NO NOTIFICATION SOUNDS OR ALERTS ARE NOT WORKING!!!!!! Again after another update, I'm in another nightmare of this app just getting worse. Now none of my notifications alerts work and the huge delay on everything. Why they keep saying it's better and improved is just a lie. Why did you have to start messing with it from the start. Everything was great and worked. I have to look into a app that does work and leave this one behind and uninstalled. STOP SAY GET OR GO TO HELP CENTER...BC NO HELP.

This app used to be outstanding until then. You cited to make changes which actually will cost you. I suppose for the app to work properly. Because it used to update travel information instantly. Now it could be hours. It could be a day before states where the location of the person you're trying to keep track of is. Well that's sort of useless. I can't even hit the return arrow at the top of page to refresh the page. It does nothing at only refreshes when it wants to. Not when you need it to!

This app is actually handy! My boys enjoy using it as well as more than one time I got a message about a fast food joint I was coming up to. Really, the only drawback is the constant ads to buy up or subscribe to. This might be useful to others, but if I decline subscribing for my reason, popping the ad back up the very next time I open the app is frustrating.

Update 10/25/23. It is still not working after i don't know how many suggestions to fix it. Then i was told it's in their end, but after two updates still nothing. 10/09/23 I loved this app until it stopped making sounds for notifications. I tried everything. Contacted support and their suggestion didn't work either. I changed nothing. It just stopped. And only for leaving or coming home. Messages are making sounds. It is sooo frustrating. Can somebody please figure this out?

The App was wonderful. Now all the sudden no sound app notifications. I pay for monthly subscription and it is kind of pointless without notifications. I have tried several times to get the issue resolved customer service just says they are aware of issue and working on it. It's getting very irritating at this point. I'm betting if everyone stopped paying their subscription it wohld get fixed quickly.

It is helpful for us to be able to check where other family members are. The over-frequent attempts to get us to upgrade for more features end up being an annoyance. I guess I like the audible notifications whenever someone arrives home or leaves, but unfortunately they are way too loud, and I haven't found a way to tone them down.

Sometimes good, sometimes not. The latest update with the emojis are cute BUT the status or location of the family member is not accurate. When my husband leaves, it says he arrived home. And vice versa. Sometimes I get notifications he is at location X but that was awhile ago. I've also been getting late notifications, including the completed the drive, about 10 mins later. Oh and the app doesn't show where family member is anymore on the map! Can't see him driving on the map!Change it please!

Definitely not bad for a free app. If I had one comment it's that it seems to jump a person's location as they travel, perhaps the refresh rate prevents more accurate movement. I like that it usually tells you if a person is driving or walking etc. But again, not bad for free.

This is nice when it works. We chose this app because it works with both Android and Apple. There has been multiple times it wasn't showing updates on locations or it was terribly delayed. One common delay will be when someone leaves home it doesn't update until hours later. Defeats the purpose of the concept behind the app.

Over all, love this app. However, some recent changes are annoying. It used to be that when you selected another user, it would zoom in to show you where are, now it zooms out and shows you everyone. Not helpful if someone in your circle is traveling on the other side of the US.

Quality of the app has deteriorated considerably with the last several updates. Notifications for loved ones are often delayed or completely incorrect information is given, while spam notifications, through email and text, to get you to upgrade have become a constant. edit: There has been no settings changes on my end, or other parents I've talked to. It seems as if accuracy has been intentionally throttled so that it can be sold as an upgrade.

Since several updates ago, this app does NOT notify you of people in your circle arriving/leaving like it used too with sound! It has stopped working correctly and you're not "fixing" the issue you claim you're aware of! What's the sense of this app if it's NOT WORKING CORRECTLY anymore. I've contacted support, done all the suggested steps, and it still doesn't work. Not even with this last update! Fix it, and I'll change my review. Until then, 1 star is all you get.

Every time I open the app on my phone I get a page trying to get me to "shop now." I'm trying to set up the Life360 app and can't get any info on how to use it. Also, when I first set it up there was a page about Notifications. A lot of them, but I couldn't figure out what they were for. Then I tried to activate my two Tiles and they don't work. I "Click the Tile button once to begin activation" but no "nice tune." All I get is "Not working?" I tap on that and all I get is "Try Again." No help.

It's a good tracker. Expect constant inbox messages trying to sell you something, though. I also hate the constant pushes to upgrade (pay) and to turn notifications on (I've turned them off specifically). I'll keep looking for an app that better suits me. I did upgrade once, but then canceled because the app counts all phone use when connected by hands-free Bluetooth even though developer claims that it doesn't. Pay version is not worth it to me if it won't accurately track my teen's activity.

Has always been a great app! But I switched from an iPhone to a galaxy s23 and there are differences I don't like. It no longer shows the exact location on the satellite map and I also no longer shows someone's speed while driving. The crash detection works as well. My husband left his phone on his toolbox of his truck and it fell off. Prompting life360 to call everyone on our circle and also 911.

The app is great at helping to keep track of the kids but lately when I log in it doesn't show me anyone in the family group. It's only showing map locations that I have flagged. When I tap the re-load icon it says that it can't detect when it's in low battery. I know the batteries aren't low so not sure why it's not working. Very frustrating especially when your kids are traveling.

App takes up to an hour or longer to send a notification or even update someone's location. This isn't just a single phone, location, permission, or Wi-Fi not being turned on issue. Several of my friends that use the app (we all have different phones, 9 different models/brands in total, on Verizon, Google Fi, and AT&T) are having the issue. Google maps implemented constant location sharing so we all started using that also. Works great.

Love the app. But it is all but impossible to cancel a subscription. Don't get the subscription you're locked in forever! Now I did a year subscription, a lot of crazy things are happening, no matter who leaves/ arrives at any of the locations, everyone gets the same notice. A drop 📍 and it says leaves one of the locations on the list. It's always the same location. The app has gone from just ok to awful! There has to be something better!
