Absolute waste of time. Crashes all the time and can't add items to your basket, so basically useless. Just as bad as Nike's online website. I'm close to never buy another Nike product because of the near impossibility to complete an online purchase.

This app (as with many apps), likes to reformat....often. Those of us that are "older" 😬😄 PREFER an easier, streamlined online experience. Sure, the "old look" might be "boring", but there's an ease-of-use in simplistic terms. I don't like navigating through some site, to try and figure it out. If it gets too confusing, I'm out. No shopping at that point. But it's been mostly alright, so far. I usually only look at running shoes, and maybe occasionally browse.

I am currently struggling to get to the purchase order section, I get past all the other sections, but when it comes to the payment section, then the "Place Order" option doesn't make itself a available fpr me to put the order through, please try and fix this issue, I have triple checked already that I have entered all required fields and information, and still the "Place Order" option doesn't become available, please help.

So far so good. Very user friendly. Easily navigatable. 5 out of 5 for sure but the whole limited selections in certain regions really puts a damper on the whole pick up option. But other than that 🔥🔥🔥

I wish there was a filter to exclude sports team apparel. When sorting by newest, there's a flood of NFL, NBA, and Soccer apparel at the top that I don't care about. Sometimes there's some cool non-sports team items sprinkled in that long list of team apparel and they're easily missed while Im trying to scroll past hundreds of items I don't care about Still doesnt have a filter-out option. Im tired of all the professional and collegiate apparel I have no interest in infecting my search results

Absolute garbage ... the app keeps freezing and won't let me pay for items that add up too nearly £800 I have the items in my basket and it will not let me pay for them keeps saying error occurred so I have tried to empty my basket and start again and the app will not let me add or remove from my basket .... your loss nike ill spend it with adidas. Instead, their app runs smoothly 🙄 🙂 👌

Absolute trash! Not only does it keep closing, it takes forever for the photos to reload every time you scroll. Don't set a reminder for a new release because you won't get it and they will sell out. This is one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use.

Some of the products shown don't come in my size. Many of the footwear sizes are limited. However I am not the target audience for many of the styles offered. Though I am an original Nikey head I'm of an age now where many of these color and styles are nolonger appeal to me. Also I'm not interested in paying unnecessary money for re-released footwear.

Was great, now won't even open. Had been using the app for years, suddenly about a month ago it would just freeze and not load. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried clearing data and cache...nothing. stuck with a not working app that I can't even sign into

The app won't let me add my phone number. Everytime I try, it crashes or directs me to the guest service because of an error code. I waited for a couple of months now but the issue still isn't resolved. I can't use the portions of the app that I would like to because of this, so the low rating.

The app has always worked well, except when there's a nice drop, then it just decides to log you out, not accept payments and even sell items that aren't in stock.. nonetheless, still gets the online shopping done.

The app doesn't work when I want to checkout and placing my orders already. It's loading a blank page. Also tried to update the app to latest version and order via browser but still I encountered the same issue.

Please improve the app performance. I had problem to add product into cart and also, I can't even check out after that as the error code keeps prompt out. At the end of it, I need to make my purchase via website browser instead of the app. This sounds obsoletely ridiculous if you're encourage people to use your app if we can't find any benefits of it.

I love this app it keeps me up to date on the latest news and updates on the shoes I favor. I love that I can create a colorful shoe a custom style and a personal design are always a conversation starter. I WEAR NIKE not only for the looks but for the comfort and I have long narrow feet and NIKE shoes are an awesome fit. But I must say I visit the outlet stores quite often and I don't like the long waits in lines. How come they don't have card readers for people paying with cards. Cheryl

Great and useful app to make sure you get original items from Nike. Especially because knock offs are all over the market. It is also very convenient to use because you don't have to go into physical stores only to find out that what you're looking for isn't available. As long as you know your right size all you need to do is scroll and check out what you need. You can also avoid over priced items from resellers. Sometimes you can even find items that are on sale.

Outside of using it for research the app was useless. I tried to make a purchase and it apparently didn't want my money. I tried Paypal and two cards but I kept being told my card info was incorrect. I was forced to purchase a limited edition pair of shoes through Dick's because I feared missing out on them. I tried the app again a couple days later and got the same results on a different item. I then tried the Nike website and it worked! Hard pass for me on this app!

It's as if Nike doesn't want to make money... I've had issues with the app in the past, but not this bad. Even on a new phone. It's not loading any images to brows the products. Then says error and I have to delete and re download the app... Nike, you're losing customers by having poor quality apps that don't operate efficiently for your customers.

App is pretty good. They need to fix the fact that I can have my purchase be sent to a pick up site. I think that's site wide however, and not an app issue. Also, as I'm scrolling on my phone with filters such as only looking for "women" or "low to high prices" and I accidentally scroll to the left or right instead of down, the filter rest which I pretty annoying.
