Mostly good, but some bugs/other irritations. A few I can recall: When pausing a dash then resuming, you'll sometimes be thrown back onto the paused screen when trying to show your order details at the restaurant with an error message. Some deliveries will not allow you to use a picture from your gallery. This is a problem when you are in areas with poor signal as the app will malfunction, making it difficult to complete some deliveries. Earn by time is frequently locked even with Top Dasher.

New first time door dasher. I'm all set to deliver, but this app is Failing!! Would not load any orders, kept receiving "unexpected error" messages, so I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, now It wont let me log in, everytime I do it just takes me right back to login page! Very frustrating! Thought this would be pretty cut and dry, can't even use the app because it wont function.

Last causes app to freeze, at the end of shopping for items after the shopping timer stops. At times it freezes, at the point when your are ready to pay for the items, the step before the QR code. It happens mostly when given two orders to deliver, it can be shop and pickup or two shop orders. I have to restart my phone to fix the problem every time.

they really need to have their GPS recalibrated, as it has thrown me off more times than I wanna count. One of those times has put a violation against my account, threatening to deactivate. Please, have this fixed, or it will cause a lot more distress and confusion among your drivers. Other than that, the rest of the app works intended, or other bugs that I have encountered are few and far in between.

I've been a dasher since April this year. Never really had a huge problem with doordash until lately. I've been top dasher for the last month, and had earned the ability to dash at any time whether it was busy or not. Since last week, I've been unable to dash at all. And it has caused numerous issues with the fact that DoorDash help does not help in fixing the problem. I'll change my rating, when they fix my problem.

Well, being a driver has its pros n cons. Sometimes, the customers' information will be incorrect, or the pin is in the wrong place, so keep a look out for the extra details, not just relay on maps. Hourly is a waste since it's about the same as tips per customer. I've noticed that I've been getting longer wait times to receive orders. More people are not tipping. And farther distances outside of zones.

Crashes constantly right when an order comes in and takes so long to load that I miss the order. Sometimes when I do get an order the app glitches and won't let me hit "arrived at store" button for so long that the order gets reassigned. So I end up just wasting time and gas. I've tried contacting support multiple times and they just say "it's a known issue" then end chat without even trying to help. I submitted an appeal for "undelivered order" over a month ago and it still hasn't been reviewed

App is very situational when it will work. Suddenly it stopped letting me schedule work and I can't view any notifications or messages. The only time it will let me work is if it's busy in the area and I've had hundreds of deliveries. It wasn't like this before and it's not my rating system which is already to the mercy of how the customer is feeling at that particular moment. It needs reworked!

Worst driving app ever. They send you into dangerous spots and areas. I've felt unsafe several times. A lot of customers don't tip so you're not making much and the wear and tear on your car. I've had to purchase new tires 3 times because nails were in them. I wouldn't recommend this app. They collect all the money while you do all of the work.

The Dasher App is nice and easy to use, really like the design and navigation. There are a few problems though with it freezing often if you leave the app briefly and go back. Also the percentages on Accepting orders is way off. I accept 10 orders and it doesnt go up at all, decline one and it automatically goes down.

The app is garbage. It lags, it glitches, and it's currently only working on wifi. Support and the engineering team are useless. It errors when taking a picture at drop- off. It randomly pauses the dash with no notifications. The notifications don't always work. It's baffling because I have none of those issues with the UberEats app.

This redesigned app STINKS! When I try to sign in, I keep having to ask for codes and once I get them, I'm running in circles. A pop-up asks if I have a pizza carrier, but I can't check "yes" or "no". Yes, I do btw, but it's as if I'm being told, "Unless you have a pizza carrier, you can't proceed with signing in and going to work. Once I got past that, the update of personal information doesn't proceed to the next page. I contacted chat and other departments, but it's been NO help whatsoever!

Constantly freezes. The amount to dashes I couldn't except because the app freezes and doesn't let me accept it is infuriating. Not only does that cause me to loose money but also affects my ratings. I am a top dasher and desire to keep it that way but they make it very hard when the app constantly crashes. It shouldn't even effect your score because it's not your decision to not take it. ALSO customer service is absolutely horrid.

The app is useful for making an extra bit of income as an auxiliary to your main. There are some instances where the in-app navigation system bugs out on me or has sent me to a completely different location miles away from where I need to be, causing my metrics to diminish. Depending what area you are in, customers will tip but it isn't worth it seeing as how it goes into replenishing gas consumption for each order. Depending on how bad you need the money, Dashing isn't worth the hassle.

I'm a big fan of the app overall, but my main dilemma with this app is that sometimes you get stuck in areas that make you pick up in one area and then drive out the area big time. And of course the pay doesn't make up for the distance. And then to have to drive all the way back to your original area, and at that point, you're losing money in time AND gas. Maybe fix the extended delivery distance or compensate for the drive BACK to the drivers original starting area.

I've been dashing for years. The app has always been garbage. But, force close, dump cache, network reset, phone reset, or finding wifi would all eventually work. After the latest update the option to pay myself is gone without warning and the app won't even load now. I just get a white screen and some box in the center that won't load. This is rediculous!

I have been dashing for a while now and preferred over the other delivery types of jobs, that's for sure. but I have to say whatever updates have happened in the app has made deliveries a pain in the neck. GPS is all over the place, a lot of times it's just flat-out wrong altogether, bashas disappear and then reappear causing all types of confusion

Used to work fine, but after the last update, I haven't been able to use it. I just keep getting error messages. I've reached out to doordash support and they just send me a list of troubleshooting steps to go through, like restarting the app or restarting my phone (which I've done) but the app still won't work.
