When the doctor calls in your next prescription, it will automatically appear in your app. Just log in to your account to see important details, get helpful notifications, and set reminders.

Does not recognize me or any of my scripts. When I try to add myself, it says I'm already in your system. To difficult to navigate

I have never been able to add myself to my app, only my other family members. As of the last update, I haven't even been able to access other family members. I'm not happy at all.

This is the absolute worst app I've ever used. It's says I am already a member, but when I search for myself or click on patients my husband is the only one I can access. I've tried uninstalling & re-installing this app, but it doesn't help. As the acct holder I should be able to access my info. I will not use this app again!

pretty much useless at this point. used to be great but the last update has made it so nothing loads. I get an error message telling me to contact customer support every time I try to load anything.

Does not work at all. Have been trying to add a patient for months. Support request has gone unanswered. Calling the pharmacy is the only way that works.

I am patiently enduring this app. I will not say it is worthless because it sometimes work. It has been 3 years and 4 months & I still get an error "FAILED TO SAVE. PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE" whenever I set a reminder to take a medication.

This used to be a great app. I can longer see any of my prescriptions stored in the app. I cannot check how many refills I have and order them when I need them. You can scan or input a prescription but it no longer saves them. Bummer!

I'm not sure why I have to go back into the play store everytime I go into the app, is there not a separate app? It's very annoying

Was always slow but at least it worked. Switched to an android and I have installed and uninstalled too many times to count and now it won't even open. Like your pharmacy, hate your app!!!!!?! Update: I have the most recent update installed and I have 80gb of free space available. My phone isn't the problem.

Love this app. Great to order refills in the convenience of your home or wherever you may be. I like that I can pay ahead also. Staff at creek plantation pharmacy are great.

Horrible app. I archive meds and they still refill them. Now I discovered one of my needed meds has just disappeared. Trying to keep track of several meds is almost impossible.

App is fine for renewing and refilling prescriptions. But twice I have tried to pay for my prescriptions through the app, only to find only one medication was paid for. From now on, I will only use it to renew and refill prescriptions and just pay at pickup

I love Publix pharmacy, but not this app. It works, but it's quite limited. They could enhance it quite easily and gave the best pharmacy app around. I take a medication that's frequently out of stock. The app doesn't tell me it's out of stock nor when they'll get it. It just says "in progress". From time to time, they will cancel my prescription because they can't get it. Understandable, but I get no notification. It would also be nice to know when it's expected.

I've been using app for over a year. Now, it will not work. Wants me to make a new account again. When I scan script barcode, it does not send code to my phone complete sign-up. Have installed an uninstalled several times. Used both IOS and Android.
