idin maar geen knab, parkeren heeft geen startactie kosten maar om geld in wallet zetten kost je wel transactiekosten. geen mogelijkheid om je email te veranderen na registratie.

Het bovenstaande bericht is zeer misleidend, minimum topup bedrag voor geen transactiekosten is 50 euro. Met 30 euro ophogen gaat niet! Let op: refund nog niet mogelijk, al geven ze dat wel aan de applicatie. Achteraf betalen voor parkeren is ook niet mogelijk.

Ongelooflijk irritant dat er gewoon niemand te bellen is als er iets niet werkt met de scooter

Voeg s.v.p. een taalkeuzeoptie toe. Bijvoorbeeld; mensen hebben de taal van hun telefoon op Engels ingesteld, maar willen de app in het Nederlands. Of andersom. Dus een keuze uit NL en EN, graag!

Handige app, maar gelijk weer verwijderd omdat de app niet te gebruiken is zonder Google Location services. Maar voor mensen die dat niet boeit is het een handig programma

Via de gemeente kreeg ik een brief dat ik 40 euro tegoed zou krijgen om deelvervoer via Gaiyo uit te proberen. Alle stappen netjes doorlopen zoals beschreven in de brief. Vervolgens kreeg ik netjes een bevestiging in de app dat het was gelukt, maar ik kreeg geen tegoed. Melding gemaakt via whatsapp en een heel gesprek gevoerd, maar zonder resultaat... Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring.

Very helpful customer service in case of any problems. I've chatted with them few times via WhatsApp, they helped every time. I had some problems with tickets I bought and they refunded everything.

Have used for 2 weeks. So far, very happy with this app. Some minor annoyances, but the Support Helpdesk responds to my user interface improvement suggestions. Keep up the good work!

I really like the app and the fact that it supports sustainability. I had some problems though: I couldn't return the car because the app kept telling me that I didn't leave the car in the right place even though the geolocation showed the opposite. The problem could be solved only after the weekend. I would like to continue using this app but if this happened again i think i would stop + there should be customer service in the weekend with an operational team that can actually solve problems.

Nice app. Mostly using it for parking. All good till now. Sometimes doesn't choose the correct parking zone instead shows the nearby zone. This needs to be manually adjusted before starting the parking action. A nice feature to add would be a reminder to turn off the parking once we leave the parking zone under which car is currently parked.

Very bad Experience with the app. At the Parking lot (P12 SchipoI) couldn't open the barrier to get out. I was stuck in for about 40min. and had to pay once more (dubbel the original amount) on the spot for the barrier to be opened. The next day had almost the same issue. I would recommend using the app to park at the airport location or where the barrier needs opening.
