HOW IT WORKS:
- Download the app. Complete your account. Become a Citizen.
- You’ll see 5 types of Data Surveys in the CitizenMe app through which you can exchange your data for a fair value. We tell you exactly what you give and get before each survey.
- The green coloured tiles in the app are the one that give you a cash reward for sharing your opinions. The first time you try to complete a Paid Data Survey, you will be prompted to log into your PayPal account. You can select Connect and complete the Exchange. Once you finish it, you will be paid your cash reward directly into your PayPal account.

Hardly any surveys show up. The latest one wants to connect to my Google fit data (which I wouldn't allow anyway!) but it says I don't have Google fit on my phone (I do) and I can't move past it.

Used to be brilliant but now it don't work. Crashed when I tried to login and then won't load. If it does it's extremely slow. I have no issue playing games but can't load a survey app.. can't blame my phone. It's the app clearly. Lucky to get 1*

I have signed up according to your procedures on my mobile phone. It keeps restarting me without sending me the sign in link. I have tried signing in for at least 2 days. Your system has not allowed me to sign in. I want to delete CitizenMe from my phone. In the meantime, I will wait to hear from your office or management team. I did not hear from your team I deleted this app.

I was recently invited to rate this app from them with a picture portraying a reward of £4. This is completely inaccurate, unacceptable and entirely misleading to potential new members. In my experience (over a year), the average payment is between 10 and 15 pence, so beware of any advertising offering more than this. 🙄😕😡

I would rate 5 stars if I were getting anymore paid surveys. For about the first week, I received lots and was able to build up a little money in my PayPal account. However, I am no longer receiving ANY MORE paid surveys, only ones that want me to donate my data. Would be more than willing to update my review if I began receiving actual paid surveys.

It's cool to get a deeper understanding of yourself and behavior. It's an easy app to navigate, relevant questions that sometimes challenge what you think you know about yourself. There's no threshold to meet in order to get your earnings through PayPal. From the very first survey your earnings go straight to PayPal which is a big plus in comparison to other earning apps.
VICTORY OBUTE
I used this app for months, plus I did a good number of surveys. I enjoyed doing the surveys because they were fun and engaging. Sadly, when it was time to cash out I couldn't because PayPal is not available in my country. Can you please look into this withdral issue and add other withdrawal options aside from PayPal?

I rated 3 stars because I get 1 paid survey a week and when I do it is for a tiny amount (15 cents) and payments are sent in GBP and not American dollars therefore it takes weeks to earn enough ($1) to be able to convert currencies via PayPal and actually use my earnings. Positive things about this app are the surveys are paid INSTANTLY to your PayPal account without you have to save points or redeem anything. Overall not really worth my time but they are legit.

I like that there isn't a minimum cash out amount. As soon as u finish a survey (and they only take a 2 or 3 min) you get a PayPal deposit. Pay is in euros and I now know that every euro is worth .13 cents more on the American dollar! I also discovered some things about myself taking a few of the insight quizzes (downside there's no compensation for those). Another con to the app so far (day 2) is I have done all pd surveys and made less than a buck. I'm hoping that there will be more soon

I've been enjoying this app, but there's one question that never fully appears in the MeData section ("In the past 12 months, where have you purchased your day to day clothing?"), so I have to hit skip every time. That's also how I found out that there doesn't appear to be an error reporting or support mechanism in the app -- I'd rather report things like this privately than dump a tech issue into a review.

My experience with this app is purely positive so far. I legitimately have nothing bad to say about it. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be anything special-- just another survey app... But, this isn't the case whatsoever! Not only does CitizenMe refuse to store/sell your personal information, they also pay directly to your PayPal account instantly upon submitting your responses! Two things that I don't believe any other app on the market does! No obnoxious ads either. You will love this app 🤩

This used to be a great app, where I could do a paid survey every day or two and cash out on PayPal. (Payout is in Great British Pounds, so PayPal will only let you translate funds to USD once you have at least $1) I haven't received a paid survey in nearly a year, and the last one required me to sync my phone with Google Fit, which I don't use because I have Fitbit. With that being said, I'm now stuck with less than $1.00 GBP in my PayPal that I can't cash out. Deleting this app from my phone.

Love this app! The fact that I'm in total control of my data and its stored safely on my smartphone makes me feel safe. They app does not store my data and I can easily download it. When it comes to their surveys they fun, interactive and insightful. They helped me discover more about myself and the world around me. At first I was so shocked at how accurate the insight surveys are. I felt like they could read through my mind😀 bonus! You also find surveys that will reward you instantly!

I've been looking for apps that pays for simple surveys and I found one that actually pays I receive my funds in less than a minute but the only problem is there are hardly surveys that pays and the ones that does pay doesn't pay that much but I'm still grateful!! And another thing... NO ADS!!!

It gave me a few surveys several days ago when I first installed it and never again. Maybe I have to do the time consuming personality tests to get a single survey. We'll see. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Additionally, I can't cash out. It's in British currency and it's stuck to my PayPal as seperate money that I can't cash out with anything else sent to my PayPal. Unless there's a way to change this, make sure y'all get a PayPal card and hope it works with this.

1st had this app almost a year ago, had technical difficulties and they wasn't requiring a verified PayPal at that time.I deleted it and figured I'd give it another try few weeks later but this time I used my other PayPal because it was verified and I had trouble with my other account and it wasn't a verified account anyway. It lets me do the paid surveys and come to find out, wasn't getting paid because they accused me of using 2 accounts, customer service said they'd fix it but they didn't!

Absolute let down and waste of time. Paid survey site? Not even close. I get exactly ONE paid survey a month that pays 10¢. No less, no more. Keep moving along - ANY other survey app is better than this one! EDIT: I will repeat myself in case I wasn't clear. I get exactly ONE paid survey a month for 10¢. Not one a week a definitely not one a day. I have answered other "fun quizzes" (given away info for free) in hope of receiving more paid surveys but they never come.

The app is so easy to use and sends money immediately. Im so shocked. Anyways this app helped me identify issues outstanding with my PayPal account. What I request is that the app has a shortcut to help people fix their PayPal account without having to look somewhere else for a solution. It can make it less stressful and clear for beginners. Thank you.
