Terrible experience with the app. It doesn't support landscape mode, so the menu buttons are permanent displayed under the phone's home buttons. So, instead of not being able to complete an order, you just made it more difficult to get even that far. I wish this damn Google play would let you post screen shots.

App sometimes has error message that order didn't go through or order doesn't show up to store but they still charge you with no way to get your money back. Customer service is nonexistent, you can only send feedback to their website and they just respond with an auto message and nothing else. You end up having to do a charge back because there is no way to get a refund. I was charged twice and my order never even went through.

Do not install the app! If you have it, uninstall it! They literally steal your money! 2times this has happened, I get to the payment page, submit my order and it sits there spinning, doesn't generate an email, or order number, it gives me an error. I drive down to my subway hoping the order goes through with them, but it doesn't. They tell me to replace the order, so I do. And that second one does work. Next day I look and both charges have been taken out of my checking! No cust service to help

This app is genuinely terrible. Was able to order a simple BLT sandwich and even had it as a Favorites option and not but a week later it's no longer on the app and won't let me order it through the app. The options on the app are entirely too limited and it's a pain to even try to use any sort of coupon with it. Needs to be completely revamped.

Selecting and personalizing food is pretty straight forward. The hiccup comes when trying to pay. If you load a gift card and run low on funds on the card the app will not allow you to split your payment to use the remaining gift card balance and then another form of payment to complete your order. It seems subway does it's best to lock you into a cycle of reloading a gift card for payment. This would be a simple fix if the app developer cared.

There's so many issues with payment methods. I just spent over an hour trying to get the app to process my order properly, but nothing worked. I paid with a gift card & credit/debit to cover the rest of the cost. That didn't work. So I tried removing some items from my order so I would only have to use the gift card. That didn't work either. Anything I tried just wouldn't work at all! The app kept giving me an error message when I tried to finish paying/process the order. PLEASE FIX THE APP!

The last 3 times I have tried to order with the app has failed. I don't want to have to speak a big family order in line at the store. It says payment processing error. I go into the store and pay with the same card listed on the app and it goes through. This is very, very frustrating and there has been no update with this app to address this error. I have cleared the cache, data, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and it still fails. Please fix this.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Every time I start the app, there is an update that has to download which is inconvenient. The app itself is very slow and hard to navigate. I placed an order recently that only allowed me to select a time an hour ahead or later. I have never seem that before, so I made the purchase anyway thinking that we could just go to the store and pick it up. Unfortunately no, we had to place a new order and no way to cancel!!!

The app is okay for the most part, you can order easily and I enjoy the feature that you can save orders. But my main issue is the lack of help on the app. Twice I've ordered delivery on the app and my order has been wrong. Yet theres no option to report it? This is such an annoying problem, I cant get my money back for missing items. I'd prefer to use doordash at this point.

I was a lover of Subway. Until I downloaded this app. My experience was lagging menus for 5+ minutes before getting kicked out of the app. Being unable to read the menu is certainly discouraging to a potential customer, especially when trying to order for a large family. I am frustrated and hope this can be improved upon in the near future.

Terrible app!!!! For starters, there is no way to contact support or get direct help via phone call or texting. The only way to contact them is through email, which you get to through a link specifically for feedback, which if you need help then and there, no one can help you. The second thing is, everytime I make an order, my order is never there, either delivery or when I pick it up, if I close the app, I cannot find my order. Also, they took my money more than once, and canceled my order.

This app has not worked right for ordering in quite a few months now. I can't just add a sandwich, unless it's marked as a favorite, I have to make it a meal to add it to the cart. With some menu items and specials available "online only" the app not working is a problem. Update: I'm definitely not adjusting the settings on my entire phone for one app to work right. Just fix the app, it worked fine for awhile, all my other apps work fine.

Currently, using a gift card and making uo the difference with your credit/debit card is impossible. I have almost $10 left on my giftcard that are completely useless because you must pay the full amount with a single payment method and are unable to pay with more than one source. It has been like this for months, so if it is a bug, they aren't interested in fixing it.

The newest version of the app is useless. I set up biometrics. Now when I go into the app, it asks for my fingerprint. Perfect! However, it then still requires me to enter my login credentials. I'm trying to submit a missing receipt because the app wouldn't work in the store. I click on Submit Missing Receipt, and I get an "Access Denied" screen on my browser. This is just the most recent of several disappointments with Subway's app.

It was easy to place an order and pick-up. I get notifications of deals, like 20% off, or BOGO deals from the app, and when I go to access them the loading screen will not change. I have updated locations, and nothing seems to change the loading screen. The "Deals" section of the app never loads. The deals section still does not load.

The app is mostly ok, but there needs to be an option to cancel the order, or at least change the time. There have been multiple occasions when I've had to make an adjustment my to an order, but the pickup time changed back to the default, and I couldn't change it before the order was already being made, and I can never get a hold of the location to cancel. It's been a major issue, and it's a huge design flaw

Always buggy, everything is an error, not able to save favorites, constantly erasing your information like addresses or your cart, deals just being jpegs and not saying the code to use at checkout (it's supposed to be a clickable to automatically apply the deal) and will sometimes just refuse to let you orders aging there was an error. I've Uninstaller multiple times and it did not fix, I have had to log back in multiple times because it erases information.

Every time I exit the app it logs out, which is really annoying. And the rewards system does not work. I am missing point for two purchases and when I click the add missing points it gave me a error. Frankly just delete the app and go to the websites. It's annoying and you still can't add missing points but easier to manage than the app and at least you can order.
