Good app, but the messaging part needs serious work. This is the only app on my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra that I have to put a space between each word when typing. The keynote should allow swyping with automatic space insertion... please fix this!

This was my 1st time using Swimply & I'm so glad I did! Emily had the best rate and an even better pool party experience. My daughter wanted a pool party for her bday and I just found out about swimply and was a bit skeptical. But she was very accommodating, she sectioned off her house so that we could use the bathroom without awkwardly walking into their home, gave us a quick tour and then gave us privacy. Her big pool and backyard are perfect for a bday party! She even has toys & a trampoline!

You're better off going to a water park! Tried to book a pool for my family to enjoy the evening before we wanted a swim. The host declined our reservation less than 1 hour before, but card had pending charges and Swimly doesn't allow you to make another reservation if you have a pending one. The host replied 50 minutes before our scheduled arrival with a decline message, but the app wouldn't let me reply.

Jesus. I just downloaded this and already want to uninstall at the 2nd step. WHY is anyone making birthday fields that you can't type or scroll by month/day/year? Flipping through a calendar 5000 times is just not happening. Bye.

Don't bother using this terrible service. I booked a pool and noticed it had conflicting information on the profile after the booking. The site says its a salt water pool and a chlorine pool, so when I canceled due to my partner being allergic, they took the money anyway and have yet to get back to me about any resolution. There's no phone number to contact customer service, and there's never anyone available to chat with. Save your time and money with this app and avoid it at all costs!

This app is terrible. My pool has been listed since last year and the old app was working fine. This year Swimply notified me I had 2 potential customers and when I clicked to view and reply, I could not answer either one of them thru the app so whats wrong? I cannot get a hold of anyone at Swimply....very poor business!!!!

No problem booking a pool but trying to reach help is extremely difficult. Waited over 3 hours and was never able to talk to anyone. Till today haven't gotten a refund on a cancelation and can't seem to get any help.

we had an amazing time at this pool. Do not hesitate to rent it. It's beautiful and spotless. The pool house was spotless as well. We rented the pool for 4 hours,and it was well worth it. My sisters and daughter had wonderful and peaceful day. Thank you!

Swimply's customer service is HORRIBLE. The chat system is not helpful and the " a live agent will reach out" is a lie. I am so upset and frustrated. A Host cancelled a reservation for 50 people a week prior to the event and Swimply is not doing anything to help. Not only the app sucks their whole system is garbage.

This app is awesome I've been looking for a way to delete multiple emails more than just thirty or so at a time Ennis app deleted five or six thousand or you can open your individual folders like your in box,updates or spam and delete them all at one time

The pool experience is amazing, however, the app needs some help. There are so many technical issues that make it difficult just signing up and attempting to book a pool.

App needs so many improvements..it shows notifications that are not there; it glitches out on reservation modifications; does not have any way for hosts to contact guests outside of the buggy app itself which is frustrating; it does not allow hosts to optimise profits (would help Swimply too), it does a poor job of communicating WHAT is being rented and HOW IT WORKS to guests..the list is endless.

The service is fabulous, but the app itself freezes, lags, and is very frustrating when using the messaging feature. A few bugs need to be fixed, and then it would be a 5 star app. Again, the service itself is great!👍

This app is so awesome! my children and I love being able to go spend a nice relaxing day at a pool! I love how we have privacy and a lot of them have Alexa or some other way to play your music! Some have different amenities as well like grills or fire pits, playgrounds or trampolines! Each have different prices so you get to pick what you can afford! you are missing out if you don't give it a try!

I LOVE THIS APP! I wish there were more pools in my area but every pool we've gone to has been great! I have been to five different pools! I had to cancel once and the refund process was flawless! I tell everyone about SWIMPLY!

so many issues like needing constant updates that breaks more things than help. forced to download a keyboard that just really messed up my entire phone use experience just so I wouldn't have url typing in a message, little to no or super late notifications for messages and booking notifications, poor placement of buttons to decline or approve booking requests. I've had to update at least 4 times in the last few weeks.

Absolutely LOVE the premise of the app! My household used it 5x last week, WHAT?! But it definitely does have some bugs, especially in the chat feature. It crashes a LOT when you're trying to message your hosts.. And the jump in price per hour from 5ppl to 6ppl is outrageous! Hopefully, those kinks will be worked out rather quickly now that the app is starting to take off some more. By far, my favorite part of the app is its referral program. Keep sending me credits & I'll keep signing ppl up!!

I had a pool cancel. They ate my $11 dollars. I canceled a pool and they ate my $120 credit. No one you can call for help. They offered me a $30 credit but I'm done with this company.
