Update: This issue has been fixed! Thank you Publix!! I LOVE Publix! Been shopping there for years and have always found this app so convenient to use (it would be nice if you added a feature to check prices). However, since the last update, you can no longer "toggle off" digital coupons on your shopping list! This makes the shopping list practically unusable when you're an avid coupon clipper and have upwards of 150+ digital coupons clipped.

The app is generally useful but there are 2 recurring issues I find very annoying. First is my phone has a tendency to lose connection toward the back of the store and when this happens the list disappears and app becomes unusable; I have to go to the front of the store for it to reconnect so I can see my list. Needs an offline mode so this doesn't happen. Second issue has to do with multiple shopping lists. If items are added to the lists online multiple lists work fine, but if adding items using the mobile app they do not save consistently to the active list; they save to other lists and it becomes a mess.

I love the convenience, but only 4 stars because I prefer to pay through the app and some coupons cannot be used that way. Example is last week $2.00 off a sub combo, but the coupon had to be presented to a cashier. No matter how I tried I couldn't pay and redeem through the app. Other than that bug, I love it. Really helps when I only get 1/2 hour for lunch break.

Completely frustrated. My shopping list has been deleted every time I have tried to use it. I came here yesterday to read reviews and found that other were experiencing the same problem. I noticed that the support team claimed this issue was fixed. So I tried again and it seemed to be working. However when I got to the store and opened the app it wiped out my whole list again except for the last thing added. Also when trying to order online, every screen takes several minutes to load.

Easy to navigate and is able to share across multiple devices linked to the same account. I would have given it 5 stars if you were able to unclip coupons that you clipped by accident. This would prevent the person who does the shopping from buying the product that another person who clipped the coupon by accident. Also would be nice to be able to add notes to clipped coupons like you can with other products.

Update is less user friendly than version a few weeks ago. Almost lost my entire list because they have a function to delete the entire list as well as a function to delete items you've already checked off/purchased. Hit the wrong one during a busy shopping trip and you are fried. I will go back to pencil and paper for awhile and check later to see if they've made it user friendly again.

I love this app, it does almost everything. I utilized my phone at checkout to pay on the mobile app. I love this new feature. I was hoping that my receipt would automatically be added to my e-receipts using the scan payment method. Alas, it wasn't. I understand you also need to also enter the phone number at the checkout to receive an e-receipt. Since the app has the capability to apply coupons using the scan payment method, it seems logical it could also do e-receipts without data entry.

Always excellent customer service. Good prices and great produce and bakery departments. A friendly place to do your groceries. I like the digital coupons feature. The paperless receipts are another feature that I treasure. No waste using paper. I plan my meals around the ad and make my list so that I'm ready for shopping anytime. Thank you for making it so easy.

I have never had a sub order turn out to be wrong nor late. When I am pressed for time, this has always worked well for me. Now the digital coupons are usually fine but there has been a few instances where a new product I decided to try because of a coupon did not actually go through. If it isn't tried true, I no longer take the chance. Hence the four stars.

I love having this app. I like that it saves my list from the weekly ad and my digital coupons. The best thing for me is that the app tells me what aisle to go to for everything on my shopping and coupon lists for every location. Its so convenient especially if I am at a location that I've never been to before. You can also order ahead on the app. It is easy to navigate. I would recommend the app for anyone who shops here frequently.

After spending an hour imputing and editing my list, I set the phone down and it went to sleep, when I woke it up, my list was nowhere to be found. Then I spent another 30 minutes re-entering my list. At the store as I was using the program and checking (deleting) items that I had picked up, the phone would go to sleep, every time I woke it up, the deleted items re-appeared. This app is a piece of garbage!

I like the app and use it regularly. Unfortunately they removed the ability to add notes to items in the shopping list. In a house where various people do the shopping, the ability to specify exactly what flavor, variety was essential. For example, if shredded cheese is on the list, what type of cheese? It now requires writing a separate list or being on the phone while shopping to figure out what everybody really wanted. Why remove a feature that was already there!?! Please bring the feature back! Update 2/17/22: It still is there, but no longer obvious. You must click on the item and there is a "Note" field below. It does not show up in the list anymore and there is no indicator that there is a note, so while shopping, you need to click on each item to see if there is a note. Ugh. Still same rating.

Edited review 8/21/19. Every time I pull up my shopping list, it tells me there's nothing on it. I know that's not the case because it flashes my full shopping list up on the screen for a second, then reloads, and tells me it's empty. The dev replied saying the issue has been fixed. It has not. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it is still doing the same thing. I am just using the Publix mobile website in Chrome until this is actually fixed for real.

I've always used this app for shopping. I love the organization of the list and how you can do everything in one place. However the app was just updated and now the list feature is very cumbersome. Previously you used to be able to hide coupon items. Oftentimes I will add a coupons but not necessarily need it on a particular shopping trip. Now, there's no way to hide the coupons, so every single item that I have a coupon for is also in my shopping list and it is no longer easy to use.

Update: I was on WiFi at home, also tried mobile data, also tried in-store WiFi. Nothing was allowing a connection to the app, then it magically started working the next day. No one in my family could connect, and it's annoying to not acknowledge there could be an outage. // Original review: The app is pretty good, but it has a lot of connectivity problems. For instance, I can't load the app today and neither can friends of mine. It's just a spinning circle. The website shopping lists are also not loading. This is very inconvenient when you're trying to do your shopping and depend on the app for your list of items to buy.

I love the Publix market. Clean isles, friendly staff and overall good quality in food options. The stores generally are well designed. The app is helpful but not always great. The coupons are easy to use, but once they expire, the app will show error messages. The programmer should remove all the coupons and specials so the error goes away. The shopping list feature isn't friendly. I'll still shop at Publix, but the app needs help. (In my opinion)

Up until the recent update, no issues. Now, every time I open the app, it forces me to turn on my location to set my store, even after doing this 4 times today. I added items from the BOGO ad to my list, but there's nothing on my list. I plan all of my shopping through multiple stores. The previous version of the app worked beautifully. Now it makes me want to uninstall it and go back to pen and paper.

The app has been fixed! Everything is working properly now. I'm not sure what did it, but all is well. It even kept my history and favorites! Disregard my original comments below.// Now, all of a sudden it won't open. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. I can't even get past the security code part. It doesn't recognize any Publix near my zip code, even though my store is less than a mile away. I've lost my entire shopping list for today, as well as all my history.
