It's awesome to use the light in the box online shopping app. I'm fully satisfied with the app interface, shopping idea's,and many more. Recently I order a tshirt for myself. The shirt is very good in looking and the quality of product is also very good as always. I also want to recommend this site to everyone to shop online from here....

So far so good! Only 2 times using app, but seems ok. I was pleased with the shirts I ordered. One did not come through in the right color, but I was given the option to return it or get credit. I took the credit and it automatically applied to my second order, so that worked out great!

I am not too keen on the £31.58 shipping cost plus £1.70 insurance. For a less than £35+ order (!) When at the point of payment nor at any time on placing this order was there an option to say, pick, choose or change the way, options for the shipping?? As a Gold member .. my shipping should be set at the standard cost of £3.99. Even postage at a costing of 3.99 per item(?) 5 items should still be much less than £31.58 .. the total being less than £20!? So why the £10/11 extra charge?? "Sad!"

I usually take time to decide what to buy, but the collection here is vast and easily accessible. I would love to see you guys add a "Sustainability" "Traceability" filter to ensure environment friendly products providing fair price to all people in the value chain. I recommended it to everyone.

they flood you with these offers to spend this, get free shipping, but then limit it to only 30 off shipping. then spend this and get a % off, ect. but only one deal applies. but they keep promoting multiple deals to get you to buy more. very deceptive. then I bought the gold membership, they reduced my shipping but then erased the deal I had earned. lost 30 bucks. very shady. the only thing I will say earned them 3 stars is the prices are great

Poor poor quality items that arrive nothing like the images shown on the product pages. Sizes vary wildly between products and return are to be paid for by the customer. Returns are expensive as the items are to be sent back to China using tracked delivery from the post office. Do not recommend the app, website, service at all. Avoid!

Shipped item late, arrived too late to be used, wouldn't refund shipping. They use DHL, a subpar shipping service and didn't care at all about the situation I was put in due to their lackadaisical shipping practices. Once burned, twice shy. My advice is to find someone better

Love this app. Great deals if you know how to find them. I'm 90% happy with my purchases, do double check the measurements and material description. If the price is too low so is the quality. Read the reviews before ordering. I love the fact that you can get free shipping if you have enough points (writing reviews of each item to help other shoppers will actually give you points to trade for coupons). I usually reorder things I've loved on the flash sale too.Great deals if you look carefully

BEWARE, Beware. They don't have free returns or exchanges. You pay $20-$40 for retuns and takes 2-6 weeks. Prices cheap but you get what you pay for. You do not get immediate refund and shipping cost to return items are more than the cost of the items. Definitely not Amazon or Temu

Half of the good reviews are identical some thing is up.. Items are cheap, but you pay double the original price due to shipping.Don't get any of the character calenders, I got the NBC one and the horror themed one.Most of the charms are not the character theme and the same in both boxes. Bad quality smells like chemicals, and both boxes are missing at least 2 charms. Refunds require return, and if you don't wanna return, you get 20% credit. Literally,any of the other cheap websites are better.

Website is a bit flaky. When filling up the address field, it doesnt ask for a suburb and instead asks for a house number after street address which doesnt make sense. Also after doing the payment, I just got a white screen and I had to go back to see if the payment was successful.

Terrible experience!! Was to married on the 30 of September and ordered his linen pants and shirt[ several different times ] from LITB. Nothing was true to Size and arrived late. My after ceremony dress was NOTHING as depicted online. Since I had no time to send it back before the ceremony, it left us purchasing elsewhere. Then,they gave me a 53 dollar credit on a 142 dollar order to try to appease me and then took it back!!! To say I'm dissatisfied would be an understatement!!!

The string fairy lights work fine, as advertised. However, the controller stopped working the second day. (It's not the battery.) I put a lot of work in stringing the 30m lights in my grandaughters' room, so I had to order several more strings in hopes that I get a controller that works, and keeps on working g. These controller should be more robust. They get used a lot.
