This app is a complete failure. The "improving the map" feature is a complete joke as with each use of the robot the map gets worse and worse. Even whole rooms get "improved" away. Restoring the original map, which has been a work-around for a while, now also doesn't work anymore. The "improve the map" feature can't be deactivated, one is coerced to use this horrible "feature". NEVER EVER AGAIN I will buy anything from this company.

To use a simple robot we have to sign in, via an email or Facebook, giving all information and create too complex password!! Too difficult steps to be able to use a simple device. After using it for 2 years, the app stopped to send notifications on robot stratus. For example if there is error or of finished vacuming.

I love this app. MI devices are easy to connect and use within this app. I am running my MI 360 CCTV camera for the last 6 months and had never any issues. It just runs and gives me my peace of mind being able to look at my property whike not being at home. Notifications work flawlessly. I am running this app on 2 MI phones, Redmi and T13, plus my 2 iPads. Perfect. I wished they would make a native Mac App. I highly recommend it.

Strangely this is the app I am supposed to use with my new Navee scooter. Before the app can be used it forces you to provide a phone number. In an age when many of us get more spam calls than real calls, this is not okay. I used a temporary number and the app loads a captcha that's off the screen. The scooter is almost unridable in its current form and I need the app to change some settings. But it is not meant to be. Another good piece of hardware ruined by shady data collection software.

Vacuum app keeps losing its map, the robot will be fine cleaning and then lose itself and the map will be recorded off-centre and it can't return to charge as a result and needs a full remapping to fix. Highly frustrating and take a lot of time and electricity through the charging time to fix it.

The app is good but you should put more options when it comes to crating automatic feeding schedules for the feeder. Maybe a week schedule monday-sunday so that the weekend schedule can differ from the weekday schedule. Or the option do add two completely different schedules that we can turn on and off. Right now, if i want to changes the schedule for the weekend i have to remember to change it every friday and monday which is a hassle. Just some tips.

No way to disable room notifications. Camera on standby, scenes disabled and I still get movement notifications. Why is there no home / away option? If push message when movement is disabled why do i get notifications every time the camera switches to night mode? I only want to see person detected notifications when nobody is home.

For years the app is freezing, glitching, laging, reacting on tap 10 seconds later or not reacting at all etc. Not even able force it to stop. But I am stuck with it because I bought the light bulbs which I had for like 7 years and they are awesome..

Most features are useful, but I can't download the videos anymore (there was such an option when I started using the camera), so playback is slow and jittery.

Since last update I'm not able to get live surveillance most of the time...if im turn off camera and reconnect it will work for sometime and then again after sometime it will say not connected.. but I can see motion and person detection. How come if camera is njot connected I'm able to see detection

So first off the QR Code is way to small like come on put in on the manual like you say then if you are trying to save space on the box or improve the scanner so it can pick up the micro QR Code you gave us. I bought the wifi Extender Pro and I haven't been able to connect to my wifi never mind extending the range and I have tried everything but it keeps timing out and the only reason I can think of is cause the software is out of date or the last update had issues, need a fix please?!

Let me just setup a wifi range extender. Oh i need an app for that, weird but ok. Oh i need an account for it now? Oh it also wants to know my location just to configure a range extender, well maybe they just wanna know where i am in case i drop some gossip about Xi Jinping out loud. Anyway against my instincts i did all that and it still does not work. Setting up a router is a 5 minute job, and i had to compromise my identity to have a non working product.

Thank you for updating the app. Now my robot vacuum finally works properly. It does not malfunction after cleaning the brush or when it's moved about. It no longer cleans diagonally and messes the room maps. Note: my map upload setting is off - not sure how this affects it, but I'm keeping it off since my vacuum robot is working well now.

The SHITTIEST app ever! I'm using XIAOMI home security camera and it works maybe once in a month or something, doesn't reboot, have tried to reboot, reinstall and what-not with my device but it has been over six months it has become a total nuisance despite a stable WiFi and electricity connection! Total waste of money!

The devices design may look attractive... But as always, China can't afford to make good and good quality things. Some of their devices work only via Bluetooth (I had door/windows sensor, which works only via Bluetooth, and it's cost only this device batteries... Worthless.). Some even aren't pairing. Some devices aren't connecting with google Home as they said it has to work. If some of your devices won't pair, change your region to China. THE WORST APP/DEVICES EVER.

Not sure what happened. I was really happy with the app, I have 2 cameras and suddenly both are showing the same view even though they are in different positions. I restarted the router, cell, will try to uninstall the cameras and install them again but please, fix this. It can't just random show something that camera is not pointing at.

It still has a ton of problems. Somehow it has gotten worse in some aspects. For instance it suddenly only displays half numbers for SQmeters and battery percentage, and the area editor doesn't open no matter what I do.
