HORRIBLE APP. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED AND NOT WORKING EVERY SINCE IVE WORKED THEM. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY KEEP REFUSING TO PAY ME FOR A REFERRAL FEE THEY HAD GOING. I DO NOT RESPECT A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO BACK UP WHAT THEY ADVERSE.. THEY LIKE PLAYING THE CALL THE BRANCH/CALL INDEEDFLEX CARD.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TACTIC. IF U WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF IGNORED AND TREATED LIKE A NOBODY THEN HEY THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!!

Very poor. I cannot even apply for any job, plenty of things are not clear when navigating through the app. I am not even able to upload my documents(id etc.)

I think it's a great idea, but needs some work on advertising. I checked and there isn't a single posting within 100 miles of Portland, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, Or New York City. It will be hard to keep workers on the app if there are no jobs anywhere in the country.

I would like the app better if the page didn't refresh back to the start everytime you selected a job or each time you come out of the app for a just a few seconds to maybe calculate the pay or plan your journey via Google. The app refreshes and brings you right back to the start of the job list EVERYTIME! By now, this should have been updated. It is a huge inconvenience for me personally.

Ever since Indeed took over the app it's gone down hill. Specifying location preference in profile does nothing and each time you want to brows jobs you have to go into search and select the radius again. In addition, selecting the days and hours you're available simply remove them from the search, notifications are still sent non-stop for all other jobs. Finally, the app is only a fraction of the speed it used to be with more frequent crashes.

They suspended my account and refuse to reply to my emails. The third strike was for a no show to a shift canceled 2 days prior. Dont bother with this app of lazy az people

The app still has basic functionality broken by bugs. The clock in/out button often doesn't work, how has this still not been fixed by the development team? Support is also useless, you will often recieve strikes even if you give a legitimate reason for not being able to attend a shift. Bad communication, awful experience if you have a problem. If you want to feel valued as an employee, look towards one of the many better agencies, such as arc or verve.

Downloaded the app in the hope of joining for flexible work during uni. It assumed my first account was an employer and there was no way of fixing it, even though I signed up online with the same email as seeking employment. My second account, once it finally started to take details, the app would then not upload or even take photos. If it worked it would be fantastic but theres been so many bugs with this system I haven't even been able to open it - looking for elsewhere, horrible start.

I can not begin to describe my experience working with Indeed Flex. Some job experience leaves you feeling dehumanised! Even chatting with support has become chaotic and traumatic. Currently seeking alternative means of employment, I stuck with Indeed flex because it was most suitable for my lifestyle as a student, but I'm so sad from my experience this week.

Please fix this app!!! I have done everything that is required to be able to sign on to jobs but nothing is available. It is ridiculous that jobseekers have to go through these clunky, inefficient and patronising services in order to find any work at all. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this app

i live in london and even setting my radius large enough to cover the entire south-east of the country it claims there are no cashier, barista or warehouse jobs at all. either this is a bug (preventing me from ever onboarding) or there are genuinely no jobs of this kind available, either way its completely useless

My experience with the App was trash...For starters the lady who done my interview was a bid races and jealous.....I was approved for some reason indeed flex would send me jobs and I wouldn't be able to pick any....After almost a year of not even being able to pick 1 job I gave up...I would contact support and tell them the same problem over and over and over they was not the smartest people too deal with they just tell you the same thing because they really not tryna deal with you one star

When I signed up the interview was a few days later and I started working a couple of weeks later. If you want something on the side it's good, the pay is okay and the hours are long (unlike some app which only have 2hr long shifts). The support is good too. The app is really annoying to use sometimes though. When you scroll through the jobs and click on one then click off, itll scroll back up, sometimes it crashes stuff like that, nothing crazy. The app is worth getting if you're in London

You have to do an interview before "getting" shifts but after that they cancell those shifts without any explanation! Also if you don't live in London you won't find many stuff. And in addition the app is horrible, everytime you go out one second of th app and come back, then you have to start your search from the very beginning... it's just so annoying. I could not done any shift with them at the end.

Let's make it clear, this rating is for the functionality of the app, but not the employer. While I had no significant issues with employer, the app itself has really got some areas to improve. E.g. i) you set the radius of miles you prefer to get the jobs from and it would still show you the ones from very far; ii) if you close the app to check the distance to travel to certain job on the map and then switch back to the app, you will need to scroll through all the list of the jobs. Annoying.
