I've had such great expectations with this app. I've listed, then dropped in pricing, then dropped some more and have not sold a single item. It's been well over a month & most if not all of my items are brand new with tags & original packaging. My pics are very appealing & descriptions of items are concise. I have a huge array of items I'd like to list however it makes no sense to list everything I have for $5 or $10 bucks when you guys get 20% of all my sales. Not giving up just yet, lets see.

Mostly good and easy to use. Pretty well organized. There are some search filters I wish they would add but still haven't, although I've sent suggestion feedback. App OCCASIONALLY won't load a page and just seems to freeze. The only way to get past that is to close and reopen the app. But even given that, it's still a good app experience.

Ever since the update the up keeps closing in the middle of uploading and adjusting the photos. Very frustrating and a waste of time to have to list the same item multiple times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone but no fix. I have a samsung S9 and this just started happening with the latest update. I've been using poshmark for a few years now and love it otherwise

The latest version is just frustrating, I can't scroll through more than about 50 listings when searching or it will freeze up and I have to exit the app and restart. It also won't let me look at my likes past a certain amount, does this thing where it shows my first 10 to 15 likes and then keeps repeating them as I scroll instead of showing me the rest of my likes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it's still not working, getting so annoyed. Makes me want to stop using it. 😡

I have been trying to sell items for the last 2 days, have re-installed the App, have opened, closed, refreshed numerous times and I CANNOT GET IN TO SELL!! Very frustrating and no response from email I sent regarding this problem. when I was able to list I was very happy with the app. My opinion is going south very quickly! Anyone have any suggestions?!?

I've used this app quite often for the past several years. The 4 purchases I've made, I've had to cancel because the seller never shipped the items or responded to my comments. Its easy for them to just ignore you when there aren't any consequences for doing it. Sellers need to be held accountable for this so it stops happening! It's super frustrating when your expecting an item for an upcoming event, and it never gets shipped, so you have to hurry up and get something else! Fix!

May update this review eventually. No matter how many times I change the settings, the app WILL NOT populate search results according to my listed sizes. This makes it damn near impossible to find articles of clothing that are my size without spending a ridiculous amount of time searching! The two purchases I've made so far were very successful. However I can't see myself making many more purchases as I can't find things in my size!!!!!!!!!!!

I use this all the time. Some of the latest updates have been disappointing. Swipe during live shows is a pain, you accidentally swipe to another all the time. The app frequently glitches now when watching a show (screen will freeze or go blank) and you have to close out and come back. Both of these issues can cause you to miss a bid!

The app itself is great, never had a problem. Not crazy about the latest bundle update & wish it was easier to navigate from feature to feature though. The Poshmark community is also nice but if you're not on the app to "make friends" it seems like you don't sell as much. I also wish the shipping cost was less or that there were options. Buyers will try to nickel & dime you for a deal to compensate for the cost of shipping.

Absolutely love the app I've had it for a little over 3 years Poshmark is wonderful. Except for the latest update.... All of a sudden while trying to document items in the drafts folder the screen will move to the bottom while trying to write in the description area and it gets all jumpy. After I've posted an item the item will not show up unless I refresh the screen. And also the new feature where it would suggest to you what price to put your item at no longer show suggestions. Very annoying

I am putting this at three stars for right now. Buying/selling on the app is okay. The only issue i have with this is app is trying to make new listings, but only when it's uploading screenshots. When I want to list new items, I am unable to when picking media files. It either has the white screen like it's going to upload or goes it goes completely black. If the media files, like screenshots, does load. It takes forever to load every time. I shouldn't have this issue. Please fix this!

It's okay. The constant recommendations bloating the feed are annoying, especially because they're not even similar to things I like. It's also really frustrating that the "my size" filter doesn't actually work. There's always random sizes included. Lastly, it would be great if search filters didn't reset every time I entered a new search word. Having to change all the filters back for every search is a pain.

Just got the app, started trying to sell something. Tried to add pictures that were already cropped by the app by the time they showed up, showing only half the picture, and when I actually did try to crop something it turned out as a sliver. Then the app kept stopping and I lost all my pictures. I'm going to find another app that works better!

I just started using Poshmark today and uploaded over 20 listings. When I came back to check if there was any feedback on them, all of my listings were gone. It shows that I have 23 or so listings but when I go to "My Closet", they're just not there. Super annoying considering I spent about an hour taking pictures of every single one of my clothing items and adding descriptions. A lengthy process just out the door. Very annoying bug that needs to be fixed immediately.

Seller fees are not competitive with other selling platforms. Having to constantly share items so that they're moved to the top of the search results is time-consuming. As a seller, I can only upload one photo at a time. Almost every other platform allows me to upload multiple photos at a time. Item descriptions when listing are really limited. Shipping is a standard $6.79 and Poshmark collects $2.95 from every purchase under $15, and 20% for sales over $15. 😤

Search results don't always show the item you searched for, and if you try to sort them the results become completely irrelevant. The shipping price is $7 on everything. Most things on this app can be found much easier and way cheaper on mercari. It is convenient that poshmark allows you to shop by price bracket, but in order to find the best deal you've got to scroll through every listing.... including all of those irrelevant ones.

The srvc/forum, itself, works. The app, however, does not. At least not enough to depend on its functionality to actually sell things, or even communicate effectively. The reason for the 3*'s is that, on a basic level, the app can perform. One can make rudimentary listings w/only a few, low quality pics and/or make basic edits from thier mobile devices w/the app. However, when it comes to uploading hi-res pics for listings and/or getting msgs (Q's, orders) in a timely fashion, it fails. Often.

It's so close to being actually great. I cannot delete my sold listings for some reason, please create an archive where I can send them or a filtered closet so that I don't have to view them all the time. Also, I want to be able to clear the notifications I've already seen so that I know when something is new. So many actions are not intuitive AT ALL and changing that would make the app much more usable. Please consider offering these changes.
