Serious problem occured with the latest update, lost all flight, unable to check in and no boarding pass. Is seriously urgent considering we cannot go into the airport without the pass.

Buggy as hell. When you try to check-in, it either shows "unexpected error" or saves your nationality incorrectly. I guess I'll just do it at the counters...

I have been trying to use the mobile check in as the web check in would require you to print a copy of the boarding pass, but the app can't retrieve my booking when in the web it is showing. The app sucks.

Q: What kind of app allows you to add a meal to a flight, but offers no way to remove it, blocking you from checking in unless you go through with purchasing the meal? A: This app. I hope the chicken rice will be good at least.

Absolutely terrible. After log in, the timeout is so fast and need to log in again and again. If you book two tickets you can't change just one of the two, all or none. Chat, nobody ever responds. Chat means chat now, not in up to 72hrs. Phone number in hkg useless. Whatsapp, never receive a reply. Terrible app and service, not in the tradion of Cathay Pacific.

There system don't send emails with the OTP for registration. By the way, take care when booking with this airline!!! They charge a reservation fee at the end of the purchase process without your notice. P.S. This app has only one star reviews and should be taken down.

Absolutely full of bugs. Notifications lead you to a dead link every time. The Contact Us chat doesn't even have a Send button to actually chat. Completely useless.....I just hope their airplane technology uses different Developers!

I cannot check-in both on apps and web site. Always ERROR message shown in login page.

I tried to check in through the app but the app would direct me back to the first page after I chose a seat, prompting me to reenter my travel information. They ended up separating my friend and I who booked together. Would br convenient if they could fix this bug.

Cannot open app after update

App is useless, I can get to the profile page and it only allows me to click the save button, but I can't even update my travel document information. You can't add flights, you can't see your bookings, you can't manage your account. I didn't have to, I wouldn't bother with this airline.

The app and the website are not user friendly at all. Slow. Weird check in process. If you try to use your booking reference number to attach your upcoming flight back to your account, the process is highly UNINTUITIVE. Took me forever to figure out how.

The developers of this app seem to be very creative people. I just wanted to show my boarding pass at the airport, but the app prompted for an update, sadly I wasn't able to show the boarding pass without the update so I had to go to the check in counter and get a printed boarding pass. What was the purpose of this app again?
