Stupid app!! The previous one you could EASILY track your orders, no i cant even see if my payment was even received. This is dissappointing. Used to have the brochures on the app to order on the brochure itself. Now it just. sucks. Who's bright idea was it to make everything worse and more difficult?!?! NO stars.

Ive been using this app for ages and it has never give me problems, I've just updated it to the lastest version and it won't let me access "Social Sharing Hub" as it throws me out constantly. I've rebooted my phone and same results. I've eventually forced stop, cleared cache and redownloaded but still throws me out the moment I try and access my social platform.

Great for viewing and sharing brochures and populating customer orders. However, it's difficult to finish an order ... I always have to go back and use the web version. A tutorial or simpler version would be nice

If the app is not letting you log in on a new phone. Try the following: Go into your Device Settings -> All Applications -> Avon ON -> Permissions -> Enable notification permission. This worked for me straight away after I had problems

Hi please help. I loved this app and would love to continue using it however it has stopped working. I use it on the go alot but it won't let me edit and share the images now ever since it updated and layout changed. It will let me on my tablet which is strange but I don't carry tablet everywhere. I have uninstalled n reinstalled restarted my phone. Still same. Can this be fixed?

Needs a lot to improve on. Can't view my due dates. Order tracking view can be improved. Placing order is difficult specially when the basket icon icon overlaps each other due to several variants available. Online Payment takes a while to be deducted from the balance. Hard to place orders from different flyers or brochures.

App works great for me! No issues. It makes my life so much easier! Wish that they added a feature that we can log a Query via email directly through the app. Almost like a query chat log. That would be a great bonus feature!

Really struggling with this app. Trying to find products is a nightmare. I often need to back order, but there's no option for this anymore. The drop down tab only shows the current brochure. Not user friendly at all.

This app needs a lot of work. It is not at all user friendly. Some Options on the app do not make sense at all. There is no way to delete an individual product if entered incorrectly. There is error on amount and we need to call the call center to make sure it is correct or not. It literally took me 1.5 hours to place an order. You guys need to step up right now. Please work towards this feedback

Doesn't work - I've downloaded the app multiple times now. It simply doesn't allow me to log on. I have checked my ID and password using the standard website login, works first time. So the fault isn't with me, but with the app. Shame really as I was looking forward to using it after recently joining the business.

EDIT: Still 1 star, as, even tho I finally got into it, every time I do go into it, I have to find my log in details as it doesn't save them!! Even tho I've said to use my fingerprint, it still doesn't listen. AWFUL APP!!!! Doesn't even open! It crashes before it even loads anything 🤬🤬🤬

I've stopped using the App because it doesn't serve any purpose. Catalogues are emailed to me. I place orders online. Please bring back the old App! It's so frustrating when an App doesn't serve its purpose especially when the previous App was faultless! Avon responded to my previous comment made in June 2019 but their promises remain just words. Really disappointing.

Rating is actually ZERO. The App doesn't work. Shows error message when I try to open it and never get through. Ha uninstalled and installed a number of times but still doesn't work. Basically, it's useless. Might as well discountinue its existence.

Good day My Avon On application is not responding. I'm using the app for 3 months now and all of the sudden when I was using the photo frames they provide on the app , it logged me out . I tried to lock in again but didn't work so went to uninstall the app but still doing the same . I have a short screen recording what the app is doing . If you want me to send it just let me know . The worst experience ever for a first time user. It keeps saying "there was an error while loading application data, please try again later". This is happening continuously and I have uninstalled the app and loaded again numerous times but it still brings up the above error once the app is downloaded.

I just placed an order and this is my first time. I thought there was a 5k pesos credit limit account but it turns out I have to pay cash on delivery. I tried searching infos about payment methods but there was no useful artucle on their site or on web. When I checked out the order there was no payment options so I assume it will be automatically deducted on my credit line. It is so frustrating because there was no cancel order option as well. I tried all contact information still no response.

App has just decided that it don't want to work on my tablet, it has been working fine, no problem for months, all of a sudden I have updated it and now it will not let me make posts from avon social. It just keeps saying the post is being blocked and cannot post, I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled it, I have deleted and reinstalled Facebook, twitter, Instagram, everything. Insta/twitter/fb are working cos I'm posting from other sites onto them send posting normal, its Avon
