Negative star would be given if possible. I got scammed on the site and lost money from a business that charged my card a prepayment and I was never able to contact them and the profile address and phone #'s were fakes. They app promoted it and they were absolutely no help in the aftermath. I could not even find a working email to notify anyone, a lesson was learned. I will not deal with this platform unless it's someone I personally know very well. Beware using Booksky!!!!

I do not like that Booksy allow the service providers to use their home address as a place to conduct a professional service. I believe in safety first. For service providers who are using their home to provide a service it should clearly be stated as a warning at the time of booking. The service provider whom I booked with had an old address listed and she charged me a deposit. I did not see a contact number until after booking with her. She did not return my deposit. BEWARE!

sign in with fb - not working (both web and the app). sign in with google -> select account -> email prefilled, but you still have to input the password. why? - because we could not care less about your user experience, looser. Ah, you want to find/book the barbershop next to your place (LITERALLY 50 METERS) - our search won't find it. Update: 'Feedback & Support' section does not contain support. it contains links to the appStore and to FB page. FB page has an email WHICH DOESN'T WORK😂

The barber canceled my appointment on the app, and I got charged $15. Nothing I did wrong and I was still at my appointment on time and got the cut. I email Booksy and never heard anything back. This app is a rip off

Great app, very handy indeed. One minor thing is sometimes it's hard to see on the calendar if someone isn't available, maybe change it to a red or something so it's clearer.

The feedback and support link takes me to a page that wants me to like on Facebook or review on Play store. Nothing about support whatsoever. The invite friends and family portion also seems to lead to nothing and despite multiple invites to a friend we have been unable to figure out how to accept the invite. But there is no support information at all so I had to leave a review in the hopes the support department sees this and can assist.

Excellent service!! Today was my second time having my hair done by Si. She's very polite and professional and offers a relaxing atmosphere. My hair looks amazing, she's very gentle on my hair, not too much heat, and not too much pulling on my hair. I will definitely return.

I have nothing but high praise for Dave. He has been cutting my hair for a year now. Dave wasn't afraid to take me on as a female wanting a skin to fade look that I was wanting. I have a unique look,and he listens to how I want it cut. He if very particular with his haircuts. I always leave a happy customer. I highly recommend him.

Don't appreciate being coerced to download an app. Someone made an appointment on my behalf and now I can't cancel it because the website doesn't work. Booksy is inferior to other appointment setting products. It's a hassle to use. Will uninstall as quickly as possible. When they get the website working perhaps I'll give it another try

Great experience. We are out this way for a family event and this was close to our hotel. My wife didn't have time before we left to go to our regular spot so we had to improvise. It had everything we were looking for; well reviewed, availability, and the ease of online booking. We were greeted warmly when we got there, we let them know we had an appointment and were shown right to the chairs. I have changed Barber and he uses Booksy. Booksy would not let me book an appointment with him. He has put the appointment on himself and it sent a link to Booksy, but the appointment does not show up. Only finished appointments with someone else from 5 years ago! Definitely not a fluid app

As others have said, the app doesn't open, sometimes the error is "Permission controller keeps stopping" This seemed to be resolved by enabling notifications, as someone has already said. Unfortunate really as the barber I prefer to use is on this platform.

Piece of junk. Spams me constantly with unwanted ads and notifications. If my stylist doesn't get rid of it, I'm going to find a new one, and any other business using Booksy is going to be a hard pass.

The app has not worked for a month. I open it and it forces itself closed. I have reinstalled it, I've restarted my phone and I've sent emails about it not working. Please fix this issue, it's been over a month!

Don't use. Has zero corporate responsibility. Booked a haircut via this app. Went to my haircut, payed the merchant, only to find out the merchant marked my appointment as cancelled incurring another haircut full payment as cancellation fee. Contacted booksy and they said they can't help as they are JUST a Platform, nevermind it's how they make money as a business.

There's a bug in the app. This is the 3rd time the appointment I've scheduled has changed without any prior notice. I'll set an appointment time and show up where they state I missed my appointment and the time is changed from what I selected.
