Don't earn enough through how much you spend, the little challenge star reward is a joke on game addicts, reach the star get £1 what a con. And then there's spin n win which disappoints every time just like gambling in general, the odds are stacked against you and sure you'll win a £1 just like a scratch card win but don't expect anymore than that no matter how many £100s or £1000s you spend, no rewards for your loyalty just catering to people with addictive personalities. Disgusting company 🤮

The spin to win part of the app was abysmally constructed, over the course of 2 weeks I shopped at least 4 times spending over £200 and the spin to win always said update to use during this time!!!!!! Strange that the spin to win only worked properly when the promotion was finished, today the 1st of October????

Regularly have to sign in/ change password when at checkout. There today and cannot get into the app to spend/collect rewards. Keeps saying check email/password. Have used forgotten password three times to no avail. Have deleted and downloaded app to no avail. Waste of time will probably not shop again in Asda as can't get the rewards they tempt you with.

September super shopper isn't registering my last purchase and the spin to win stopped working after I updated the app,ironically there is no new update but it says for Spin to win to work you need to update the app 🤦‍♀️ Logging out & reinstalling doesn't help. How convenient for them to get you to spend money by making promises and then not paying out or you have to go chase the money by calling their helpline or Twitter.

Not able to use the "Spin to Win" despite app being up to date. Lost out on points on my recent asda trip even though I scanned the app but the app has crashed. Hope not to lose money that has been saved in the app.

Spin the wheel does not work for online shop. Which is annoying as I do a online shop on a more or less weekly basis. It states it is for inshore and online, but this is not the case. The idea is good but as it does not function it is annoying.

Useless. Logs you out all the time, doesn't create vouchers, takes ages to load and now has decided not to let me have the spin to win feature. It did work and now it doesn't. Support from Asda customer services is non-existent. Staff are rude and aggressive and just blame issues on not having a brand new phone.

Sorry. Call me an imbecile. But. For everything I should have up to now. Downloaded. Nothing showing ( from a fair amount of 'Star products' purchased. Some show as these when you're viewing the actual item is -Duvet set. 22/9 But Not in the basket with the other items?? Nothing in my online account regarding the App'?? And does not appear on my handset since the first day downloaded??(EVEN THOUGH I LEFT IT OPEN) And, Where is my 'Cashpot' that should have a fair amount in now? Assistance pls?

Updated the app for the spin to win promotion but the app keeps telling me I need to update it. Also not intuitive to use. Why not combine with the shopping app so I don't have to fumble with two at the checkout.

Unable to sign in. The app wouldn't load so I cleared the cache and data and tried signing in but it would not recognise my password. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but had no luck. I reset my password few times but can't sign in - RUBBISH APP. It's a shame I can't give it 0 star.

App is not working properly. My reward is not added even I scan app every single time. I spent more than £100 and still showing £72 need to spend to add money voucher. Vouchers are not recognised by their system and showing as invalid. Call center takes 40 to 50 mins to answer your call. Also could you please add a system where points could be added retrospectively because when you forgot to scan you loose money?

Since the update a few days ago for the spin to win everytime i try to use my spin to win the app crashes, I only have 7 days to use it Spoke to customer services and they can't help Is this the idea of spin to win, nobody wins because nobody can use it And before you say it i have reinstalled the app twice and it still crashes

Sick and tired of not being able to gain points because the app fails to load the barcode and just shows a grey box. Restarted phone, uninstall app, cleared cache, 50% of the time you log into the app and no barcode is shown, may as well go back to shopping at Morriosns!

Stop asking PIN everytime you want to login. If you're asking for PIN in a while, it's okay. Especially we use this app most of the times in a crowded area and chances of getting your PIN exposed is high. As at least a security concern, stop asking for PIN everytime when the app also allows fingerprint login.

Same issue as everyone else - repeatedly and needlessly being asked to log in. If Asda really believe you need strong security for something that's only a supermarket loyalty app (which you don't because it holds nothing of any real value), allow a fingerprint login. It's less hassle to access banking apps, which is just absurd.

Can't create any vouchers Not sure what's going on but the last few weeks can't create any vouchers to use what's in my cashpot so can't actually spend any of the loyalty points. Every other feature works... disappointing. I've got almost £20 of discount and can't use it despite trying multiple times - just keeps timing out when creating a voucher. Needs to be sorted out!

Everytime I try to sign in it tells me my password is incorrect. I reset the password and yet again, password incorrect. I can sign into the asda app easily. Why not integrate the app together and use the asda app which works most of the time.

Currently unusable since the last update. Bar code didn't appear when opening the app, making it impossible to scan and collect rewards. It will eventually show after 10 minutes, but I've long left the shop by then
