in the new updates and how this app now operates. It is difficult to use on android and Apple. I run a busy online store and add new inventory daily. It now takes twice as long to add an item, and half the time it doesn't even fully upload the listing. It is not the fault of my internet, nor the devices. Considering how much money i pay shopify per month, I would expect better.

The latest update has made the app basically useless for Android users. I've been using this platform for years and now I'm unable to duplicate or edit products? That is 90% of what I use the app for. Considering this price I pay for a monthly subscription, it's time to look for another platform if this feature isn't returned. And why this functionality is still available on iOS and not Android makes zero sense. Please return the product duplication and editing features to Android!

Lots of bug. Keyboard constantly hides on in while duplicating a product.Media upload from recent gallery do not works. Vendors won't auto list. Price precision is wrong when editing price. Both cost,price special price etc. Keyboard auto hides when typing price. Duplicate or copy product has lot of bugs. And its confusing.i think ui wise is total flop

The only thing this app is good for is sale notifications and checking statistics. All other pages are blank, checking/updating products is a hassle, and the app kicks me out a lot. Clearing the catch and updating the application does not help. I would rather use the computer.

Latest update for Android renders this app functionally useless for me. Can't add products, can't add photos to listings, can't update variation quantities... It's like the entire app has become 'read only'. I've submitted a ticket through super and haven't heard anything back beyond the auto reply.

Cannot get my payments to work. Have been trying to set up my bank accounts so that I can payout the money being generated by my website. Keeps freezing on a blank screen and IT is of no use at all. Keeps saying I should try updating the app, but there is no update for it. I wanted to be excited for my first shop, but I'm finding it more frustrating than exciting.

Not very user-friendly. Adding variations of products used to be easy, & now it's super annoying. The app integrations are also hit or miss, & it's a pain to get customer service. You have to leave the app. & then? No help. Just a bot. Disappointed
