App is Very disappointing. Years ago i had no issues but now! Doesn't load any page correctly, if at all! It's not the service, I have full bars on 5G and a gig wifi connection. Reinstalled did nothing, using an S21 Ultra.

just use browser. they did a really nice job on mobile version of the website and it works great. the app doesnt work well at all. search engine, don't bother, use Google and include "home depot" in your query. app is sluggish and glitchy. the floormap feature is great and the only reason I downloaded

Was a 2 star app due to slow loading, constant "item not found", significantly higher prices in store, tons of bugs. Now it tells me the app "is no longer supported on tablet devices." I'm on my phone not a tablet. It's not even a super big screen.

Really not a fan of the constant need to login/verify with an email code, and then when I opt to login with password it requires a code anyways because the password has an incredibly short expiration period? And then going back to verification code locks me in an endless loop of needing "recertification". Who's trying to hack into my home depot account? I can't even get into my own account.

Never works. Repeated technical difficulties won't let me log in. Product locator doesn't work. Pictures of products are not displayed. A total unusable disaster at this point. Functionality has severely deteriorated over the last year or so.
Why Me
I keep trying to update my preferences and it continues to go back to old preferences where I live the long time ago. it's very frustrating to have to continually go back and fight to try and and change pickup and or delivery location and sometimes it doesn't even allow me to so I just say forget the order and go to Lowe's website which is not my first choice but just the most convenient

If I use your website to search, the absolute last thing I want is to have your app take my phone hostage. I use my web browser because your app search is somehow worse, and I can't look at two separate items simultaneously. Make more logical decisions in your app design.

Great app with one main exception - the only way to track my in store purchases is to save my credit cards in the app, which I don't want to do. There has got to be a better way. Hope you can get this changed soon.

Cannot complete checkout on the app. After the first screen of my contact information, the next screen never loads. Blank white screen is all I ever see. What good is a shopping app if you can't even complete the shop? Very frustrating.

Used to be a great app. Now with the recent updates it sucks. To put it lightly. Now when find a product u want to view u click on it and then it won't let u view photos of the product nor read any description of the product either. They need to remove the update and bring back the previous version of the app. As I said before the new updated version sucks.

once you download the app on your phone, for what ever reason if you use Google Chrome app for internet to go to home depot website it reroutes you to the app. why is that bad? Because some time the app is sluggish and won't load pages or won't load things correctly. so you'll have a hard time to get around the app on your phone.

Unable to sign in for weeks now. As if app doesn't recognize my email address at login. Tried to re-sign up thinking it had forgot or deleted my account, but keep getting the same messge, 'We're sorry. There was a temporary technical issue. Please try again later.' Can't be good for business. Lowe's app works fine.

Latest update really slowed down, possibly stopped, full page loading. I'm connected to very high speed internet and it takes longer than 5 minutes to load all information. That's the longest I've been willing to wait. I don't know if it would ever actually fully load.

There's sponsored product results now that are not available in store even if you filter to products that are in store only. Making that filter entirely useless. Do you know how many times I have thought something was available only to find out that it wasn't and I would have to order and wait for it. What is the point of a brick and mortar store if you're going to work like Amazon or Alibaba or eBay. How much money did you guys get from advertisers to cripple your app. It's literally useless👍

check out instructions are lacking. you must enter a credit card even if your gift card covers the entire purchase. store credits cannot be used online. and previously I have had other problems with Home Depots credit card processing that they claim has been resolved but it has not been.

website and app will not load the full page, leaving the price and ability to add to the cart impossible. It is a frequent issue. I have restarted my phone & everything else I can think of. I have shown Home Depot in store customer service reps many times too.

Can't even sign in now. Can't buy things. Can search & view items, but when trying to add to cart the app just spins but never adds the item or goes to the cart. Tried it inside Home Depot & tried it at home on wifi. All other apps work fine. Internet connection is fine.

I like there variety selections and covinients of having all work or personal tools they have for sale. But app sucks it freezes glitches and runs slow with me maybe is just my personal experience but they need to do something about that. Since i got the app it continues to have errors with it please fix.
