I've been a Walmart+ member for almost 2 years. After the recent update I can no longer scroll through my list of previous purchases to add to my grocery order. I can scroll through "pantry items" but nothing else. I'm very disappointed as I used the reorder list all the time. Edit: Walmart apparently fixed the issue after I posted and they replied quickly. Updated from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thanks Walmart for the quick response!

Overall this is an easy to navigate and use app. Searches and filters could be a bit more nuanced and help save time when seeking specific things. But if you're a regular, everyday purchaser, this couldn't be easier for you. Update: avoid 3rd party sellers on the app. It now seems consistent that either nothing will be received or not what was advertised. And Walmart gives a hard time refunding. I'm giving up trying and joining Costco today!

Very convenient online ordering in app. Just have to watch your delivery / pick up options before placing order. Some items have to be picked up rather than delivered? Even items that had been previously delivered may no longer be available for delivery, so keep a close eye before finalizing your online order... don't know about you, but I don't do pick up...I want my orders delivered! 🥰 Orders are accurate. Have had very few problems, & any problems I've had have been satisfactorily resolved.

The app is good. My only complaint is that when asked to leave a rating on a products the app has issues, and many times, you have to try several attempts to attempt before it posts. I signed up for Walmart+, and I love it. There's good benefits, and having the delivery service makes it very helpful for individuals who have transportation issues, not to mention every delivery person has been very friendly and helpful.

Great prices! But unless you have free shipping it's not really worth it. Also the added taxes at the end suck! you go to save a few dollars and the taxes bring it up more than you even saved. I don't have Walmart Plus. But I would assume taxes would still be the same and you would just get free shipping with it? I tend to use Amazon more. But Walmart has some good deals that just can't be passed sometimes.

I wish there was a way to stop the pop-up for Walmart plus on this app. It's annoying when you're trying to look for something, and it takes up the entire screen. Not to mention that if it pops up, you might accidentally hit the join button that's conveniently close to the back button and not realize it. Edit: Why does this sign you out of your account right in the middle of using Walmart pay? I had to cancel the transaction. Unreliable. Always bring another form of payment.

Decent, but has some major flaws. You can't check in at the store for order pickup if your GPS is not detecting you are there at the store. (So I cannot send my partner to pick up and check in for them.) It looks like the app no longer lets you scan receipts to save to your purchase history. App navigation can be a pain, navigation buttons disappear, and searches sometimes reset back to the home page.

Walmart has got to do better with their search bar. Trying to find anything is s complete mess and very frustrating. When you type something in to search even with filters it shows a thousand different things that you didn't even want but might have a similar-sounding name. I would think that your app could be a lot more precise. I know you think somebody will come across another item and buy it, but for those of us who were shopping for a specific thing just want to see that item.

I'm rating this app based on the photo service section. Every time I try editing a photo to print, the app crashes. It told me to uninstall updates to some other web setting and when I did, I lost everything that was in my photo cart. I spent hours going through photos and editing them, and was almost finished when it did that. So upset and irritated. Update 8/8/23 I reached out and was told I'd get an email within an hour of calling when they fixed the problem. Weeks later still unresolved.

I've had walmart Plus for years and have been on an annual membership, which is unfortunate as the service seems to have fallen apart for the last year. You only get half of your order, and they will not look for substitutions. When they look you'll get travel size for twice the price. Three times, they have delayed a day or more on a grocery order for an undisclosed time the next day and refuse to cancel because I am "too late". They also tend to lose your shipping packages in Vegas for months.

It is an easy to use app with some simple customization settings. One thing I really like, is if you check a balance on gift cards, it will store them for future use! I just placed an order, and it utilized the small remaining balance on each card (that I forgot I had) before using part of the newest large balance card! I love the ability to check availability & pricing before I go to the store, so I can add or remove things from my shopping list, and don't get sticker shock!

Search is useless - for whatever reason, maybe an update... I now enter what I am searching for and it comes up with a huge list of departments to choose from. I am not going to waste my time picking through departments when I can Google the item and get a price directly and then make the purchase easily (usually from Amazon) instead of hunting through each department to find what I am looking for. Sorry, dedicated apps should be quick and easy to use and Google is way faster than app.

I'm a plus member, with one of the worst local stores ever. They never want to fix or help issues with products/services. However anytime I call through the app the people are professional and beyond helpful. They go above and beyond to make things right and are even opening an investigation. The app itself is simple to use and has a decent UI. Can it be improved certainly but all in all good experience.

Started this service in the pandemic and love it still. I begin my grocery list 1 week in advance and continue to add to it during the week and voila nothing is missed. I used to use a list and miss items on my list or not be able to find them at all. The worst thing was to find really long lines at checkout not to mention spending an hour or more often in the store! It has made grocery shopping less of a chore. Also, do not do much impulse junk food purchases. Now the junk food is chosen!

Has been fantastic. That said, new glitch where I cannot add anything to current order after checkout. Updating didn't fix. Also, drivers don't often pay attention to notes. Please don't give me the option for the latest pm delivery time if there is never a driver available. I'd rather it not be available, than count on it for it to fall through. Customer service, when I need to call, however, is ALWAYS fantastic!

Absolutely love the convenience of this app. However for the past week it hasn't been behaving correctly. Not allowing returns, can't scroll through re-order list, simple things that make shopping easier and faster. Hoping an update is coming soon to correct all the new glitches.

I like the app, but one thing I cannot stand is you are trying to calculate your groceries with another app like calculator. The purchase list while looking at groceries refreshes itself and sends you back to the top everytime the app loses focus and its extremely annoying. When the website version does none of that. Not sure who I can email to have that fixed, but would be very happy if that was corrected.

For the most part, this makes shopping a breeze. There are things, however, that I know my local store carries that it just will not let me shop on the app. Also, when picking substitutions, you don't get the option to only get 1 of a larger thing in place of 2 smaller. It gives you 2 larger. That's something I'd love changed. Returns are easy since your purchases are saved. There are no receipts to find, so no hassles. I love the new addition of being able to bring my own resuseable bags.
