For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to get into the messages without the app kicking me off and crashing. And as a manager, this is how I keep in contact with the hourly employees and supervisors. I have had to go onto the website to see if any messages have been sent. Other than the messages this app has helped manage and keep an eye on labor and sales.

I HATE that it logs out all the time and wont save login info! Way to many notifications...I'm a responsible adult and I dont need a 1-hour notification that I have to work. Tired of rating my shift twice a day!

Availability is clunky and annoying to use. Can't add or change availability once the schedule is published. This makes no sense, as some jobs are part-time, and schedules are fluid. For example I have one 3 hour shift scheduled on a Friday, but I want to change my availability for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday 7shifts won't let me, giving the error "schedule is already published". Not useful for part-time employees. When I Work app handles availability much better.

Managing to find schedules is made incredibly easy and keeping up with ones scedule is just as easy.

Sure would be nice to be able to simply compare shifts and availability between multiple 7shifts employers. Instead you have to arduously navigate between the two and hope you've found the right hidden tab to cycle to a different employer. Bad, frustrating, suboptimal.

Good app. But you cannot leave a workplace as an employee in the app. If an employer doesn't release you from their restaurant tab you're just kinda stuck there. Every time I log in to 7shifts I just start out on my old job's page. It's a little annoying. Otherwise, the app is pretty good.

Give the Employees freedom. Our restaurant managers love to micro manage and don't let us view our schedules in app. We can't sign up without an invite whatsoever. So we have no say in it at all. We don't get to use 7shifts to it's fullest potential. They print schedules directly from the website. Yes, website. There should be a way to circumvent such limitations. Otherwise, what's the point for an app?

Absolutely brilliant! there could be a people that could help solve a situation, but i hard to help if u don't know it's needed. And that puts so much weight on people who sumtimes end up quiting from the stress. I feel this is a great way to keep in contact with each others needs. Less stressed coworkers tend to function better as a team. Happy coworkers happy custumers!= Happy Bosses lol. Thank u for who ever came up with and put the work in to make this app happen. I use it everyday! Thank u

No problems ever with this app. I don't see any advertisements: which is so refreshing. Easy navigation and profile editing. This is the best Work Schedule App I have ever used. *Just can't sync with my Google Calendar.

Log out? There is no way to log out and simply closing the app does not refresh user data. Had to uninstall and reinstall.

App used to work fine, but lately I have been having issues. I keep getting logged off, then the app will crash when I try to log on. I also don't get notifications when there's a new chat or for any shift release.

It's fine. It is kind of sad the work you have to do each week to sync to Google calendar. As an employee it does the job sort of. As an employer I would just use hot schedules

Ever since the all updated my earnings data is gone. It says "failed to collect data. Your earnings data is not available at this moment. Please try again later or refresh the page." It's frustrating because I need to know how many hours I'm working for my job.

They just texted me someone's personal information and email address, this is not a service you'd want to use, they do not respect your privacy and will text someone random your information without any verification if that is the correct recipient for that sensitive information

Was great. Latest updates have made it significantly worse, it crashes and logs you out often. And no longer shows you your projected hours worked or scheduled for the week anymore, not sure why they removed this now I gotta do a bunch of math

Messaging needs work. Push notifications come wayyy after messages get delivered. I would also like to view more message content in the notification itself - other messaging apps do this.

Edit: Someone from the app emailed me separately to ask that Iremove this comment so I thought I would update it with additional problems. Since my company started using this app there have been multiple issues with the app displaying the wrong shift information for the day. This has resulted in several people being late and one person being fired before the issue was resolved. At best this glitchy POS is bad for your business.

Great app. 2 suggestions: it's difficult to tell the difference between my assigned days off and days that haven't been posted on the next schedule yet. All future dates just say "not scheduled," making it difficult to know what days I can expect not to work versus days I might be. Marking unreleased-schedule dates as TBA, or highlighting the released schedule period would help clarify this UI issue. One more thing. Schedule updates aren't reflected on Google calendar until it's too late...
