It enters treatments as completed by itself, doesn't have option to edit or remove entries. Also, from the start, a year ago, it doesn't save my skintone and hair color and chages it to opposite every time in reports.

I am so smooth now everywhere from the temples down. I can't express enough how much I hated shaving and other methods. I had given up on hosiery. I wore tights again for the first time in a decade and not one bit of discomfort even at the end of the day when the stubble usually crept in. I was skeptical and my legs took 9 sessions to see significant results on setting 5 but I got there. 🥳

Great app to remind you about the treatment, but you can only set one reminder for each treatment. I'd really like the option to set more than one (like two days before, one day before, the actual day, etc) so it would give me time to shave/wax ahead of schedule to get better results.

The app is very limited. There is no option to put in how much hair is actually gone, it just hits a certain number of treatments and then congratulates you on being hair-free, whether you are or not. It put me on 6 week maintenance too early and most of my good results were lost. I will be uninstalling this app and doing monthly maintenance with my own calendar but I'll have to start from scratch again. It needs to be more customizable.

This app was working perfectly fine. On the odd occasion I wouldn't get a notification of when my next treatment was due but other than that I was pleased with it until randomly it logged me out, now when I try signing in it keeps saying "something went wrong, Please try again." I've changed my password a good few times now, restarted my phone and have tried to uninstalled and then reinstall the app in hopes that it will work.. but nothing seems to work. I was due a treatment, and I also did a treatment which I needed to input in my app so it shows me when I next need to follow up on it. Can you please resolve this issue.

Seemed like a good app a great way to track when your next session was due. Recently I've woken up in the morning and found my battery had drained completely overnight from over 70%. I didn't realise what the issue was until investigating further and realised in my Samsung settings that this app had around 124 issues detected, these issues can cause apps to drain batteries (device maintenance) and I've only had the app for two weeks at most. So now I've uninstalled it and will see if it makes a difference, last night it seemed to have however I still want to continue using the app or I'll have to manually write down what days I've done my session. Hope Philips can somehow fix this. I won't install for some time.

I accidentally clicked enter touch-up instead of add treatment. Now I need to delete and manually add treatment to get it into starting phase. The app clearly isn't designed user oriented, but designed for ideal conditions. There needs to be a more manual control over the past treatments. Even the simplist editing options don't exist like deleting a past treatment so I can relog. Exit from touch-up because you think you aren't ready yet. Maybe a better 3rd party app might exist, I shall check.

Lumea is really effective. I have been using this for 9 months and in the 3rd treatment, less hair was growing. After 2-3 months, i got no hair on my legs (note I'm Asian). I was also away for 3 weeks but I didn't use it for nearly 2 months, but there was less hair growing and in some parts no hair grew at all. I truly recommend this product!

The app works as a good reminder and gives you additional info on how to use the ipl epilator and how to take care of your skin afterwards. I don't like that once you've entered maintenance, you can't go back and you have to erase your progress and start over in occasion of sudden hair regrowth, like it happened with me.I imagine that tampers the statistics too, showing greater results. When you've already passed an initial course of ipl you'll have better results on the second pass, naturally.

It started off ok but it doesn't pop up with reminders, you have to check it manually and usually see you've missed several treatments. The app now crashes after you've pressed that you've completed your treatment and won't let you select what setting you used or rate the discomfort level etc. And today I've gone on to see that it has removed my treatment completion dates for the last month so now I'm going to have to guess and hope I don't overuse the IPL machine. Very disappointed with the app

Hit and miss. I love the lumea and have been using it for 6 months now. However, I find the app quite restrictive as you cannot customise the areas that you treat (eg treat upper leg and lower leg separately) and I am not able to change the frequency of treatments (as some areas need more or less treatment than that suggested).

It is really efficient and does what is promised. I had razor bumps earlier after shaving, now it is almost completely gone after maybe 3 months of usage. Downside is that the intensive light treatment dries out the skin very much turning into more wrinkly appearance. Hopefully less frequent treatments in the touch-up phase and intensive hydration will improve the looks of it..

No Notifications? Even though all notification settings are on within the app and on the settings on my phone, I receive no reminders for my treatments. Not sure why as I got them at the beginning but they have stopped for the last 3 treatments. Which means unless I manually pop reminders into my calendar I will miss treatment times and have to start again all the time. This is a review of the app...the product itself is brilliant. Just wish the app worked properly too.

Even though the update was made in December, and the app worked just fine last week, in the last 3 days everything disappeared. I don't have any treatment zones displayed, only the explore option, all my treatment dates erased, my product is registered, curiously. I've signed out, and signed in, nothing changed. I've un installed the app and installed it again. Now I can't pass the select your product stage. This is disappointing... Screwed my schedule...

thank you for quick fix of missing device bri956. it works perfectly like before and also my history is preserved. would you consider the possibility to split the legs treatment into two separate treatments for lower and upper part of legs? i would also appreciate the possibility to set the reminder repeats. thanks changing rating to 3*: reminders don't work at all, i'm missing my treatments!

Graphics slow the interface down too much. Plus having to scroll through the same tip cards after every treatment, even when several treatments are carried out at same time. The one thing I installed this for was the treatment reminders and they don't work. The app is all show and no substance. It doesn't even shook the one thing it's supposed to.

Best app! The recording of uour data is amazing and the reminders it gives you allows you to never miss your window. Only thing I would like to see when updated is free text for other body parts to laser, the options are limited to what they have provided and perhaps a few prompt questions before starting to see if results can be seen and have them logged. Nonetheless amazing app for an amazing product! Highly recommend!

4 sessions and seeing results, so that's good. Couple points: *I'd like to change the frequency of treatments - some areas need more or less than suggested. *I can't add past treatments from more than a few days earlier. *I dont get reminders. *Also I HATE the swipe up feature, it takes too long and look like it was made for a period tracker app... Update: I originally gave 4 stars but changed it to 2 since because of the above issues I no longer use it. I use my regular calendar app instead.
