The app is user friendly and everything is well thought out. It's easy to find possible exchanges, and do the coordinating through the app. I had a question and support feedback was great too.

I noticed that I can't select text in reviews panel. Lot of reviews in new system are in different languages and require translations. It is impossible to translate now as the app does not allow to copy text. Please fix. Samsung S9+

Updated the app and it no longer opened on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot sign in, I get an error message. Please give option to download an earlier version, I cannot use home exchange and an travelling (and pay a lot of money as a registered user) Update: Samsung Galaxy S7, SM-G930F.

I reported an issue with notification and been told to activate them in my phone app settings, which I already checked. Also re-installed and still not receiving them. I also spoke to other members who experienced the same and therefore delayed responding due to this. Surely there is a bug that needs fixing, instead of rejecting the fault on the user. Please test it further.

I've allowed people to stay at my place, but have had no luck with others allowing us to stay at theirs. Many do not accept point exchanges 😫. The app does not allow me to search for only those that accept points... so I have to scan through 100 home listings just to find 1 that accepts points on reciprical exhanges. I think I'll be removing my house from this and moving on.....

This app is so easy to use and makes arranging an exchange so easy. All the tips from the emails are so helpful and everyone I have been in contact with has been so friendly. We're a month into using it and we've arranged 3 exchanges already - exciting adventures await!

Translation facility should be made available within the app as lot of guests from different countries approach through the app communicating in foreign languages which makes it difficult to understand and respond. Another enhancement maybe email preferences should be respected as I keep receiving these annoying email notifications despite turning them off!

On the Details page for an exchange it should show how many points you have, how many will be deducted, and how many you will have after the exchange. It seems like an obvious feature but it is not there. Also in latest update I get an error message when I try to view my favourites. Groups seem to be a neglected feature. I would like to see this improved and also to be able to search for homes that are LGBT friendly

We have been on home exchange for almost 8 years and completed many exchanges. I could not reccomend this enough. We have had fantastic holidays with a huge choice of exchanges in homes that have perfectly suited the needs of our family at different stages. We have never had a negative experience either as guests or hosts. It's our preferred way to holiday now. 140 euro a year is value for money as we have saved 1000s on wonderful holidays. This is not an ad😂. We are lucky to live in a desired area so we have lots of choice.

What a terrible app. (It's better using PC). We are paying to use their services. One major flaw is that everytime you go from the app to maybe a browser it 'restarts' and takes you to the beginning and you have to do the search all over again. Fix this and I'll give higher ratings.

I'm really rating the HomeExchange experience, but the app makes it handy to do it from my phone, so it's also wonderful! Sometimes there are little bugs, like unable to add photos, but they get worked out and I'm pleased with it overall.

Never had any problems with the Guest to Guest app, now I can't even search using the Home Exchange app since the merger. I hope it's fixed soon and it's not a bad omen, we really liked Guest to Guest and had good experiences but maybe that's all a thing of the past.

Very friendly interface, easy to use system. There could be some improvements in how to match interests between the exchange parties, like a geographic filter to look for parties that are interested in my home location.

The concept is great and I have had a few exchanges but the app is rubbish and doesn't always function properly. Frustrating to say the least. I want to make my home 0 guest points and mutual exchanges only but it won't save my changes. Sort it out.

Hate GuestofaGuest taking over Homeexchange. So many things don't work properly, and the whole idea of points vs easy/clear balloons is a mess. The points do not reflect the values properly at all. Forcing people to jump through hoops to exchange points that they agreed on is asinine. Starting to charge for points and retaining the $s is sleazy. The whole acquisition is a huge mess. Also, the app keeps on hanging, then kicking me out. Cant translate messages, so have to continuously ask for it

We have been home exhangers for over 20 years. It is our favorite way to travel. It was a bit more intimate when we didn't use points, it was a home for a home, days for days, not value based. I see added benefit of the points now, but creatively, we've done exchanges similar without points. The trust factor gets skewed with points, as many travelers seem to only want to spend points. I pray it doesn't become a glorified VRBO or AirBnb, by making points available for the profit of the company.
