1600 new customers, zero conversions, zero profit. Zero stars... So you send me a bill for $68.00 for renewal, now you send me a new "last chance" renewal bill for $17.99. How about just coming out and admitting it. "We are weak." It's going to be awesome to watch you guys tank in the next few months. And tank you will. Why? Because you suck.

Instructions are not for the mobile device i purchased. Not human help availabele each time i try to connect. My customers wonder why I say I can accept cards with a device that does not connect? Not acceptable results to rate as a five-star piece of hardware or service.

This app was ok at first now I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth it. I can't even edit my website from my phone like i use to be able to, pluse it's slow and I can't even pick the color I want my font or backgrounds to be it only gives suggestions based on your color theme or logo

The app hasn't worked for quite a while. Every time I open it on my phone it crashes. Can't use it to check my website or edit. I was hoping the latest update of the app would fix it, but it didn't.

Not happy at all received several prompts to purchase different products from other vendors that really complicated the entire process. Purchased $150 MS upgrade never received it..paid for domain but it won't allow me to make changes to my site or connect my online pay account. Just really complicated, making feel it is designed to make you give up & hire there team to design it for you..wasted my time & money

GoDaddy has made it possible for a novice like me to create an amazing website for our business. They give you many tools to utilize. What has been huge for our company is GoDaddy conversations. You can set up conversations so that if someone messages your website you get notified immediately. The only issue I have is that I am constantly being signed out and when that happens I am not getting notified when a customer reaches out. This is a new issue which hopefully will be fixed soon

Your social link seems broken in serval ways. Trying to manage two accounts trying with a mac, windows, and an Android device, all three have issues doing thing. The ones that at least let me go through it, windows and Mac, it only allows me to try to use Facebook to link my Instagram, but these instgram accounts aren't linked with facebook, and in android, the actual contact service is broken since it tries to use Facebook and Facebook blocks your app from doing that

Is a good app for your business, but sometimes takes you out when you are adding products or editing products. So you need to start again.

I am barely a month into this app, and i regret it so much already. They ditect you to steps and actions without telling you what you have to do to follow through, then when you can't and go back you're no longer able to complets the action. Setting up payments is particularly horrible, but they take your money pretty damn quick with no help in setting up further. I swear this site is one of the worst decisions I've ever made

Have been using this app no problems for nearly a year - all of a sudden for the past three days it keeps crashing and saying its closed because of a bug and to download the update after the bug has been fixed. So please fix whatever bug it is ASAP so I can continue using it!

Company structured for maximum profit. They emailed multiple times saying automatic payment was going to be made. When it failed, they sold the domain in auction. And then emailed me. I called the moment the email came in, but it was too late. A different registrar had an issue and emailed multiple times before taking such a drastic action. Update: Thank you for your response. I can purchase domains in the app, so this is directly related. I already reached out per my above comment.

It had a bug that wouldn't open without crashing. I uninstalled it and installed it again. It fixed the crashing problem, but now it says that my website is offline and it won't let me access it on the app. The problem is that my website IS online, and I never miss a payment. Everything is set to auto-renew. The site can be viewed and used fine from my browser. I'm so tired of godaddy. No telling how much money I've lost due to technical problems

Purchases and renewals on the app are difficult to manage. When processing payments you are taken to the Godaddy website which is not very mobile friendly. I had to wait until I had access to my computer to do anything usefull. 😠

GoDaddy Team, I did encounter a minor bug during my recent usage. When attempting to update the nameservers for one of my domains, the app unexpectedly crashed. I restarted the app and retried the process, and fortunately, the bug did not recur. While this bug created a slight inconvenience, it was an isolated incident and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The most recent update caused the customer information to stop autofilling when creating a booking. This means I have to type the customers infor letter by letter number by number correctly, if I do not it creates a new customer!! Totally a hassle. Please get that fixed.

I paid the monthly fee, 2 weeks later they want paid again. There's no linking it to Google. They want even more to sell items on it. I think I'm better off with just a Facebook page and business cards.

What happened to the transaction option on the app? I'm not able to use the app to cash out my clients and now have to go onto the website to do so? I've been on hold for customer service for about an hour now. I cannot make transactions through the app or see my transaction list. What is going on?
