Not worth the data. If you want to keep track of your rewards card #, it may help ya. The rest of it is either non-functional or questionably functional. Tech support is clueless, when you can get in touch with them. Pretty much makes their rewards program practically useless, since this app is a crutch to getting to the deals. Uninstalled.

This app works well enough, but my biggest complaint is the fact that I'm not able to reserve parking spots through the app or the website for Canadian locations (even trying it while I'm in Canada doesn't work, it just takes me back to the main Prime Parking webpage). One feature I would like to see would be the ability to purchase showers through the app using credit/debit cards or PayPal

This app still does not work. All I need is a way to reserve a parking spot, and this app cannot do that. It just gives you error messages, and ads, and takes up space on your phone. I wouldn't have had to bother trying to use this app if the website or phone number would ever work right. Every pilot/flying J has a large portion of their parking dedicated to reserved parking, and yet they make it next to impossible to actually ever reserve a space.

Fueling section of the app barely functional. Even on the rare occasion when it's able to connect to the store the connection is slow and unstable, sometimes taking twenty minutes or more to get the mobile code, if it will even go through at all. Most of the time it will not connect to the store to begin with. Please fix, the whole point of this function is to save time, but when you wait fifteen minutes waiting for the app to load just to end up giving up and using the pump anyways makes it just a waste of time.

This app is more of a headache than an advantage. Great layout I like the platform, The only problem I have with this app is about 60% of the time when you're at the pump to put fuel it doesn't work. I have it set up that I don't have to enter the store, I do everything through the app. but 60% of the time it wont-work and I find myself walking into the store to pay. The app just spins won't upload And says connection issues..... terrible system!

If I could rate this app a zero I would. First of all, it shouldn't be a problem to retrieve a shower code after you reserve a shower. It's like hacking into NORAD. Another issue is that after the update with the revamped look. The app reverted back to my original rewards card barcode on file. So the barcode in the app doesn't match the barcode I've been using for a year. Whomever has done the coding for the new revamped look. Can you call the other crew to fix the obvious terrible mix up?

This app is useless to me. 95% of the time the app doesn't work. When I try to use mobile fueling it constantly says 'System error. Can't connect to network. Try again later.' (paraphrasing). I can't level up my points on fuel if it doesn't work! And I can't get my offers if it doesn't work. You need to improve the usability and connection to your server in order to use this app!

For the past 2 years the App crashes everytime I try to view the offers page. I usually have to try about 10 times before I can see the offers. Today, I have opened the App 50 times, and 50 times the app has crashed before I can see the offers. This is ridiculous. I have lost out of hundreds of dollars worth of savings. I've updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, I even factory reset my phone, and it still happens.

Many versions later, the app is better, but still far from perfect. I would say it behaves well enough to be useful most days, but it is glitchy. It doesn't help when the whole system is down for A DAY like yesterday (Aug 6). Overall, still useful, but not anything that will get drivers to download by choice based on word of mouth. And Pilot- why must you put the silly "speedometer" with cdnts per gallon as the main page? Make the main screen the things I NEED when I first open the app, please?

The app is poorly designed. It keeps asking to use Google location service. Every time I select anything. This is ridiculous. Their location service is not only intrusive but unnecessary. When I have tried it before nothing was even close to where it should have been. It's all about control. If this isn't fixed soon I will be using Loves and TA/Petro more often. Their apps are quite helpful.

App is easy to use. Reserve shower feature and Fueling feature are very nice. The restaurant coupons are basically worthless, due to the fact that most of the time, the restaurant is not affiliated with Pilot/Flying J. The "free drink" has evolved into "BOGO". The reserve prime parking needs to be changed to allow drivers to use their points instead of requiring a credit card. Other than that, very few hiccups with the app... Keep up the good work.

The old app was far better. One of the biggest problems with this one is that Pilot loves to do offers like "fuel with our app and get double points!" Only problem is that your app is too dumb to be able to tell that I'm sitting IN THE FUEL LINE and it says I'm not close enough to a travel center. At least if that happened with the old app it would still allow us to get a fuel code anyway. Not impressed.

I love Pilot & Flying J and think they've got a great rewards program. I fuel there almost exclusively. But. . They're app leaves a LOT to be desired. Everything takes forever to load, the app crashes every time I try to click on a specific location so that I can see fuel prices, parking available, etc. The only thing that works (sometimes.. and unreliably) is just opening the app and saving offers or getting a shower if you're already on location.

Every time we try to use the map to find pilots further along our route the map continuosly resets it self and if your lucky enough for the map to allow you to look ahead when you select a location it will not allow you to pull it up because as soon as you do attempt to pull up a location the map resets and you start the process all over. I have had more problems with the app since the last update. I truly hope you get this fixed. This app is our go to for fuel showers and parking. Please.

Just updated this app to it's current new look. The best feature it had is now gone being able to do a pre-trip or route out all my fuel stops along my way right from the map screen which used to be in the little left-hand corner. Now is definitely not user-friendly. Too hard to access it and when you find it and it takes up half of your screen with your info you're starting stop from and less of showing the map.

The rewards are ok. They run the same ones all the time but they aren't bad. My BIGGEST issue with this app is the Reserve Parking feature. You might as well take it off the app because I end up having to call most of the time. It almost never works, especially as of recent. Now it almost never works. I think the last three times I've had to book it, it either took forever or I had to call to reserve a spot. FED UP with the Reserve Parking feature that never works.

The app takes forever to load, then if you close it, to check something else on your phone, you have to start all over. Checking to see if there is a shower available is hit or miss. If you are parked too far away in the parking lot, the app won't let you reserve a shower. the previous version would tell you how many showers the store had, now it just tells if on is available.

This app is absolutely worthless! Ever since the layout was changed it's been nothing but problems. Using it to start pumps works half the time, now for the last 2 weeks it doesn't pick up the location on my phone. I'm tired of the needless aggravation. I'll be going to Love's as much as possible, since their app has no issues.
