App is getting worse every update. Can no longer "save for later" and my list I shop from there is gone. When I checked out, I still had items in cart. These issues have been going on for more than a month. Please fix. Thanks! Love the Ulta app. I always get more samples and offers on-line than in store. You can save your favorite items so you never have to go search. There is also a place to let them know what kind of samples you like.

This app is so intuitive. While it advertises new products as part of the experience, it does not interfere with the shopping experience as most other retail apps do. The saving of favorites, and excellent search functionality provide an enhanced experience, and allow the user to navigate menu options easily, and checkout is quick and allows you to pick up in stick items, and ship others without placing separate orders. It is great!

The app is fairly easy to navigate and use. The search engine could use some upgrades. It has a hard time finding an item if you don't spell it exactly as listed. At times when you try to click on a brand it will say unavailable when it it available. Other than those two hiccups, I find it really easy to use. Nice layout and tons of information available.

I love the app exclusive deals. I love looking at all of the reviews and I can keep things in my cart while I wait for a big sample offer (spend $70 get a a tote with $70 worth of samples). I havd small children so it can be difficult for them to keep their hands off all the pretty things in the store. The app allows me to browse, gives me personalized product suggestions, and saves me time and money!

I love the store, app, rewards, freebies, & coupons. I took off 1 star for the favorites portion of the app. It's awful that every time you look at something/remove item from favorites it takes you back to the top. Way too time consuming. Took other star off for not being able to use multiple coupons in the app like you can in the store. Example: if I have a coupon for free mascara and want to use my regular store coupon for purchases, I can't online or with app, so I have to drive to the store.

This app is basically unusable about half the time. When it works, it's pretty good. Points and rewards are displayed nicely, but the filters don't work very well and I've noticed that brands or products are left out that fall into the category I've selected. When it doesn't work, it's very frustrating. Nothing will load. You click on a product, but it's just blank on the item page besides the price and rating. I've cleared my cache and my data to try and fix this issue but nothing has worked.

App took a HUGE step backwards with a recent update. They removed the ability to zoom in on pictures, and I zoom in on probably 80% of products I look at. The website still allows you to zoom. This renders the app virtually useless. Why would I browse using a browser and purchase using the app. Hopefully, enough people complain that this gets fixed quickly. Also, the color icons are so off base. You have to click on every one to even understand the color range available.

Updates aren't always improvements. They want this to look too much like the Sephora app which I'm also not the biggest fan of. You can't pinch/expand photos. We'd like to be able to see swatches. Coupons used to be easier to find. The super long detailed description on a product being clean beauty is in the way. Mark an asterisk or something. It's annoying.

I have the app for a long time. And it has being working great. But recently the home page doesn't loaded and if I click an item it doesn't show 5he pictures. Also, if I click on an item that I want to see it takes alot of time to load or just stop working. I already unintall the app and downloaded again. It's so frustrating.. please fix those issues. Thank you.

The check out for in-store pick up is so unbelievably glitchy. I kept having to go back and put in the same info (contact, payment, coupon code) over and over again. I'd fix one thing and then it would erase everything I had just filled out or stop appling the coupon randomly. Took me half an hour of going back and forth to place my order. The cart seems to behave a little wacky too. Otherwise the app works well, but I wish there was an option to filter items by what's available for pick up.

I love shopping at Ulta. However, it is really frustrating when you've added a lot of items and if they can't be picked up (if you've selected that option) and if you hit the dismiss notification, it removes them from your cart. Instead, it should work like the Target app that moves any items unable to be picked up to the ship category. That would be an AWESOME function.

Works great, no problems with it. Smooth & seamless. I can click back & be right where I left off unlike some apps, no recycling through. There needs to be an easier way to do pick up orders however. Ex:Target App is amazing for this! Once this is fixed, honestly it would be the best way to get my makeup & skincare! Also, the Try-On feature never works. Just a few issues, but overall pretty great.

So many little glitches in the app. The search tool always comes back with "can't find item" but if you look through the 100's of like items, the product is there. Once you've looked at something, going back to the previous page sends you to the top of the list again and you're constantly scrolling to get back to where you were. Also, when you click from emails to shop it takes you to the webpage rather than the app, so you have to log in to see the deals that you were interested in.

It's an app, does what it should. Love ordering off the app and going to the store. Works very well. Wish there was a back arrow throughout the app though rather than just when you click on pics of products. It's annoying to constantly have to pull up my back button to return to the previous page. Also when I view my faves, I wish it would go back to where you were instead of going back to the top, but otherwise, the app works wonderfully and I have not had any issues. ^_~

Charged me for shipping AFTER I paid, charged me full price for a sale item AFTER I paid, when the app said very clearly showed FREE shipping and that the item was on sale. I called customer service right away and I was on hold for 52 minutes before speaking to someone that wouldn't cancel my order. They said they would refund the shipping cost and the difference between the full price and discounted, but they never did. I shouldn't have to pay more for the app's mistakes.

I can't order anything. It doesn't tell me I'm doing anything wrong either it just won't let me pass the place the order button. I tried it on my phone, my friends phone and finally online and the entire site is just malfunctioning. I used to be really into ulta and still have a love for it despite the occasional dried out eyeliner, but having an app malfunctioning this badly makes me weary especially with the lack of fixing the bigger bugs after seeing so many poor ratings for the same thing.

It would be better if it didn't keep freezing and forever loading. Can get annoying to do that repeatedly. Edit: There was a recent update and now I'm repeatedly kicked out of my account when I sign in and my bag empties itself out when I do. Always something wrong 🙄 Edit: Constant updates, app getting worse. As soon as I open it, page says "Page not loading. Please try and refresh the page.". I exit the app, and even tried updating it and Uninstaller. Same message. Trash developers

Use interface can be nicer. The most problematic for me is how it loads and works. When I search for items, it takes a long time and sometimes doesn't even get to the page. When I try to add an item to favorites or my shopping cart, it's not in my list. It takes forever to choose if I should pickup or deliver. app needs more work. I just usually go to web browser.
