MOHRE mobile application provides a range of services to Business owners, employees in United Arab Emirates.
Business owners can apply for Renewing contracts, Bank guarantee refund, absconding cases and so on.
Employees can see their contracts, register a complain about their companies and many other services.

Terrible, Whenever I try to log in again it will always say that my username and pw are invalid. I tried to click the forget password and said will send a link to my email, but there's no link at all. I kept checking my email for 2 days but no link has been sent to me. I tried to sign up again but ofcourse it won't allow me since my passport I.d is already taken. 😔

I downloaded the app and I registered already. And when I sign in, it's saying that invalid username or password. I pressed forgot password. And changed again and still the same. I tried that more than 50 times but still the same. I contacted the team via email. But no body help me. Thank you so much

Very difficult to use and signin. If you were born in the 80's you to spend some time swiping to reach to 1980, just to reset your password. It was very frustrating. I had unistalled it.

Very bad service ever I seen, many serviced application not accepting or processing by app. live chat also not helpful, they not connecting to human agent to solve the issues. Helpline no. Also chargeable (At least contact no should be toll free) Hope they will take action to shortout these app issues at the earliest.

App is not working properly When i am trying to get Tawjeeh class after completion(Selfie time) it shows Error Opening Camera However i check App settings Camera permission is allowed to Mohre Why ????

Before the app is good,you can download a copy of the contract, now you can just view the summary of it and close automatically when the feedback pop out, also its link to the old passport no, the apps is helpful from previous versions.

I applied work permit on 23 august. But still showing in process. The problem is with Nawakas scanning. When nawakas come and it was submitted without uploading documents and still showing nawakas in app. When i click on nawakas it show your application is submited without documents attaching. And nawaks is still continually showing again and again submitting without any attachments. I complaint 3 time to technical support but they close the complaint by said no issue in app. Now fine start

This app is useless, kept on crashing whenever I selected My dashboard, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but then it won't let me login. I tried to use forgot my password, but the app is not sending any link to my email as well. The support is time limited to office hours so I can't contact support after 5 pm till the next day at 8 am

It is very difficult to get the labour card or the labour contract to send it by email. If you try to do this it will freeze and cannot do anything. You can't get the WPS status and the percentage. I can't get the list of employees on this app. It was very much easier to work and get information on enatawasal website. Can't understand why the MOL stopped this. Regards

It's great app , but some time it make too much mushkil for labors wages not updated on time , so now I paid all labors may 2023 salaries but system don't shows us any update still system shows not paid Kindly review the application thanks and regards

It is not very easy to find the option that you are looking for. Even when i called the Mohre helpline, they told me to write the option i needed in the search bar of the website, it is impossible to find it otherwise. Aesthetics of the app are great, but usability needs to improve.

After a forced update, otherwise cannot use the app, I can open it but now I can't see the details I requested, just opens for a second, after which a "How was your experience" window pops on the screen and blocks anything else. Kindly fix this bug

It's not working properly, passport is invalid even if I'm 100% sure of my passport number. And no other option for changing the birthday date, it takes a lot of time changing the year itself. Please fix the bug in order to have an excellent service.

After downloading I tried to sign up but I couldn't due to an error message "incorrect information" at step one... I tried to send a report on your website about the issue but it didn't work and an error message "The required anti-forgery cookie "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present." Appears. Thank you for your time.

On the face of it the app looks nice but several services are missing content. Also had trouble registering and signing in and support wasn't helpful. Overall my rating is based on comparing with other government apps and I've had a much smoother experience with the others.

Contract submission is not working, after submission it shows in pending transaction. When complete pending transaction it still shows in pending transaction.

Worse update yet now. Can't retrieve all the necessary information. Gets closed when try to check WPS everytime.

Sir the app needs an update many functions are not working still we cannot renew the labour card it gets stuck in the preview contract window its not going to next page...Plz check
