Description of Speedway Fuel & Speedy Rewards

Earn Points. Get rewards. The official app of Speedway and Speedy Rewards lets you start earning on the fuel and merchandise you already buy. Members can redeem those points for coupons towards their favorite items or get discounts on gas with our fuel rewards.

Monthly Perks

I absolutely love this app! The perks are amazing! At least every other week I get free food or gas with my points. Who doesn't love free? And I'm talking $10. each time, Gas/Merchandise cards. There are so many ways to earn the points to, so if you are a bargain shopper like me Speedway is the best!

The app only works half of the time. Then the stores registers won't scan coupons properly so you can't use them. They store I go to locks there doors and won't let anyone in during the day,if they mop the floors, which can take them 15 min or more to reopen causing people to line up and get frustrated.

Recently, we seem to have lost the ability to use our Speedy Rewards points to "buy down" the price of fuel. This was the one thing that made me purchase from Speedway instead of Costco. Without that, I'd rather save on gas than buy a hotdog - besides, everybody knows about Costco hotdogs and roasted chicken!

Generally a good app. Difficult to find multiple stations to determine best one for route. Reward statements stay after they've been redeemed, making it confusing if some remain.

Uninstalled & reinstalled after having lagging issues, and issues with login. App is still very slow. I haven't been getting my fuel discount reward for certain purchases in several months.

Pretty straight forward easy to find anything. I love speedway honestly staff, food, facility. **Edit** I can't select cents off in the app, the option isn't displaying when I scroll through rewards

"An error occurred sending you verification code. Please try again" Doesn't matter how many times I try. App is pointless without logging it. I've had an account for years and my phone number is correct. What gives? This has been going on for a long time.

I used to be able to use my points toward fuel discounts. Now fuel discounts are no longer available, only merchandise and gift cards. I always used my points for fuel discounts. I'm very disappointed and I'll be going somewhere else that has fuel discounts. Update: fuel discounts came back but are gone again 😩

Reward program was fine UNTIL the fuel discount point purchase plan was discontinued WITHOUT NOTICE. Being on a fixed income, it was nice saving the extra money on fuel. As a 20 year customer, I'm done with Speedway. I reinstalled the app to vent, as there is no other way to complain, other than calling. I'd like advise others of this also.

They just ruined it with the new update. Having to re log into the account I've had for 5 years and it took me 25 minutes!!! They text you a code then they email you a code then they want a 4 to 8 digit pass code that YOUVE NEVER HAD TO MAKE AND MUST GO THROUGH THE FORGOT CODE BS. Just go back to how it was. Worthless. Cut up my speedway card and won't be using it anymore.

I loved being able to use the reward points for the 10, 25, or 50 cent fuel discount. It was really the only reason why I used the app. A few weeks ago, the fuel discount options have been removed from the app and I can no longer apply my points to save money on gas, which is very disappointing to see.

Speedway changed the login method and now I can't login anymore. Thankfully I still have my physical card so I can still earn points. The last version of this app was much better, simply because it actually worked. This version doesn't work at all.

Since the changes, this app will not open properly. It is asking me to confirm my phone number and email sends codes and the asks for my pin. Once I get to the pin, it tells me to contact customer service. I know my pin and can use it inside the store. So I haven't been able to pick my monthly perks. This is so frustrating.

Had to change my number last year and now that you think we need Fort Knox security for this app, you've locked me out of my account that I've had for years. Called customer service and still can't get in. Says something went wrong when I put in the correct pin. I go to change the pin and it says it can't be the same as the existing pin. Even after I change to a new pin, it tells me again something went wrong. Pretty much useless at this point

Won't allow me to log in. Just keeps saying error occurred when sending verification code.. Absolute trash. Seems like a way to keep customers from using points. Ive noticed that since they got rid of the kiosk I never have an offer to use my points at checkout - but I should have plenty of points. I buy my gas there and always buy snacks too. And I ALWAYS enter my phone number at checkout. What a ripoff.

The app doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling several times but keep getting "An error occurred when trying to retrieve your verification code" after putting in my phone number, which works perfectly at the store to access my rewards. I use a Google Pixel 7 Pro.

Decent app when able to login. Like some other recent posters, I went to the app to pick my monthly reward (points for gas purchase) and was unable to do so. When entering my phone number I repeatedly get a response that an error occurred when sending my verification code (try again, rinse and repeat)

I really do love the app. I loved it before I ever worked there. The feature that I love the most is the fuel price map. Next would be tracking my club progress. I have told many of my Speedway customers that they should get it. I forgot about getting double points when you scan my app.
