I've turned off all notifications and yet I'm still receiving audible notifications. This is annoying and downright dangerous for people who can't stay off their phone while driving...

Your app isn't horrible but it isn't great either. You're supposed to be able to order cakes from the bakery on the app but when you go to bakery and select the kind of cake to choose from it just says no department and no product. In other words you get nothing for a selection. Send a correction to update the problem.

love the app. tried to get fitbit watch and waited 20 minutes to be told we don't have one, even though had many tickets. first person at checkout turned it over to 2nd person to look. repetitive looking, I suspect. I should be able to buy it at customer svc desk. checkout staff can't find them. I'll bet they are there somewhere.... gotta get from Amazon now

The app used to be amazing because of the scan and go feature. I could skip the lines at the register and it was amazing. At some point, the app was updated and now it says I have to login in order to use the scanner but when I click the login button nothing happens. I'm logged into the app but it doesn't recognize it. What happened?

This is a game changer! I love how we're evolving with technology... paying through the app has saved me some money and so much time!! I try to stay away from shopping cause I dread the long register lines. I'm looking forward to trying the app and skipping the long lines again!!

App used to work pretty good even in it's early days. After the October 3,2023 update, it takes at least 5 minutes to load them glitches right through. Emptied cache, uninstalled restarted the phone and reinstalled..... No change!

Was a great app, and will install when I need to go to the store, but the addition of a universal "Search in Sam's Club" option when I highlight text in other apps is a deal breaker. I've got to uninstall.

Junk! App hijacked Chromes search function my adding "Search with Sam's Club" in the highlight menu on Chrome. I never gave permission for this, I do not want this... why is Samsclub allowed to modify settings they do not have permission to change? Google please review and force SamsClub to stop modifying user devixe settings they SamsClub does not have permission to do. Others on multiple forums/threads also have this same issue, STOP modifying my decide settings

Downgraded my review. A recent update pushed an obnoxious change to the action drop down. "Search with Sam's club" was added without authorization and pushed off the actual search function. I do NOT want that and there's no ability to turn it off. I'll wind up uninstalling the app to remove it. Bummer when I liked scan and go.

No complaints yet👌🏼😁I absolutely love the app. it's extremely convenient, especially for someone like me. I constantly struggle with horrible random anxiety episodes, and this app helps me go in and out and helps me avoid being around too many people. I LOVE IT❤️🤗😁👍🏻👌🏼🤘🏻

This app is fantastic and a key service differentiator from all other retail stores! This app is one of several key reasons I prefer my Sam's Club membership over a Costco membership. The ability to skip checkout lines is awesome! The user experience of the app at the fuel station pumps as well as in the store to scan items, update quantities of items in my cart, and ultimately pay for the items in my cart is excellent! This technology should be the wave of the future!

Why can't you guys save the security codes just like every other app in the world. Inconvenient when I have to bring out my credit cards every time and enter the codes on the back. Especially when I'm enjoying my day off drinking coffee lazily in bed shopping and now I have to get up, go downstairs and grab my wallet because y'all don't know how to save security codes!

This was my first time using Scan n Go... that's the way to do Sam's! Our Sam's is very popular so the lines are usually long. Today over the PA the announcement was convincing me to avoid the lines by using the system. I actually downloaded the app while shopping, scanned everything and walked right out the door. I'm sure I'll shop Sam's more often now...Easy Peasy!

I haven't been to Sam's club in 20 years. I decided to go and get a membership. Cellie was the lady that helped at the service desk. she was very helpful ,friendly and very knowledgeable. she even talked me into getting a Sam's credit card. was reluctant at first but I'm glad I did. with all the promotions today I paid $55 for new membership with all the promotions. and with all the promotions getting credit card and using Scan & Go I was credited $10 and $50. thanks a lot to Cellie.

Will give 3 stars just because it is an easy to use app. However Sam's club advertising is false. They say they will deliver ANYWHERE and I have asked numerous people and all say the same thing, only to find out no they don't, I emailed and called asking why delivery isn't available if they deliver " anywhere " and they all said they do and will work on trying to fix it. And that I am 35 mins away so I'm really far. It's been 3 months and they still have not fixed this.

This is a no brainer. You don't have to go to cash register, you scan with your phone as you put stuff in your basket, you pay with your phone, and it will give you a barcode to show checkout person when you exit! And I saved $10 for diwnloafing the app. Love it !!!

I love the scan and pay feature. It eliminates waiting in line, gives you the total as you go, and you can pay in the app. You can set notifications and search for items you are not sure is in the store.

App doesn't work. Can't select store because it doesn't search or display results. Everytime I click on travel and entertainment in the menu, it opens and restarts app without showing anything. What's the point of this app again?? 🤔🥱😩
