The app is easy to use and we never have a problem with our reservation once we arrive. We use La Quinta because it is Pet Friendly. We've owned vacation rental properties for years and found that pet renters are very good, responsible renters. When we're at La Quinta, it's always a pleasure to encounter all the other nice pet owners. We also have a Wyndham Visa card. We use it for everything we buy and get free nights with our pet. The app & card work out great for us all the way around.

Works as described, has no bugs, and is easy to navigate. I find this much easier than using a search engine. When I Google Wyndham, the sponsored ads come before the Wyndham site. I've accidentally clicked on the booking sites many times. Then I have to wait for an app to open or a website to load. Plus, since I find Wyndham places well-located, clean, and priced well, I'm going to end up there. So why see a list of other hotels? With the app, I get only Wyndham places and I book in a minute.

It's a very good app. There is always room for improvement. The app itself works fine. There seems to be a disconnect between Wyndham and the hotel operators. Hit the road. Get out there and spot check these places. Keep them on their toes . Most importantly, keep them honest .

Best app to make a quick reservation, and the rewards are a+being able to get free nights is awesome just have to watch where you stay they try to extend you rather than give you the points by checking in and checking out make sure to check in and out to get your guaranteed points for your rewards extensions do not give rewards

For the most part this app makes booking a room very easy. To register for some of the deals it will redirect you to the web. When this happens the process becomes more difficult. When trying to edit your account info they require more information and DOCUMENTS than my bank does.

The app is convenient. I like that it keeps track of points that makes it easy to use them. Only once in years of using it has there been an issue with a reservation. That was caused by an Internet connection error.

In a time in my life when I was moving (between homes), this app and the Wyndham rewards program made it much easier for me to coordinate stays on a budget, in a hurry, etc. Very good program. It adds points to get free nights.

The app works great most of the time. However, when traveling in a car when using the app to book a room it has problems completing the booking and finding availability. It's best to stop while finding and completing the booking.

It would be nice to have the app save details instead of constantly having to re-enter number of adults etc. Also, a pet friendly button from the start, not filtered after the search.

In order access my account details I have to remove the app and reinstall it. This has been a continuous problem since I've signed up. It works the first time after I reinstall it and use my password. After I turn on my biometric login it opens up and when I go to my account details it always comes back with access denied. Please get it fixed or I will leave your rewards program and discontinue using your brand.

The wyndham rewards app is the best way to book a reservation for a wyndham hotel. You get a cheaper price and as a rewards member you earn points for every time you stay at a wyndham hotel and can use them for free or discounted hotel stays. One time I was going to book a room at the front desk at a hotel and pay cash and was told the price would be 85. Then I looked on the app and for the same hotel, same night and everything it was 74 through the app. I will never book a hotel any other way.
It's Me
Booking is quick and easy. Doing anything customer service related becomes clunky and disorganized. If you have to apply for missing points for a stay? Forget about it. You have to click through 17 diffent menus and links just to get an email promising a response within 48 hours which you never get. You have to either check back to see if the points were rewarded or not. If not,you get no explanation and just have to resubmit your missing points request over and over until it shows up in account

I rate it a 3 because there are times when I want to book or extend my stay, the app states no availability. So I end up going through front desk and pay a higher rate. Not cool. Otherwise, I like the convenience and being up to date on my points...when it updates efficiently.

Update: They must be fixing some of the issues because it has been working smoothly since. Make reservations anywhere and anytime. Update: I still love this ap, but it has been stopping in the beginning of a search. It will glitch and stop and have to close it and reopen just to continue. Love the ap! I don't have to go to the website anymore. So easy and convenient. If you're booking way in advance or need a room today you can do it easily from the ap.

I have enjoyed using the app on many occasions. It's great for getting info on new promos, and for searching hotels I've never been to. However, I often book late and if I'm booking right around midnight it has proven to be of no value. I can't use my points at 1210am to book a room for that same night, reservations only are allowed for the following night. It would be great to be able to 'book late', and have some sort of option available to accommodate travelers who book late night for Now'

The app is very useful if you happen to frequent hotels a lot. However the app itself crashes excessively on my LG Stylo 6 - oddly seems to happen more often when my recent series of actions included going in to examine room pics full screen and then backing out to the previous screen. Doing this consecutively a few times locks the app and forces a manual restart of the app. You are welcome.

Quick and easy to use. A bit of common sense is required when using the app. Once you're comfortable with the functionality, the speed and effectiveness is reliable. I literally booked a room at the gas station eating an ice cream sandwich. I walked to the Wyndham-family hotel (in this case, LA Quinta) where a lovely lady checking me in already had my reservation waiting upon my arrival. A fifteen minute ordeal... Excellent!

The app has been redone which has been beneficial but you still can't scroll on the map to find available hotels. Also needed is a way to type a message to the hotel when booking. Those are two much needed changes, and soon. Other than that the app is very clean and easy to use!
