Description of Retro Bowl College

Make a name for yourself as a winning Head Coach for one of 250 College teams. Manage tight budgets and encourage your hotheaded young players to keep their eye on the ball when they're surrounded by the temptations and distractions of College life. Can you tell the difference between the next Pro Football superstar and the party animal who doesn't know when to quit? Can you foster their talents and help them make the Draft? Great game! Honestly it's great, just like the original, but Couple issues: #1, is getting the uniform colors correct. It doess kind of bother me that schools like Michigan S or Florida are no where near the "real life" school. So having to pay for the unlimited and then go in and change every teams colors is a pain. #2, Rankings are BRUTAL man, getting top 25 is so hard. You can beat multiple top 10 ranked teams and still not be in the top 25 if you have lost 1 game, please make this better...

3.5 or 4 Fun gameplay so far, and the college format makes it look like it will be more challenging. I bought the upgrade already because I loved orig RB so much, then I got an ad (for another New Star product) after playing a game. Not ok, big issue. That cost the star and a half. PAT: the accuracy cone is invisible on the light colored endzones (peach, etc.). Can that be fixed?

I love the original retro bowl, but this version is very unoptimized. There are consistent frame rate drops mid game that make it very difficult to play. Once this issue is fixed, easy 5 stars.

Love the game though I feel like I'm running into so many more dilemmas than the original game. This isn't necessarily a bad thing and I understand the idea of having to chose one thing over the other but it happens so often it's like oh ok I either butcher my qb's 1.7 GPA or I bring my teams morale down from a 70 to a 60 and then have another dilemma exactly like that right after this one.

I love the original but this one is even more fun for me. I like how you have to balance GPA along with the players condition and mood. It's also much more fun knowing that you have to build a team with only 4 years per player so you are constantly strategizing how to build a franchise. I didn't notice the raise GPA for entire team button until recently. Took me until week 8 to win the national championship compared to usually winning the retrobowl every season in the original version

I'm glad this game is finally a thing, it's fun and all, but it lacks cool additions. Like the band playing during the game when you get first downs, and not just when you score a touchdown. And please please please add entrances. Please. That would be so cool. Anyways, the game is pretty good.

Such a fun game. I love the dynamic difficulty. I'm not sure the free version even has ads but if it does, they're few and far in between. Bullet passes seem to always miss but other than that this game is perfect. I'd love to have playable defenses somehow too.

Amazing game💯 after this last bug fix I have no issues with the game. Definitely the best collage football game out there. I'm on year 17 rn, the game play is great. No problems with this game. Keep up the good work💯 y'all should make a online retro bowl that would probably be one of the best mobile football games ever💯💯

Great game... But I would have thought that programming would've advanced enough to not have to force teams to lose, like they did in Techmo Bowl. Just some games every throw your QB makes is intercepted or your RB fumbles. Then all of a sudden the next game they are fine so it isn't their Morale that caused.

This is the most addicting game I have ever played, but there is little things that are annoying like on the game you have to worry about morale and if it gets low the team won't perform as well and constantly my guys are getting in trouble for no reason and you have to decide between making the individual person mad (which causes the individual to be worse) or decrease the teams morale (which causes the team to be worse) besides that this is the best sports game I've ever played.

I love Retro Bowl, and I always wanted to make a college version on the old one. So, when this game came out I quickly installed it. However, when looking at several teams' uniforms I am seeing that the uniforms don't match real life, such as LSU, Arkansas and UF. If this gets changed in the future, it will be the easiest 5 star I can give.

Absolutely love this game but can we please fix the gpa...they go down every game and its not realistic. Also please add sim option like the OG RB, and make the sims better to cuz in the old one, I'd have a complete 5 star Def and a 5 star Defensive Coordinator but I'd still lose to 2-3 star offenses. An updated scoreboard would be cool too. But mainly add realistic sim AND let us scout players throughout the season like NCAA 14 and the better your team record is the more good players you get.

Very good game. Reminds me of retro bowl. The only thing that kinda makes me not want to play it is the fact that every game, the other teams scores every drive, on easy, 1 star offense, and I have a 4 star defense, so I don't understand the issue. Other wise great game

I love this new take on classic retro bowl very much but I have I few small issues. First the uniforms need to look more realistic. For example I played PITT and for some reason they had purple jersey. I'm pretty sure their normal colors are silver and blue. My next small problem is that the GPA is WAY to strong. I can't even raise my scholarship fund because I have to keep paying for academic coaching or whatever. Any ways I hope that New Star brings back sim games and exhibition matches.

I love this game but I just really wish we could do exhibition mode and start out with your favorite team and also also be able to sim games cuz I'm not trying to play against a FCS school. And I know that's going to be able to come in later versions. I also want to be able to have a transfer portal. I think a transfer portal would change the game it would allow us to get that one player we need. I bought unlimited version and it won't let me get the perks want to do. I also like the walk ons.

It's a great game I just wish they would fix the bug in the coaches stats it doesn't show anything on major rankings just a 0 even tho I've been #1 major ranked at the beginning of multiple seasons in a row and it doesn't show the stat. Also it would be cool to have player customizeation and not just names I mean ratings that would be amazing maybe not for regular players but at least the people who bought the unlimited version

I wasn't expecting this. It's a little more than the original game. I won't give it away but I love the academic twist. Very nice aspect to add in. Of course, I went ahead and bought it so I could tweak the colors. 99¢ was quite the bargain. Please tweak the dynamic difficulty a little. That's really my only critique. 👍

This game is very fun the best football game on phone right now. But there is a couple of quality of life changes and there may be a new mode you can add. I think that they should add a imports/ export system so you can get the same save file or Jersey colors and all that kind of stuff on another phone (or at the very least get like Google Play into the game where you can sign into the game on another device and get the same save). You can also add a QB mode (peoplehave done that so get them on)
