The absolute worst experience of setting up and linking a card I've had out of all the card and shop apps i have. It's taken me 2 hours to percevier to get a card set up. It doesn't help I was given wrong information and it also doesn't help that Boots digital card has a different number to the physical card. Stressful and frustrating and took a second call to sort out (sorry that i got it wrong but I was given wrong info by Boots on the earlier call).

I placed an order on the app. £85.85 has been taken from my account but the order didn't process, nothing showing on my order history and all items in my basket. Case ref 65020952. Chased this twice this week and no response. Lodged a transaction dispute with my provider. Can't get through on your ridiculous phone service as it doesn't recognise my account or phone number and I haven't got an order number to add in. Horrendous app and customer service.

Never had a problem before but currently the app is not working. Tried many times yesterday to make a purchase with the buy 2 get 3rd free, plus extra items which gave me a free gift, however, unable to progress to payment as app just keeps going back to home page. Tried again today, but now there are no offers on, no free gift and still just keeps returning to home page.

I like this app. It is easy to navigate to the things that I wish to see. Also where you can see what others have said about a certain item in the reviews does help me to make up my mind. Plus it's great finding out about the offers and prices to make it easy when shopping. Extra points are always welcome and having your total amount of points on here is great. Stops you having to ask in store.

The app is easy to navigate but could be improved by having a 'saved for later' option on the basket as once an item is deleted from the basket it disappears completely and can be annoying having to search for it later.

Slowest app EVER!!! Sorry Boots but you've lost my online trade to Superdrug all because of this app. Its awful! I'll still use Boots on the High Street but this is becoming less often as I now go to superdrug to click and collect. So unless you sort this app out, I'd guess you've got about 6 months before I even stop going into your shops and you completely lose a customer of several years.

App can be frustrating, it constantly logs me out and sometimes using the advantage card can be a struggle, I have now added it to my wallet rather than using the app. Items will disappear out of my basket, I will add again and end up with two when I check out.

The app is always causing problems on my phone, I'm always needing to log in or it's crashing. I just want it to work better and not keep messing up. Its still no better and the website is the same, come on Boots, sort it out!!! Still rubbish, stop asking me to rate the app, if you're not going to read it and do something about it?

Downloaded today. Seemed OK at first, but then refused to let me add anything to my basket and hours later still is. Technical problems, apparently,and yet I seemed to be getting lots of popups about how many other people had just added stuff to their basket! Edit - turns out I can add to my basket if I log out of the app. But then when I've put what I want in my basket and log in again, it deletes my basket. So poor.

what is wrong with this app? It's literally impossible to process an order. repeatedly selected items and checked out... then it asks me to log in, even though its my app so I'm already logged in. try to check out and then get an error message saying there's a technical error, which tells you to try again but empies the basket... so you do the whole process again. 3 times now.. I give up, I'll buy what I need at the supermarket!

I have used this app in the past & it has worked fine. Now when I try to buy itmes, once I've been directed to my banking app to approve my transaction, when I go back to complete the order, nothing happens. The page stays on wait for transaction to be approved. I have now given up & emptied my basket, so frustrating!!!

Great for browsing but not for buying. I love being able to see customers' reviews on products before I buy them but I've found myself unable to buy anything through the app as the window that opens the "bank confirmation" when I go to pay is too small, so I can't actually see the option to continue after confirming through my mobile banking app. What a shame!

I will echo everything that others have said: this app is slow, glitchy, with very poor search and filtering functionalities. I use it very rarely, usually when I know exactly the one product I want and go straight for that. But best of all, I've just installed the latest upgrade, and when I try to open the app now, it tells me to go to the play store and install the latest upgrade... And if I go back to the store, the only options are 'open' or 'uninstall'... May go for the latter one soon!

Tried using the "Play & Win" however it's sending my phone haywire causing my phone to crash repeatedly it's also saying that the developer will have to fix a bug when Google error message pops up it says let's see how long it takes for this problem to be fixed ?!?!?

My experience is a bit muted because of two things. (1) We are charged for delivery even though I pick it up from a store near me (Henleaze, Bristol) Might as well walk down to the store rather than buy via the app. (2) The store is always short staffed. I waited for 45 minutes in the queue ... some of the elderly were left in weakened state. One of them ... I might be even dead before I get served. I am retistant to use the app. Sorry that I am not able to be positive ... despite app being ok.

Difficulty in getting the discount that was advertised when you signed up for the app. They offered 30-40% discount, but the offer had run out of date. Even though it was still being advertised!

Been using it for a couple of years now. Great to see offers and what is happening online. Great to see how many points i have too. I love saving points. Happy Customer!!! Only irk is during this time of year (CHRISTMAS) the website becomes really slow which is understandable but I can get fed up and not bother looking properly.

Infuriating! The last time I used it, my shopping basket disappeared multiple times. I've just updated it, but it still takes forever loading and every time you put something in your basket it forgets your filters and you have to start again. Time consuming and frustrating beyong belief!
