Great app. However, 'Multi-city' option is not well functioning after last update. It consistently pops up 'update the app to use this service' While I'm using the latest one Please fix this issue. Even this time confirmed reservation under 'My Trip' option are no longer active. They simply pop up last name error message. Please fix this. With each update the app is getting a bit worse.

Kindly please create an option to book for other persons while signed in to my account in the app. Yesterday, i was unable to book for another person. I did it inconveniently by signing out of my account and book as a guest. I think this could easily be fixed by adding a filtering question whether the booking is for the account holder or another person. Depending on the answer, the app displays the required info! From the programming point of view, easy! Hope to see this get fixed soon, thanks

For a big name like Ethiopian Airlines, the app is so much disfiguring and typical garbage. The app takes too much time to load, doesn't have online customer support, no online options for rescheduling and changing tickets, customer service is too busy and they don't respond correctly after waiting for more than 30 minutes online. Needs too much work on the app and other options.

Very easy to use and has many features an airline app should have. Enjoyed the small discount i received while booking via the app. I'm sure there are some UX issues that can be improved (see the easyJet app) but I'd say it's a big step up and progress in the right direction.

I am able to login to my shebamiles acvount on the laptop, but this app could not let me login despite multiple attempts and upgrades of the app. It shows me error message "something is wrong" or "null". Please revisit and update your app. All other comments and complains about the app is legitmate. Please look into them and make corrections so that your costomers can use the app to manage their flights. Thank you.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.. here is a company which DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS PASSENGERS SAFETY! I had to change my flight to Beyrouth considering the ongoing conflict in the region and the authorities' request not to come to Lebanon at the moment. Hence, I didn't have any choice. Ethiopian airlines refused to take into account the case of force majeure events, and still made me pay a penalty fee of 100 USD to reroute my flight to a safer destination while I was ok with paying for the price difference.

The app shows wrong information as telephone number or site for different branches, and Ethiopian Airlines is one of the worst airlines, they lost my luggage for 20 days , the staff hadn't call me or picked my phone even.
