The App is difficult at times. It freezes often which makes the check in and out process difficult. After signing out it will show still logged in. The directions within the app took me to the wrong location. I had to put address in Google maps to get to the correct location. Shifts are easy to schedule and a reminder is sent to confirm your shift if you have not confirmed.

I like that at the choose a shift screen you added a bar at the bottom showing you needed to check-in for your shift. Unfortunately, I am one that have forgotten to check in on my phone a few times. I love this app and that shifts are available. However, I would like more opportunities in my area. The only option I have is for Dynata (great opportunity) and that's it. I would like more variety as y'all advertise. Thank you for the opportunity with shiftsmart.

This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. If there was a rating lower than one I would give that option. Logging in requires input of my info several times on the sign up page before finally arriving on the sign in page. The sign in "times out" so many times that I often give up. Emails confirming shifts aren't represented on the app. I'm hopeful that the shifts are real when I show up to work them. If not I will certainly be adding to my review.

Wish I could say whether this app is worth it or not but I would have to get through their "onboarding" first. The first video plays fine, the quiz after the video crashes on the last question. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, etc but still crashes at the same spot. Edited 4/8/22 - App continues to be absolutely useless! I get shifts for 900 miles away. Try to reach out to the "manager" in app and never get a response back. Absolutely no support whatsoever. Support tickets unanswered.

Haven't been able to get a shift since I tested a product. Is this a one time only app? I referred someone and still haven't been compensated for it. I've tried messaging and always get an error message or the app won't even open, saying it needs to be updated when it doesn't have a pending update. I've contacted support and was told to email a different department. No answer. Bait and switch. Could've been honest upfront instead of lying and making it inpossible to get in touch with someone.

I like that you can select shifts and set your schedule. However, the app can be a bit slow and unresponsive. It would be nice if documents are sent via the app, they go to your email so you can easily access on your PC. In addition, it would be nice if you could link your shifts to your Google, Outlook etc calendars.

Doesn't work offline. 😳😡😦 Wont even open assignments if offline. Most of them need some sort of on-site location verification to begin the survey (like a photo of the building or a gps check-in). If you can't connect for whatever reason, you risk not being able to complete the assignment successfully should you have to leave the area to find a connection. It would be much better if it worked offline!

It's a great app. I've worked for the past 2 days in a row. I guess there can be different type of jobs through this app but the one I'm doing is for Survey calling. When you first set up for the job, doing the on boarding, you have people through the Shiftsmart app to communicate with you. It does get a little tougher to communicate with your managers once started working. You do get a lot of feedback, but getting individual help isn't there.

The opportunity to work short, convenient shifts and some of the customer service is fantastic. However, for me the cons outweigh the pros with Shiftsmart due to the high volume of app glitches. A customer service number I've had to call everytime to clock in automatically hangs up at 10min. making it nearly impossible to reach someone and I've had struggles with clock-in and receiving payment. It's not worth all the hassle trying to work through Shiftsmart, so I'd say proceed with caution.

The app is a scam! The customer service is totally useless and takes forever to get back to you and most instances requires you to follow up to get an answer. I was not paid for a shift that I attended and was given the runaround and told to contact a different department who then deflected me back to that department. I would definitely not recommend. I would go with one of their competitors like uTest or some other app. On top of that, the Shift smart drains battery constantly.

Not Very Stable The app is very slow to load or it will just stop working. Sometimes it will show a white page with blue dots. Numerous errors with the app showing shifts that aren't available or start and end times are wrong. The support team while friendly are very slow to respond. If you are needing some extra cash definitely try it. I have never had to wait 7 business days to get paid it is usually 2-3. The timeframe has to do with your bank.

I like the concept a lot. FYI there could be a drought at times so if when Assignments or Shifts are available you have to pick as many as you can. It adds up in the long run. I paid my phone bill with the money that I made in 1 week. They really need to install notifications for whenever new shifts are available, you have to open to app every 10 minutes or else you will miss out.

The app is easy enough to navigate on. But it logs me out pretty often and I have to log back in. I do not get any notification on new jobs and maybe I am just looking in the wrong places, but I see no way to receive these notifications. I am opted in for text and email so I assumed that covered it. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences, it's a good app. Just needs a little tweaking to make it great!

Actually works! I was concerned at first because I've never heard of something like this. The app is glitchy sometimes and does send a ton of repeat notifications. It seems to be getting better, but does need more work. The experience so far is great. I get good shifts, paid and they're people on shift smart you can communicate with.

Really awesome app, only problem is that if you're wifi signal isn't at its very strongest than you're gonna have to open and close the app atleast 15 to 20 times before any open shifts appear, youre able to see your schedule or you're able to check in/out of your shift. Actually, you're not really able to do much of anything if your connection isn't at its very strongest. It's really quite irritating and it makes me want to throw my phone across the room! Please fix this issue! PLEASE!!!

Don't waste your time. I've tried this app twice now, once a few years ago and again a couple of months ago. I've never even been able to start. I've somehow had an onboarding issue where I can't finish my 'application' messaging management or onboarding teams through app no response, in years. Email support? They can only help so far before telling you to message onboarding or management through app. If it works for you, cool, first issue and it's done. Be warned.

Got to a location that doesn't work with Shiftsmart. I thought I was the second person it happened to, turns out it was more people showing up to get turned away. Reached out to customer support and got a generic message about following the prompts. They will continue to send people to that location knowing they won't be able to work. If you want to go for a ride, I'd recommend somewhere fun! Best of luck 💜 (there are tons of apps for independent contractors that really pay you!).

App is Slow, Lots of Bugs I've been working with the app for a few months now. I have to agree with the other unfortunate reviews. The app is Slow, it has a lot of bugs. I haven't been able to access it for 3 days now, and cannot get any help from tech support. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but same timeout error persists. I also agree with the odd floating and changing pay schedule. It's hard to plan your bills when you're not sure when you'll get paid.
