If I could give this site less than 1 star I would. I can't even find a way to access a place to add new recpts or check to see if my points were rewarded for past download purchases. I thought Purina was much better than this! You should have kept the old My Perks site. Very disappointed.

Went to check my points but it said I was logged out and when I tried to log back in it said "wrong credentials". Tried "forgot password" only to be told my email didn't exist. I have 9 cats and buy alot of purina products, I've lost all those points. Wouldn't recommend this app.

Well, I've seen many comments about adding pets. I, too, have had the same problem. I can add one, but if I go to add more, they get deleted. Also, I don’t think I'm getting points from my submitted receipts. They have a 0.0 next to my entry. I might have points from 1 of 7 receipts I've entered.

We have a shitzu pom who is 10. Needs a brother. Our is male sweet and gentle loving. A shitzu terrie mix of 8 lbs would be perfect. We have an empty kennel for him now. We could drive up there on Thursday of next week. Ours is spayed chipped and has all his shots. We have a fenced yard . We are an older couple. We lost our adopted Bichon about four years ago. To a series of strokes. We had him until he was 14 years old. He was loved and still missed by all of us. we can come to you. Please

Didn't add to my phone. So I have to search for it every time I want to use app. I would like it to have a short cut, so I don't have to go to app store every time.

I used to have no problem adding my receipts but for the last 2 months it says submission failed!!!!! For everyone of them. I have tried resubmitted and Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, NOTHING WORKS! I emailed at the email on the app and no one has ever emailed me back! And I've added my 2 cats profiles but everytime I log in it tells me to do it again!!!

Started really bad, got better, then went to complete trash. It was bad enough the app had problems with adding pets and receipts AND giving your rewards. I had to contact them through Facebook to get my gift cards. Now, all of the points and receipts I added are gone. Why?? Get it together Purina. You guys can at least fix this and help your customers after making your products more expensive.

my cat loves Purina wet cat food. She won't eat any other wet food. I've recently put her on dry food as well for hair all's. I look forward to her trying the Purina brands of dry too.

This app' s been out several weeks now and here's my take on it: I have submitted receipts for points on the app over 10 days ago and no points or response. It stated 72 hours to show up. I've tried to add pets to my profile and nothing shows up. I completed the "Find My Pet Food" for points and NO points but did get their recommendation for food with a buy it now option. You would think a company large as Purina could put out an app that works. And yes I have the latest version of the app.

Worthless App! Still can't use this app. I use a password manager so no it is not the wrong password but I can't change it because the page doesn't come up to show me the second box to enter the new password again . . . This is more than a little ridiculous by now.

Terrible app one day you have points and the next they are gone. Also rewards are terrible. A $5 gift card is useless. Most places only let you use 2 gift cards at a time. Plus glitches with redeeming my points. I keep contacting customer care and keep being told log in and out and it should work now. It does for a day and then back to same old problems.

Removed Amazon redeem option. Redeemed for Walmart gift cards. Had to contact to get one. Tried to send the redeem to another email to see if that was the issue. Nope. Never received the second reward. After contacting, I got 1 reward, but now my points have been entirely wiped and I get no redeem option. Probably don't want to give me my second redeem if they wiped my points and option to redeem. Pet profiles don't save and no option to update the app, so looks like I'm up to date. I'm done.

I've had issues with this app from the beginning! I thought I gotten all my pets enter, but will only show 1. They told me to clear my history, I did. Log out, log back in and everything should be fixed.....NOPE No points, only 1 pet listed. And this was on my phone app. I also had the site on my pc. I was able to log in, but there was no where to enter pets. Same as phone app, 1 pet, no points showing there either.

Excellent App! I love how simple the app is to use and Purina gives you great perks for buying their products! Purina also,allows you to make a pet profile and it personalizes to your specific pet needs.

Once again weeks going, all receipts uploaded fail constantly...this App is worthless.. And never get a reply when sending a email an proof...I'm redeeming what little I have an deleting app.. Ridiculous when I spend over $60 a week on pet food

I had an account with my rewards there and NOW that we have to use the app I can not get in. Ive tried the forgot password, and even tried to start a new account. The app needs work, please let us login via computer again!!

A nice rewards app that makes buying my dogs' favorite food, treats, etc a rewarding experience. To my surprise, I earned my first $5 gift card on day one.

The app is a disaster. I have not received points for receipts submitted since 5/18/23. I use several receipt apps. Most of them instantly reward points for the purchase of specific items. It shouldn't take 10-14 days to reward points. I won't even go into the issues I had creating pet profiles. If the intent of the app is to create loyalty and goodwill for customers, Purina has clearly failed in the execution.
