When you open chests there's often an option to watch an ad for an "extra reward" but you also often get a message that no ads are available right now and you should try again later. If you skip this, it costs you 20 gems. That's basically stealing. It's not my fault I can't watch the ad. I tried to watch it 7 times and 7 times you told me it wasn't available. Why should I pay valuable resources to skip it? Either do away with that feature all together or make the ads available

solidly built, but there are too many consecutive pop-ups!! Right away when you begin, there's a pop-up for the latest sale. Then there's a pop-up for the 8-ball wheel (which has mediocre prizes, by the way). Then you get to see yet another pop-up, occasionally asking you to rate the game. It's so annoying!!! There should be a way to suppress pop-up activity altogether! And now the stupid bots are way too hard to beat. The AI SUCKS!!!!

It's a pretty good game overall. Normal online pool mechanics, different modes and experiences to explore as well as ranked mode. It just seems like a pay to play game once you get to a certain point and then you're basically stuck playing for stars and other side modes because in a vs game, the opponent almost always has a good chalk and will wipe the board before you get a second chance if you don't pot on break.

This game is fairly fun. The physics are pretty accurate and I did really enjoy this game until I got stuck in a loop: I opened up a chest I unlocked, collected the contents and opted to watch a video for an extra reward. I keep getting a message saying that no videos are available, but I do not have enough gems to skip the video...and every time I restart the app, I get sucked into the loop again with no way to get out of it. Looks like I'm uninstalling and moving on.

The new ads that you guys have added at the bottom are ridiculous. I don't mind watching an ad when I get done with a match or to get certain prizes or whatever. But the ads you guys have added at the bottom of the screen during a match are horrible. At first they didn't bother me until I accidentally clicked on them and it messes up my shot. And now they cover the 8 ball so I can't put spin on the ball. Please take them off. I will 5 star then.

As far as game play goes it's fun and the actual game physics seem to be accurate. Yes there's ads like every game that you can pay to disable. That's fine. My biggest gripe is the "home" screen of the game itself. I've never seen more buttons to collect this here and check your progress here. Quests? That's over here. Daily challenges and rewards? Nope, that's a separate button. Way too cluttered and often confusing. Whoever designed the layout needs to go back to school.

A very nice pool game, lovely game play and graphics. It's full of all sorts of awards, prizes, and things to win, coins jewels and doo-dads to gather, which have nothing to do with an actual game of pool, but I guess that's how you rank up as you progress to new tables and challenges. I do like how you get to play real players. The jazzy trumpet music is most annoying. I know you can turn the music off, but they really should have a series of background tunes, not just that one silly song.

This is a well made game. A bit too much buy this buy that, but it is bearable. The game is captivating and fun. One problem I see with it is the break. If it were more equitable, it would be better, but I have olayed and won 7 of 8 games in a row and had the opponent break all 8 games. The game I lost I didn't get a shot because after breaking my opponent ran the board. Not breaking in 8 games is just not fair.

Does not follow APA rules. Tons of pop up ads for in-app purchases, when I just wanted to play a game! It kept glitching, so i would make a shot, then it glitched back to before the shot, but oh, by the way you only have 3 seconds to shoot. Also, it's completely unrealistic in how the ball moves. It seems so rigged sometimes, it's not about skill but about luck.

I love playing pool so this game was a great find. However, for me, there are way too many things going on to focus on playing so I don't pay enough attention to "get involved" in the progressive climbs. I find that the placement of the cue stick, which we draw back to shoot, gets in the way as I slide the other cue around to position my shot. Several times the cue was touched and it triggered my shot!

One of the better billiards apps, but certainly could be better, like being able to move the pool stick at least to the opposite side to avoid making an accidental shot. Rewards requiring watching a video often says "videos not available at this time", wasting time to get it to work. Lastly, it would be infinitely better if there was a way to block the narcissistic twits who have no concept of sportsmanship and apparently think they won something if they do, news flash, you're still a loser!

The game it good and I've enjoyed it. It seems like they want you to buy the coins to upgrade your level and don't like it when you save your coins. I've have thousands of coins just disappear at random time. It's frustrating to think your about to upgrade only to find you have nothing in the bank. You can get to level 5 or 6 easily, after that get your credit card out. I doubt I keep the app much longer, I resent being robbed on a daily basis.

It's a really fun and interactive game to play. But if you don't actually pay for the badges needed to upgrade the cues oh, it's very hard to upgrade your ranking to unlock new levels. Winning them is almost impossible and takes forever that's the only downside to the game. If you didn't have to actually pay for the badges or a different ways to upgrade your ranking it would be a lot better

The good: very playable, fun, engaging. Lots of activities. Reward loop is finely tuned. The bad: resource leaks, and pay-to-win. If you play more than 2 rounds, or collect any rewards, or watch any ads, you end up with glitches, frame loss, disconnects etc. Have to restart game every 5-10 minutes or it's unplayable. And, as others have pointed out, you can't advance beyond certain points without paying. And the additional reward levels aren't just for cosmetics, they add capabilities.

The game mechanics are pretty good. But the leveling system makes no sense. There are so many things you have to collect, non of which are clear of what they do. The items that are "upgrades for the cue" are totally confusing. And I understand the app is free and playing to play is a good way to make the app profitable. But to have constant pop ups, some of which are asking the player to pay $70-80 is ridiculous.

Everyone is a great shot maker in this game due to the direction arrows of the object ball. Not everyone is able to resolve trouble balls easily. (That's where the fun comes in) it would be better to not have the directional arrows. (More like the real game) or at least make the object ball directional arrows minimal and indeed equal to all players. Some have a huge directional arrow that unfairly hinders their opponent. But all in all it is fun to play as you learn the ins and outs.

Fun, but it would be better if you could immediately challenge the last player played. Also, when your shot is up against the cue stick, and your attempting to make a shot, that sometimes activates the cue prematurely. In addition, there's no explanation for all the coin rewards and treasure chests. It's a mystery as to how you progress to the next level. It's annoying. But overall it's an entertaining game.

Visually appealing graphics but so rigged. It's designed to suck you in, and oncr you get to a point, the only way to advance is to make a purchase, otherwise you remain at the same level. Also, the number of scratches is ridiculous. Almost comical. Almost every game I have a scratch on a critical shot and shockingly the "opponents " rarely, if ever, have one in a game. It's a good distraction and waste of time if bored, but don't be fooled that this is real in any way, shape, or form.
