Great but... Can't fault the company or parts or prices, the one star dropped is regarding the app. I use a password manager, which usually auto triggers when I go in any app however it does not function with this one. Which would be fine accept it does NOT allow me to paste my password into the field

Things are cheap enough but it takes along time for them to process the order and actually get it sent out. Absolutely no good if your desperate for the parts. It's better to use this site as a preventative parts site rather than a reactive parts site.

Buying things through this app is really weird. There is very little help to identify the right parts. On the other hand the prices are so low that you sometimes don't mind buying the wrong part. However sending parts back that are not correct or faulty most of the time is not feasible. Another problem here, which is not a problem of the the app, the Autodoc shipping times are absolutely horrendous

It's a great up to find parts but although it mentions delivery to all Europe they don't make deliveries to Malta. So unless this is fixed this App would be useless for me and people from my country.

The delivery takes way too long nearly 2 weeks to get your order. It's more frustrating when you would never see the time of delivery and only get to know after making the payment and contact customer services. The parts are reasonable

Would happily give it 5 stars but the app doesn't seem to sync accounts if accessed on a computer or vice versa. Can't remove vehicles from the app which is frustrating.

Overall good parts for low prices. The delivery can be between few days to few weeks depending on delays. I've ordered springs which came in 3 days and disc brakes and pads which took over 2 weeks..?? My only issue is with returns. Bough thr wrong size, filed for a return and nothing... over a week has gone by and not even so much as a reply. Update. Contacted through email and resolved the same day. Thank you.

Since you needed a review, here it is - 1. Price got changed for 2 items when I changed the payment method (YATO Sockets). 2. Air Filter selection was changed without consent which I noted during confirmation. I was trying to order BOSCH Air Filter for 209.40 kr, but a more expensive one - STARK Air Filter with 328.80kr was keep coming to the order list. 3. The Item specifications where very confusing which forced to order 3-5 more items (Sockets and wrench socket adapters). Please improve!

Processing your order and delivery could be improved, So you can get your order in a week. Specially when you pay nearly £10 for delivery and another small fee. Looks cheap on the site but they back their money on delivery.

Ireland is not listed on this app, I notified customer support but they do nothing to fix this issue, you cannot use customer support ir you are irish living in ireland, or set up app correctly. Auto doc you should fix this issue. Ireland is not the the United Kingdom.

Easy to use, billions of parts. Once you have set up your vehicle details, the app auto sorts all the parts that will fit automatically. For extra peace of mind, you can pay a monthly fee where the technicians will check what you are about to buy, actually fits your vehicle!

App is nice, easy to navigate, only problem I found there is no country of Ireland to set , if I choose Great Britain its OK because its English language however wrong currency, if choose UE country currency is good but messages are in languages I don't understand. 4/5 overall

I purchased my service parts on Autodoc app for Audi A4 B9. The offers are unreal, 40% cheaper than Eurocarparts so I bought 2 each (all MANN) for the next 20k miles. Professional team, got in touch with me to let me know there will be a couple days delay which is understandable considering they are shipping from Germany. I read lots of bad reviews because of delays which are irrelevant. They should have ordered 1000 miles before the service is due. 100% OEM parts, BIG savings, 100% recommend

Thanks for fixing the wishlist was able to successfully buy stuff i had saved. Please fix the issue with the CDN and the statement history and the lack of a tie in to the other AutoDoc Club app. It would be great to have a car history with the parts tied to fuel used

I ordered a part for my car from this website, and it was listed as available. However, it's been two weeks, and I'm still waiting. They used a slow and inefficient shipping method, which is taking far too long. My car has been out of commission for two weeks just because of a part that another company could have delivered in two days.

They keep a large stock of products, of at least have access to them: while their prices seem reasonable, I have to question the cost of postage??? I was buying an item that weighed in at about the same as an egg and the size of an egg cup. We all know the cost of post, but to add on 50% of the cost £34 becomes £68????? That just doesn't make sense. I post stuff all the time, and believe me I know the options there are it there in that regard and the cost on same.

Love the way you leave something in your basket and the discount % off keeps increasing 😁. Postage could be better. Seems to take for ages to get to the UK. Have had some incorrect parts sent in the past but quickly resolved. Taken to pre buying the safe return just in case.
