Overall, this is such a great service, and it's free (with options to upgrade.) However, with the most recent update installed, the app won't load past the opening splash page, rendering it useless.

The app was updated recently. It now does not open. I've uninstalled & reinstalled twice. Powered done my Android - only brings up the yellow screen with GOOD RX in the middle. Help!

I've had issues with the GoodRx app for the past couple of months. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Finally uninstalled GoodRx and downloaded SingleCare. SingleCare works.

Since the last update, I can't get the meds in my home tab to load or the app to act correctly. It is getting frustrating! Though, I have been satisfied with the savings I have been getting in the past.

Good Rx is an excellent option to high priced insur. drug costs! I've saved a lot of money with the App as have many friends & relatives to whom I've given a recommendation. It is a very efficient process to access GRx for drug pricing and other info. In the event of questions, I've easily reached Staff. They've all provided super help; very courteous, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Additionally, one can earn gift card points by reporting daiIy Rx use. I'm very appreciative of this service.

Thank you so much GoodRx! Being working class poor, my money is always spent before I get paid. I take a ridiculously overpriced medication 3 times a day. When one of life's little hiccups happens, and my health insurance changes hands. Of course, there is a 15-day lapse in my health coverage. And it just so happens to be when I go back to my doctor for my prescription refill. I could pay more than $870.00 for just 1 of my medications. But with the GoodRx app, I pay less than $100. Thank you!

NAH. This used to be a four star review. But now that I signed up for Good RX Gold, I think two stars is generous. You are not able to get rewards as a gold member, which is absolutely ridiculous! I can't even check in to say I've taken my meds and get the measly 100 points per day? BS! Edit: As per instructed by the developer response, I called support. They were not able to help me. Because of that, my review went from 2 stars down to 1.

It's disappointing but unsurprising to see a medical app offering an important service take patient data privacy so poorly. They sell so much information to data brokers. Anonymizing the data doesn't fix that. Only 4-5 points of anonymous data are required to identify a person precisely. Absolutely repulsive behavior. Edit: deceptive practices abound. A paid subscription is needed. There's a toggle to opt out of data collection but it doesn't work until read fine print and do more.

Using GoodRx for all prescriptions. It's very cost savings in most. Above is still the same and enjoying the savings but would like to see more about rewards, like how you get rewards posted for refills and pickups. Just starting tenth year of great savings.

I love Good Rx, I have a couple of prescriptions that are not covered by insurance and my cost is about 2/3 less on them using it. Be sure you have the app ready when you get to the pharmacy and show them the screen with your savings before they ring up your RX, they will adjust your cost to whatever Good RX is showing. It's very easy but you need to take the initiative to look it up and bring it to them. Thank you Good RX I really appreciate the savings I receive using this app.

I never leave reviews, but this is the worst app ever. I have tried literally all day to have a virtual visit and they allow a robot to decide if you are able to get a visit, it doesn't matter which way I answer it tells me the same thing, "looks like you have something we don't treat" I have a sinus infection that needs antibiotics, it's that simple. This app is absolutely horrible.

Great discounts when I wasn't expecting that much. And then getting rewards on the app also is a plus! Have used the awarded Gift Carss twice now. That alone is awesome. But the savings I get from prescriptions is fantastic. I'm very appreciate of the work GoodRx does for me so I don't have to find the best price myself. Saves so much time!

I save sooo much money! Also, it's amazing how many times the meds I search for show up. Now I won't lie & say GoodRx has good prices everytime time, nor should you expect them to, they're not perfect. But when they have a med w/good, or even crazy good prices, especially when your desperate for it, makes you want to jump up and yell, YES!

This app is extremely useful and easy to navigate. I love being able to shop around for prescriptions to get the best possible price. Which, I can do easily with goodrx. I have already saved myself money on prescriptions, and doctors visits by taking advantage of the virtual care available through goodrx.

Does not always update your points when you log in your daily meds and at 7pm it will date your check in for the next day and may or may not grant you your points. This has happened at least a dozen times now. Update app still does not record all check-ins. I check in every day, even have an alarm set, and the app skips dates and doesn't give your points.

Since September 2023 update the app no longer opens on my 2021 Motorola. The app says it's compatible. Works on a much older Moto cell on my WiF, but old cell has no cell service and hotspot won't work on it any longer. Service timeout issue every time on 2021 cell using data or home WiFi. Uninstalled and reinstalled on 2021 cell, but same issue. Love GoodRx, but can't use anymore on my cell phone. Will have to go to library to print out coupons off the website if that's still an option.

I really like using this app! It's user-friendly and helps save money with my script (fortunately, I only take one regularly). It sends reminders for refills, gives you points for refilling, as well as points for actually picking up! I've had this app for about a year and a half.
