this is a great hotel in Chandler the staff is very friendly and professional and they will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible even if there is situations arise that's out of their control!

Hot tub not working and no website notice or notice onsite. It is open and can get jets to start, but it is cold. Front desk says it has been broken for a few days and needs repairs. This makes no sense. If they did not want people to use it, then there would be signs posted and the jets and timer would not still be active. A planned quiet afternoon around the hot tub and pool was waisted. Feel like I was lied to. We only booked here so we could use the pool and hot tub area in the daytime.

App opens but if using VPN next action causes it to hang forever. Without VPN it works, but no map makes the app useless compared to using the website. Deleting app

This was absolutely the best place to stay in North East Maryland! The staff is awesome , the best service ever! Rooms sre clean a nd made me feel like royalty! (FYI stay clear of Comfort Inn, flying j..... horrible.)

The app makes it easy to see my rewards balance, access customer service, and sign up for more upcoming rewards! It's great to have this info right in my hands!

The app makes reservations easy to do. The only big negative I see is how I'm never able to participate in their offers. Idk if the app sees that I easily qualify for those offers and so it freezes up on the offer page but yea, I've never received an offer that they advertise.

Unfortunately, Best Western's app development team is not good enough for prime time. The app fails to work on xfinity wifi at 1,000 mbs. Instead, it says slow connection. The app also continues to crash and makes it very difficult to use this very clunky app. So I will say back to the drawing board Best Western.

Overall a good app, although it gives me the "time out due to slow connection" everytime. Fortunately you can just click past it. also it occasionally won't work on Best Western's own network, claiming I'm not authorized to use the app on that network. Other than those minor glitches it works for me and I am a BW die-hard.

This app is HORRIBLE!!! I like staying at best western. I am a diamond member but this app really is terrible. It freezes so much. I have started staying at Hiltons just because of the app and ease of booking. You guys really need to fix your app fast!

The app runs terribly slow. It always says slow connection and I'm connected at nearly 300mbps. I have no problem with any other app.

Overall this is a good app. If you call the hotel directly and make a reservation it appears in the app. But clicking on hotel info gives an error to enter a valid confirmation number. It would be great if you could actually book a pet room on the app without having to call. Bring the Map function back.

Absolutely Amazing, I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in it was easy to see this was a very nice hotel without the high prices. I've never stayed in a hotel this nice. Great Breakfast, Very Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

the app does not work too well on older Samsung devices. I have a galaxy s10 and it constantly logs me out or crashes, and has a hard time retrieving reservations. Booking works perfectly every time.

since this latest update on October 10th, I cannot log into the app. I get a error that tells me my username and/or password are incorrect. I request a email link to reset my password and the email NEVER arrives!!! I've been trying to make this happen since the fricken update.

Best Western has been really consistent with clean hotels. The app is easy to view my reservations. I use the app to reserve hotels for the upcoming football season and vacations but the app has issues showing "offers" or my account details. I have updated the app & and hopefully, it gets fixed soon.

While this app does show reservations and rewards, it shows minimal information about the reservation. It only shows the location of the hotel, cost, and dates of stay. I would have liked to see see information like type of room, amenities included in the room, and amenities offered at the hotel itself. Enough so I am confident the reservation is going to be right. So it seems to work well enough but could be much better.
