good app and stores helpfull staff as well good on delivery to. its not very fair that sound systems r model locked only sony soundbars work with sony tvs it works out expensive not argoss fault tho just mentioning it

This app is useless it has gone from 10 to 0, its not worth downloading if you are interested in buying anything as it won't let you go through to pay for it, I can't see my recent transaction or my statements anymore 😡

Barely ever works. Can hardly ever checkout or sign in. If it worked it'd be great but it's just not getting any better, bug fixes fix nothing. Not fit for purpose, which is a shame.

There seems to be an issue with the webviews on the app. I am unable to click on continue at checkout, the continue button is green coloured. My default browser is chrome. I am on Pixel 6 with Android 13.

This app is absolutely useless. You put things in your basket and then go to checkout. When you decide to get delivery, that's as far as it goes. You press on delivery, and it just comes up with an error outdated page. I have re installed the app several times, but it still comes up with the same results. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME INSTALLING. IT JUST USE THE WEB SITE ALOT EASIER. Argos do know about the problem, but they do not have anyone who works for them with the brains to sort the issue....

Every time I try to buy something it just says "looking up stock and I can't buy anything it is very frustrating don't recommend use Google instead

Once a simple app that does what you'd expect. Now ranges from incredibly buggy to complete impossible to use. Maybe put a bit of money into your interface instead of bad advertising.

Doesn't work. Has never worked. Checkout screen does not load just says URL typed wrong, but amazingly on your app I don't write in any URL so you've just made a mess of it. Your help system is a bot that doesn't understand anything which is just annoying. Your a big enough company to make a working app, lots of people build better apps for fun because they can but you dump this pile on people to use. Employ people. Bots are useless and ruin customer experience every time

You order something and it says it is immediately available for collection. You get to the store and they say 4pm, yet if you order at the store at that point they have it in stock. So the app is not linked to reality, you are better off just going to the store and ignoring digital ie the Web is the same.

Uninstalled. I did not install this app on my phone - for you to send unsolicited adverts to my notification drawer. #TooBigForYourBoots

Twice in the last year I've ordered products, collected them, only to find out when I got home that they had clearly been used. An electric toothbrush with toothpaste stains and an inhaler with missing oils and a dirty mouth guard. Sort out your returns, quality, health and safety checks!

You have ONE job Argos. Sell me stuff. And I want to buy stuff, so what's your issue? A big company should be able to produce a simple app that allows me to purchase goods for collection but all I get is "Sorry, we've had a technical glitch and this page won't load. Please go back and try again" which is bunkum because no matter how many times I try, or how many days I leave it, or how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app - it simply does not allow me to pay for anything. Zero stars

Unbelievable that a store as big as Argos don't monitor the reviews left by customers. Everyone is experiencing the same issues & have been for months if not years, leaving bad reviews & Argos have done nothing to sort it. I've experienced the same problems as everyone else on several occasions over the past year or so. Ended up having to go to my nearest store to purchase the items I wanted. I informed the staff of the issues and apparently nobody else has complained 😡 SORT IT ARGOS

Constantly fails to order/deliver, site says in stock, collect by 9am/4pm depending on the time of transaction, but fails to complete the order, even though it's saying in stock, no matter how many times you refresh, I don't understand why, it's supposed to be a convenient way to shop from Argos, but how is it convenient when you can't actually order, get something delivered? I think your site stock check needs to be improved, if that's why orders keep failing, because it never explains why!

App rarely works, doesn't like updating adresses and often doesnt submit orders through. When it works, its fine, but it feel archaic to use. I've just had two pay in 3 orders set up vis paypal now without actually being able to finalise the order on the app. How the charge can go through and not actually process an item to be sold baffles me.

Horrible searching for products, ie looking for a pc desk and I get headphones, hovers, and paint rollers, all I want is a pc desk not all the other stuff to be spread out over ie 20 pages is just......
